Home was clean and kitchen was stocked with appropriate dishware and cooking items. It was nice to have the washer and dryer so we could pack lighter. Beach towels, chairs and pool toys were also nicely provided for. Maggie was easily accessible for questions and addressed a bathroom faucet issue right away. Nice neighborhood for morning walks. A recommendation for some night lights in the kitchen and bathrooms would be nice. I always pack some - so not an issue for us. We enjoyed our relaxing week.

Everything was great. Communication was very good. Everything you could possibly need or think of. Central to restaurants, stores, beaches. We bought groceries and cooked on the grill most nights and ate out on the lanai enjoying the views. We used the hot tub frequently. Also, so much beach stuff. Chairs, coolers, fishing rods. We also went fishing off the little back dock. Would definitely stay again. Great property and wonderful host.

Everything we needed was provided. There was an issue with the toilet and Maggie has someone there the very next day to fix it. She checked in to see if we needed anything during our stay. The property is nice and in a very good neighborhood. We liked being on the channel and with a pool. Would stay here again.

We had a great stay at this property. The location was nice and quiet. Close to a few restaurants and very accessible to all beaches. The outside was fantastic. We enjoyed the pool and hot tub. The deck needs a little TLC as does some of the inside of the house. Nothing major, just somethings we noticed. It was strange that the only door from the pool area to a bathroom was painted closed...you can certainly go around to the other door though. All in all we would stay here again. We had wonderful weather and had a great time. Thanks!

We had a wonderful stay! The host was absolutely awesome... very kind and helpful throughout our visit. The home had amazing views, especially from the dining area and kitchen, which made every meal extra special. The pool was great, and the view from the pool was just as beautiful. We also enjoyed spending time by the saltwater canal. A bonus treat was watching the local burrowing owls in the front yard every evening... my wife loved them. Highly recommend! Would love to stay here again.

This is the second year we rented this vacation home from Maggie, and we could not say enough wonderful things about her home and her hospitality. Great Customer Service but the House needs some TLC

Overall the property owners were extremely responsive and helpful. The refrigerator has rust in the ice dispenser which was not ideal and the grout throughout the house and bathrooms needed a deep clean. Overall the house was ok but there was a lot of patchwork. It worked for us as we were primarily at the beach or on the boat, the house is fairly spacious so that is a plus for the price if you have a larger family.

A Great Summer Vacay!

We (5 adults and 2 young kids) had a wonderful time at this rental! We stayed for a week and enjoyed the quiet neighborhood. Lots of fishing off the dock and the kids loved the pool! The home was clean and comfortable. Easy drive to nice beaches. There was plenty of food options nearby. The host was great and very helpful! Would definitely recommend this home for a fun, peaceful, family trip

AMAZING HOME

Communication with Maggie was great from the start! Our host was amazing, and she responded to my needs right away. I knew the property was going to be beautiful, but it was even better than the pictures - great layout with the screened in lanai with large pool being the hub of the house. The kitchen has everything you would need to cook with; plus, plenty of food staples available (spices and other dried goods). Maggie left a nice bottle of wine, plenty of starter products, which was greatly appreciated after a long day of travel. The bedroom layouts were generous, and the bathrooms have plenty of space. The views from the house are captivating! Beds are comfortable, linens fresh and plentiful and plenty of bath and beach towels. We absolutely loved everything about the tritoon boat and went out fishing almost everyday bringing home a catch of the day for dinner. The location was perfect - close to grocery stores, downtown Cape Coral, across bridge from Fort Myers and a 30-minute drive to Fort Myers airport. We will definitely come back if we find ourselves in Cape Coral, Fl again! Thank you, Kelley & David

Fantastic Vacay!

The pool is awesome and the sunshine hit it until late in the afternoon. Perfect for a whole day of floating and fun! The house was comfortable and very clean. It was great to have a garage to park the car in. It’s conveniently located to restaurants, stores and easy access to Ft Meyers and Sanibel Island.

Clean in a good location with a beautiful pool

The home was very clean on arrival and communication with the host Maggie was excellent and the few issues we had with the pool area were delt with in a timely manner. It is an older home and some areas are a little tired and could do with replacing. The canal view is beautiful as is the pool we enjoyed it very much, unfortunately we didn’t have any success fishing and saw neither dolphins or manatees but that’s wildlife for you. The home is short walking distance into Cape Coral village and we enjoyed drinks at the tiki bar and jungle bird. We had great meals at Wow wing and Monkey Bar. It’s a great location for exploring with plenty of shops and restaurants within a short drive. The home is well equipped and as with most rentals some of the pots and pans are past their best but still serviceable, I agree with others on the coffee pot size, if there had have been 4 of us we’d have had to keep running up brews there was just enough for 2 full cups and a little top up each. The bed was super comfortable in the master and there was ample seating both inside and outside, we also enjoyed the bikes which are in great condition. Only improvements would be placemats for the table and replacing some of the pots and pans etc although I understand many people don’t come to cook but for those that would over a longer stay it’d be nice, some bbq tools as there were none. Maggie was a great host, the home is great and I’d recommend the home for rental.

Wonderful vacation

Thank you for a wonderful vacation. This is our second time staying at one of Maggie's beautiful homes. The house was immaculate. There was a nice starter kit of toiletries, dishwasher pods, detergent, paper towels, etc. There were plenty of bath/hand towels and beach towels. The beds and pillows were comfy. The floor plan is nice and open. There were bicycles in the garage, although we are not cyclists. It was nice parking in the garage and having the garage door opener. The pool was absolutely amazing. My seven-year-old daughter enjoyed the large shallow end and the abundance of pool toys. The boat rental through Maggie was easy peasy! We enjoyed our time on the boat. The boat was again super clean. The captain was thorough with my husband going over the charts and boat accessories. The neighborhood was very quiet. I only seen one neighbor outside getting his mail. The communication was prompt. We left our keys at the house and Maggie mailed them back to us. Thank you! We will be renting one of Maggie's homes again for our next

Perfect getaway

The house was very clean and well maintained. Pool and hot tub were also nice and clean. The only negative was the lack of a door separating the bathroom and primary bedroom. Overall an excellent home and value.

Vacation get away

Loved the house and location. Close to good food, shopping, and the beach. Kids loved the pool and fishing from the dock in the back. We enjoyed the beach everyday and being able to come back and relax and cook dinner.

Very clean and on the canal! Great views and the pool is huge ! Kids enjoyed not having to go anywhere to have fun if we didn’t want to. The house is well stocked and the pool toys were a plus. Manager was very responsive and helpful. Location is great and we enjoyed it all !

Couple's Retreat

My bf and I stayed here for 4 nights. Home was so cute and super clean! We especially loved the beautiful pool and view of the canal. Location to all the bars/restaurants was within a 2-3 minute drive. Host was great with communication too! Will definitely stay here again!
