    Casa de vacaciones de lujo en SW Cape Coral con una hermosa piscina climatizada eléctrica y un spa rodeado de jardines tropicales que incluyen múltiples palmeras. Nuestra Villa Portofino está ubicada en el suroeste de Cape Coral, cerca de Cape Harbor y ofrece fantásticas comodidades para que su estadía sea placentera y memorable.



    La villa tiene 4 dormitorios, 2 baños completos, 1 medio baño con acceso a la piscina, sala de estar con TV de pantalla grande, sala de estar formal, comedor formal, hermosa cocina con desayunador, isla de cocina, desayunador, todos con vista a la hermosa piscina y Cubierta a través de grandes ventanales de vidrio ingleteado.



    Suite principal muy grande con deslizadores que se desvanecen a la plataforma de la piscina, vestidor grande, área de escritorio, ventilador de techo y cama king size. El baño principal tiene una bañera de jardín en la esquina, tocadores dobles y una gran ducha a ras de suelo.



    Los otros tres dormitorios tienen: cama queen, cama queen y dos camas individuales, y comparten el segundo baño con combinación de ducha / bañera. La villa también tiene un medio baño con acceso a la piscina.



    La cubierta de la piscina es única en su clase con piscina climatizada eléctrica y spa desbordante, cubiertas de piedra natural y cascada de formación rocosa. Se puede acceder a la cubierta de la piscina desde el dormitorio principal, el baño de la piscina, la sala de estar formal, la cocina y desde la sala de estar. La cubierta de la piscina grande tiene un lanai muy privado con dos áreas de descanso y una parrilla de gas para barbacoa. Perfecto para el entretenimiento y para disfrutar del clima de Florida!



    La casa está situada en uno de los canales de acceso al golfo de Cape Coral, a poca distancia de Cape Harbour en coche o en barco. El área del muelle tiene un Tiki Hut, y un muelle y un elevador para dar cabida a barcos aún más grandes. El patio trasero está parcialmente cercado.



    Las comodidades adicionales incluyen: Internet inalámbrico de alta velocidad, TV por cable, jardines tropicales con muchas palmeras, garaje para 3 automóviles, pequeño estanque de rocas en el patio delantero, as�� como nuestro excelente servicio al cliente.

El pago final del alquiler se debe 45 días antes de la llegada del huésped y no es reembolsable en ese momento. The property was beautiful, the pool and outside area were amazing! We could not have asked for more. I would highly recommend this property to anyone staying in the Cape Coral area. Communication with the property manager was great and very helpful. The stay was everything that was promised and more!

This was our second time at the house and we actually had a better time because we were familar with the area. The house was beautiful, close to great restaurants, and the pool and hot tub were amazing!! We will definitely be back.

Very Nice House

We thoroughly enjoyed Villa Portofino. The house was in excellent condition, it was very clean, well maintained, and gorgeous home inside and out. We loved the location as well. It was great for running, walking and biking. On one of the days we saw manataee in the canal behind the house. Having the canal/boak dock was fantastic. We boated one day and access to get out of the canals is pretty quick. We would rent this house again in a nanosecond.

Family friendly getaway.

Lovely property, safe neighborhood, and perfect if you want a quiet getaway. Property manager was very responsive to questions. Would definitely go back.

Celebrating 25th wedding anniversary

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Villa Portofino. We really liked the openness of the house. Sliding glass doors off the living room, sitting room and master bedroom opened to the back area which was very nice. We especially loved the private pool and spa, spending most of our days relaxing in the pool and evenings in the spa. We will definitely return!!

My family thoroughly enjoyed their time at Villa Portofino. They've been vacationing there for years and it's especially meaningful for my grandson. To get high praise from a 9 year old boy in this age is no small feat. They are planning another visit before the end of year.

The place was very nice in appearance. However , The water in the shower I would consider warm but definitely not hot. The pool was around 75 degrees and yet it was set for 85-90 and never even came close . The temp outside was 75-78 every day and sunny. I felt like the heater was not really operating for the pool . The hot tub was warm but no t hot like a hot tube should be. The house was very clean and spacious.

Wonderful rental home in Cape Coral

We stayed at a rental home through SeaStar for the second year in a row as a winter break before Christmas to get away from the cold in the Midwest. This home has everything you need to be comfortable and have an enjoyable vacation. The pool is amazing. While it does not include Kayak's, if you want to Kayak around the canals there are several rental companies available in the area that will deliver and pick up Kayaks. It's also close to grocery stores, so everything you could possible leave is within a 5-10 minute drive. We never leff the home except for Kayaking in the canals, a tiki boat cruise, and grocery shopping because it was so enjoyable.

Needed getwawy

Place was clean, a tad out of the way but also nice just for that reason. Clean, spacious, quiet neighborhood. There’s a neighbor who’s a tad passive aggressive. I left the garbage cans on the curb as it made it easier to find the place at night vs driving slow with the headlights on ditirbing people. Someone kept dragging them in front of my truck and tipping them over. That’s a tad childish. Otherwise it was a great stay, wish I could’ve stayed longer

This home was amazing.

This home was amazing. Four bedrooms with two on each side we never felt cramped. The back den was a great place to unwind at night. The A/C worked well. Wifi was excellent all over the house as well as pool area. The pool was simply amazing from the plants around it to the real rock walls. The filter control pad was easy to use and heated where ever and whenever we wanted. The temps in South Florida so we didn't use the hot tub control much. We fished from the dock area and caught many different types. The water is salt water in this area of the canal. We went to Sanibel Island twice, Napa and even Fort Myers beach for fun. Its not far when you think of the adventure. Overall we loved the home so much we checked out Model homes in the area as a place we may want to retire to in future years. Florian was awesome and went above and beyond to make our stay wonderful. Thank you!!!

Paradise in Florid

This house was amazing!!! Best place we have stayed at yet. Everything was perfect. The rooms , the pool, the back yard and back dock with the tiki hut. Perfect place . Was absolutely amazing!!! Can not say enough good thinks about this house!!!

Relaxing vacation

This was a beautiful house and the pool/patio was very pretty. It was very clean and easy to get to local restaurants and Ft. Meyers Beach and Sanibel Island. This was a good vacation.
