Fantastic Vacation - Cape Coral

Check-in was easy, property owner was available by text and quick to respond, they even allowed us to check in early. Property manager stopped by shortly after we arrived to make sure everything was ok. House was clean and spacious. Pool was fantastic, and pool temperature was perfect. They had everything we could need from coolers to beach umbrellas, toys and chairs. Plenty of beach/pool towels as well. The kitchen was perfect for us and had plenty of dishes, pots and pans. The grill was clean and read to go. Dock was great, we were able to rent a boat for a few days and keep it at the house. It even had a ladder which made it easy to get in and out of the Kayak I rented. The half bath off the pool was key, especially for our 5 yr old and my in-laws. We really enjoyed our stay at this house and would definitely stay there again.

Beautiful home in a great location!

We had a wonderful stay! Christina and her team were fabulous. We had 3 adults and 5 teenage kids with us and it was perfect. The pool was great and being on the canal was fabulous! Easy to get to lots of places and it was great to be within walking distance of a park to play pickle ball and basketball for the kids (and adults too!). We had everything we needed and it was very comfortable. We hope to stay here again and highly recommend the Villa Royal Palms!

Wonderful time!

Our stay at Villa Royal Palms was wonderful from the moment we arrived. The property was perfect for us, as an adult family meeting relatives in the area, with large rooms and loads of space for us to be social. Afternoons swimming became evenings spent using the BBQ in the lanai area, the view across the canal and the gorgeous sunsets were a highlight. The beds are very comfortable, in fact we found the whole place very homely.The property is very well located in SW Cape Coral, only 10 minutes drive from a host of great restaurants and bars. Christina is a great host, being very attentive and kind throughout. We are looking to return to Cape Coral and we will definitely book here again. Highly recommend! THANK YOU!!

Above expectations!! The house is cozy and welcoming. We felt comfortable from the second we set foot in the home. And surprise, there were cold beverages in the fridge. A very quiet, relaxing stay

My wife and I rented this home with some friends for a week (4 of us altogether). We relaxed by the pool every day, and it was nice and quiet (with the exception of the occasional faint slap from the flying fish in the canal!). The screened-in pool area creates the perfect space to hang out and enjoy the sun. The house was stocked with everything we needed (including all the gear for our day at the beach). Everything was incredibly clean upon arrival. There were plenty of options in the area for restaurants, shopping, etc. We will definitely be considering returning when we plan next year's trip!

Beautiful Vacation Home

This property is absolutely perfect. It is located in a beautiful and quiet part of Cape Coral. The entire home is well-maintained and extremely clean. The furniture and beds were comfortable and clean and we loved that the fridge icemaker was large and efficient… We never ran out of ice! The communications and interactions with the owner and property managers was professional, helpful and positive. We really enjoyed the use of the cruiser bikes and also rented kayaks to kayak through the canal. We would book this home again without hesitation.

Wonderful vacation home

Lovely home

One of the nicest properties we have visited ,Very well presented with quality furnishings and decor. The pool was a big hit and also the ambiance of the canal. Perfect for a family with bikes,kids toys and beach chairs available. It is located on a beautiful palm tree lined street in a residential area and does require a car to go anywhere .

The perfect vacation home

If you are looking for a perfect vacation home, look no further. This property is ideal. I have used VRBO for many of our vacation adventures, but this one is a gem! Beautifully designed, updated throughout, comfortable, with all the amenities you can ask for, and a fully stocked kitchen. Christina went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable, including welcome snacks and refreshments. So thoughtful! I rarely write reviews, but Christina deserves all the praise for being an outstanding host! And yes, Christina, I will be returning next year!

Beautiful home.

The house was beautiful in quiet neighborhood. The house had everything you could ever need. The only thing not good was the mattress in the room with single beds. They felt like a crib mattress. Not good for a 30 year old man, but Im sure kids wouldn't mind. Everything was was excellent. The pool was awesome, and being on the water was wonderful.I would highly recommend staying here, you won't be sorry.

Winter get away

The house was beautiful. It was perfect for our family, even though we didnt spend much time in the house. Our boys spent the majority of the time in the pool. We spent the mornings on the dock looking for manatees. Perfect way to get away from the Minnesota winters. Management was easy to get ahold of. Well for sure be back!

Great Stay-Highly recommend

The home was perfect for us. Great location, nice amenities. Pool was good size. You have an electric allowance so if you heat the pool you will go over that but it was very reasonable. Being on the canal was relaxing. We would definitely recommend staying here.

Perfect stay

Beautiful house in a beautiful and quiet street. This is not a standard rental house, but a real residential home. The smart layout of the house and the high-quality furnishings ensure that you will lack nothing. The pool heating worked perfectly and provided wonderfully warm water even in the winter month. The photos and description on VRBO.com are accurate. Contact with the owner and the manager was friendly and easy.

Villa Royal

The villa was beautiful and very clean. GreT to have bikes, pool toys/ floats, and beach chairs in the garage. I wasnt aware a representative would be meeting us at the house for a check out process. We were a bit surprised when someone showed up at the door at 9am and we were still all in our pajamas. Other than that small inconvenience, the house was great.

Spring break

We really enjoyed our spring break week here! Very quiet neighborhood, beautiful water view out back, and a nice house with lots of amenities. The pool is heated, which was perfect for Florida's March weather. The kitchen is really well stocked, and there is a grill outback, which made it really easy to cook great seafood meals at the house.
