  • Beautiful condo in the tropicially landscaped Bellamar community, built in 2004. The newly furnished unit has Bamboo flooring in the living area, fully tiled bathrooms and carpeted bedrooms.The kitchen is equipped with stainless steel appliances (stove, microwave, dishwasher, refrigerator with water and ice dispenser). Kitchen cabinetry features solid wood doors and granite counter tops. In the pantry adjacent to the kitchen are a full-size washer and dryer. Central heat and air conditioning, plus ceiling fans in the bedrooms, living room and on the lanai. Master bedroom with king size bed, adjoining bath with 2 sinks, bidet and large walk-in shower. Second bedroom with two twin beds and bath with one sink and bathtub. In the living room a queen sleeper sofa, 50' flat-screen SmartTV with Apps from Netflix, Amazon Prime, Disney + etc. plus DVD player. SmartTV in master bedroom. Tel., cable TV and high-speed internet with download speeds of up to 400 Mbps and upload speeds of up to 20 Mbps. Lanai with table, four chairs, chaise lounge. Beautiful view of the water from the lanai. Garage.

Perfect stay in Fort Myers!

Excellent property, comfortable, spotless, and very well equipped. Great communication with the owners as well as the property manager Kelly, who was always available and responded quickly to answer any questions. The enclosed patio was fantastic! Thank you again for making our stay enjoyable.

Excellent Location

The carriage house was exactly as advertised. The realtor who manages the property was wonderful to work with. The location is close to grocery store, retail, restaurants and beaches. We have stayed 2 different years. The residents are friendly which makes it a great place to vacation.

Snowbirds

This is the 4th year we've stayed at Bellamar, and the 3rd year in this unit. We love everything about it. The location, friends we've made, communication with the owners, and security of the grounds. Kelly, our property manager went above and beyond to get us settled in even though we arrived on Easter Sunday. We've already booked our stay for 2025.

Ruhig, sauber und ordentlich, gut gelegen

Das war jetzt mein dritter Aufenthalt hier. Für einen Alleinreisenden ist die Wohnung eigentlich unnötig groß, ein Schlafzimmer nebst Bad bleibt ungenutzt. Wegen der gated community fühle ich mich hier auch allein immer sicher, ein Wachmann fährt regelmäßig durch die Gegend und passt auf. Das gesamte Umfeld ist ruhig, die Nachbarn nett und freundlich. Die Lage ist relativ strandnah, Supermarkt, Restaurants etc. sind schnell (theoretisch fußläufig) erreichbar, i.d.R. fährt man trotzdem die drei Minuten z.B. zum Publix oder zehn Minuten zu Aldi oder Walmart. Die Bilder der gut ausgestatteten Wohnung sprechen für sich. Der Gemeinschaftspool war fast immer leer. Alles sauber und ordentlich, die Abwicklung über FeWo direkt problemlos. (Ein zusätzlicher Verwaltungsakt entsteht durch den gesonderten Vertrag mit der Wohnungsverwaltung und der erforderlichen Registrierung bei der HOA. Das ist keine große Hürde, kann in Summe aber ein gutes Stündchen dauern.) - Bitte ggf. auch meine frühere(n) Bewertung(en) ansehen, es hat sich an den Gründen, die für die Miete dieses Objekt sprechen, nichts geändert.

Lanai Luxury

The lanai was my quiet special spot. I loved the view of the birds in the pond. Having a garage was great for our bikes. Nice pool! Outstanding location. Gave the check in process a 4 only because the realty office where you pick up the keys is on Colonial Ave. Really busy! Loved the place!

Enjoyable vacation

The property was very nice and clean. Even though I didn't use them there were all kinds of appliances in the kitchen. It was handy to have a washer and dryer to use. I enjoyed sitting on the porch reading with all the windows open. Since I had my bike with me I like having a garage so I didn't have to keep it in my car. I'm going to look into staying there next year possibly for more than one month.

Clean, organized, and great location

Stayed for a month for work. The location is convenient to downtown FM and only a few minutes from the beach by car. The townhome is super clean and organized. You only need to bring your clothing/personal items and to buy food, as the rental has everything you might need for a stay.

Excellent Location

Excellent location, close to beaches, restaurants and shopping. The condo was as described, well stocked kitchen, games, books, clean and roomy. Great communication with owners and property manager. We will be back to this beautiful property.

