Perfect stay in Fort Myers!

This is the 4th year we've stayed at Bellamar, and the 3rd year in this unit. We love everything about it. The location, friends we've made, communication with the owners, and security of the grounds. Kelly, our property manager went above and beyond to get us settled in even though we arrived on Easter Sunday. We've already booked our stay for 2025.

Excellent Location

The carriage house was exactly as advertised. The realtor who manages the property was wonderful to work with. The location is close to grocery store, retail, restaurants and beaches. We have stayed 2 different years. The residents are friendly which makes it a great place to vacation.

Ruhig, sauber und ordentlich, gut gelegen

Das war jetzt mein dritter Aufenthalt hier. Für einen Alleinreisenden ist die Wohnung eigentlich unnötig groß, ein Schlafzimmer nebst Bad bleibt ungenutzt. Wegen der gated community fühle ich mich hier auch allein immer sicher, ein Wachmann fährt regelmäßig durch die Gegend und passt auf. Das gesamte Umfeld ist ruhig, die Nachbarn nett und freundlich. Die Lage ist relativ strandnah, Supermarkt, Restaurants etc. sind schnell (theoretisch fußläufig) erreichbar, i.d.R. fährt man trotzdem die drei Minuten z.B. zum Publix oder zehn Minuten zu Aldi oder Walmart. Die Bilder der gut ausgestatteten Wohnung sprechen für sich. Der Gemeinschaftspool war fast immer leer. Alles sauber und ordentlich, die Abwicklung über FeWo direkt problemlos. (Ein zusätzlicher Verwaltungsakt entsteht durch den gesonderten Vertrag mit der Wohnungsverwaltung und der erforderlichen Registrierung bei der HOA. Das ist keine große Hürde, kann in Summe aber ein gutes Stündchen dauern.) - Bitte ggf. auch meine frühere(n) Bewertung(en) ansehen, es hat sich an den Gründen, die für die Miete dieses Objekt sprechen, nichts geändert.

The lanai was my quiet special spot. I loved the view of the birds in the pond. Having a garage was great for our bikes. Nice pool! Outstanding location. Gave the check in process a 4 only because the realty office where you pick up the keys is on Colonial Ave. Really busy! Loved the place!

Enjoyable vacation

The property was very nice and clean. Even though I didn't use them there were all kinds of appliances in the kitchen. It was handy to have a washer and dryer to use. I enjoyed sitting on the porch reading with all the windows open. Since I had my bike with me I like having a garage so I didn't have to keep it in my car. I'm going to look into staying there next year possibly for more than one month.

Clean, organized, and great location

Stayed for a month for work. The location is convenient to downtown FM and only a few minutes from the beach by car. The townhome is super clean and organized. You only need to bring your clothing/personal items and to buy food, as the rental has everything you might need for a stay.

Excellent Location

Excellent location, close to beaches, restaurants and shopping. The condo was as described, well stocked kitchen, games, books, clean and roomy. Great communication with owners and property manager. We will be back to this beautiful property.

Sehr schöne Wohnung in einer gepflegten Wohnanlage, die keine Wünsche offenlässt. Tolle Vermieter. Zentrale Lage. Neuer Aldi in knapp 3 km Entfernung! Es gibt absolut nichts zu beanstanden und wir schließen uns gerne den bisherigen positiven Bewertungen an. Es war jetzt unser zweiter Aufenthalt und nicht der letzte!

Alles wie erwartet und besser

Den positiven Vorbewertungen kann auch ich mich nur anschließen. Die Wohnung ist gut geschnitten, beide Bäder sind "en suite", so dass auch zwei Paare sich nicht in die Quere kommen müssen. Die Küche ist gut ausgestattet und die Garage groß genug für ein SUV. Die Wohnung ist im Erdgeschoss, den Mieter darüber habe ich in vier Wochen nur 2x wahrgenommen als ihm etwas umgefallen ist o.ä. Insgesamt ist die ganze Anlage sehr ruhig; wenn nicht Rasenmäher-Tag ist, ist das Plätschern des Springbrunnens im See grundsätzlich das lauteste Geräusch. Der Pool ist ordentlich und war zu meiner Zeit kaum belegt - bei nur 15 min Fahrzeit zum Strand verständlich. Nicht nur für den Allein-Reisenden bietet die "Gated Community" ein zusätzliches Sicherheitsgefühl, der zusätzliche Aufwand beim "Einzug" ist dank netter Menschen minimal und lag bei max. 20 Minuten. Ob Reisende mit kleinen Kindern mit Bewegungsdrang dort glücklich würden, weiß ich nicht - die Regeln bzgl. Toben und Lärm werden offensichtlich überwacht und entsprechend eingehalten... schön für die Ruhesuchenden! Die Buchung inkl. Zahlung via FeWo-direkt hat gut geklappt, die Kaution war schnell zurück. Bei ebay würde man jetzt wohl schreiben "Netter Kontakt - Gern wieder."... und so ist es auch!

Wunderschöner Familienurlaub!

Wir sind nun zum zweiten Mal in dieser tollen Wohnung gewesen. Die Austattung ist sehr gut, man fühlt sich sofort wie zu Hause. Die Lage super, der Pool in der Anlage toll. Was aber alles topt - sind die Vermieter - noch nie haben wir so liebe, nette und hilfsbereite Vermieter erlebt. Es gab ein Reisebett, Spielzeug und einen Hochstuhl für unseren kleinen Sohn. Rundum alles perfekt!!!
