A Little Slice of Luxury

This property was beautiful, clean and had everything that was listed on the site. The pool area is amazing! It was relaxing to sit by the infinity pool listening to the water fall over the edge while overlooking the quiet canal. Although neighbors were close you couldn't see them from the pool area. The double master suites were an added bonus! We loved the Cape Coral area, everything was easy to get to with lots of good restaurants.

Excellent Stay!

Everything about our stay was exceptional! Property manager was great and their response rate was very timely. One slight hiccup with the soa, but Frank had guys there asap and it was up and running in no time. The amenties go beyond what's listed. Beach chairs, umbrellas, kids toys...all available. Fishing poles, too. Couldn't have asked for more. We'll definitely be back!

Stay here for our family Thanksgiving trip, house was clean upon arrival and easy to check-in. While the pool heater was not functioning when we arrived, the property manager worked diligently to get it up and working for Thanksgiving day.

Had a great time overall. Infinity pool was great. Layout of house works well and enjoyed all 4 king beds. Overhead fans were so dusty we wouldn’t turn them on until we contacted property management and had cleaning crew come back tho fans could still use a good clean. No chairs around tiki hut. But we still enjoyed our stay. Would definitely return.

Spectacular Pool Home!

We had a great stay! Home is very clean and has everything we needed + more! Pool and beach toys, bikes, kayaks, lots of appliances and kitchen utensils, beach towels etc. We only had 1 issue with the pool/spa pump heater but Daniella was quick to send help the next day to get it fixed. We loved spending our days by the pool and nights in the hot tub. Great views of the canal. Such a beautiful home!

This property was better than expected, it was clean, well located, the kitchen had everything we needed, beds were comfortable. This was by far the best place we stayed at. Property managers were easy to get to and were very helpful.

The house is beautiful and better than the pics. The only issue we had is the pool didn’t heat well for weather in the 60’s and low 70’s. The kids would have swam more and we all would have enjoyed our stay more. Nicole tried to help the problem and had the pool company there the next day. It was really only warm enough for me to feel comfortable one day. The older kids still swam but the baby got to cold.

Great house!

Great communication with the owner prior to arriving and the property manager (Nicole) once there. The house is beautiful. 5th bedroom is really an office with a futon (stated in the description but some people miss reading it). Very clean house. Loved the pool and hot tub area. Extra electricity cost was very reasonable for the week - we heated the pool all week. Would definitely rent this house again.

Great house for a getaway

We enjoyed our time in Cape Coral very much. The house was as expected, with the exception of the 5th bedroom. There was a sofa bed in an office in addition to the 4 bedrooms. The saltwater pool and hot tub were wonderful. Check in and check out were a breeze, staff very accommodating and answered all of our questions.

Great place to stay

We have rented several houses in the past and this was by far the best! The kitchen had everything you would ever need. The bikes and kayaks were in great condition. There were plenty of towels for everyone including beach towels. As well as coolers and chairs to take to the beach if needed. The bikes and kayak were in great condition. Many times you get to a place and find out that all the extra things provided are broken or not in good shape. This was not the case here. The beds were also very comfortable. The only thing that I wasn't fond of was the extra you are charged for electricity. And that isn't really clear when renting. The only reason I knew was becuase I read it in another review. Other than that this house was perfect.