Sehr schöne Wohnung in einer gepflegten Wohnanlage, die keine Wünsche offenlässt. Tolle Vermieter. Zentrale Lage. Neuer Aldi in knapp 3 km Entfernung! Es gibt absolut nichts zu beanstanden und wir schließen uns gerne den bisherigen positiven Bewertungen an. Es war jetzt unser zweiter Aufenthalt und nicht der letzte!

Alles wie erwartet und besser

Den positiven Vorbewertungen kann auch ich mich nur anschließen. Die Wohnung ist gut geschnitten, beide Bäder sind "en suite", so dass auch zwei Paare sich nicht in die Quere kommen müssen. Die Küche ist gut ausgestattet und die Garage groß genug für ein SUV. Die Wohnung ist im Erdgeschoss, den Mieter darüber habe ich in vier Wochen nur 2x wahrgenommen als ihm etwas umgefallen ist o.ä. Insgesamt ist die ganze Anlage sehr ruhig; wenn nicht Rasenmäher-Tag ist, ist das Plätschern des Springbrunnens im See grundsätzlich das lauteste Geräusch. Der Pool ist ordentlich und war zu meiner Zeit kaum belegt - bei nur 15 min Fahrzeit zum Strand verständlich. Nicht nur für den Allein-Reisenden bietet die "Gated Community" ein zusätzliches Sicherheitsgefühl, der zusätzliche Aufwand beim "Einzug" ist dank netter Menschen minimal und lag bei max. 20 Minuten. Ob Reisende mit kleinen Kindern mit Bewegungsdrang dort glücklich würden, weiß ich nicht - die Regeln bzgl. Toben und Lärm werden offensichtlich überwacht und entsprechend eingehalten... schön für die Ruhesuchenden! Die Buchung inkl. Zahlung via FeWo-direkt hat gut geklappt, die Kaution war schnell zurück. Bei ebay würde man jetzt wohl schreiben "Netter Kontakt - Gern wieder."... und so ist es auch!

Wunderschöner Familienurlaub!

Wir sind nun zum zweiten Mal in dieser tollen Wohnung gewesen. Die Austattung ist sehr gut, man fühlt sich sofort wie zu Hause. Die Lage super, der Pool in der Anlage toll. Was aber alles topt - sind die Vermieter - noch nie haben wir so liebe, nette und hilfsbereite Vermieter erlebt. Es gab ein Reisebett, Spielzeug und einen Hochstuhl für unseren kleinen Sohn. Rundum alles perfekt!!!

Wir haben unseren ersten Urlaub zu dritt in dieser tollen Ferienwohnung verbracht. Als wir rein gekommen sind waren wir sofort begeistert. Die Wohnung ist viel größer als man es auf den Bilder erahnt. Wir haben uns sofort wie zu Hause gefühlt und wären am liebsten noch länger dort geblieben. Die Lage ist klasse, man kann zu Fuß zum Publix, Super Target und Rip City laufen. Zum Strand fährt man, wenn kein Verkehr ist 8 Minuten. In der Garage sind Sonnenschime, Strandstühle, Kühltaschen etc. Die Anlage ist richtig toll, der Pool super und es gibt ein kleines Fitnessstudio. Alle vor Ort waren richtig nett, sodass man direkt dort wohnen möchte. Wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder!

Einfach ein Traum

Ich war mit einer Freundin im April diesen Jahres im Bellamar. Wir können nur sagen, besser geht es nicht. Eine Top-Anlage, wunderschöne Wohnung mit allem, was man braucht und vor allen Dingen ein sehr nettes Vermieterehepaar, was bei allen Fragen und Wünschen behilflich ist. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und werden sicher wiederkommen. Vielen Dank an Mark und Kathleen Putnam

Erholung PUR

Eigentlich ist schon alles 100% richtig bewertet worden, aber wir waren trotzdem noch positiv überrascht bei unserer Ankunft. Wir haben uns sofort wohlgefühlt, ich denke das kann man gar nicht beschreiben, einfach nur himmlisch. Den morgendliche Gang, über den kleinen Steg zum Pool, vermissen wir jetzt schon sehr. Wir bedanken uns nochmal ganz herzlich bei unseren Vermietern , die wirklich sehr hilfsbereit und freundlich sind Wir werden ganz sicher wieder kommen, denn wir fühlten uns dort wie zu Hause. Vielen Dank das wir Gast sein durften.

Schöne Ferienwohnung in ruhiger Anlage

Wir ( 2 Erw. )waren im Mai 2013 für 3 Wochen in dieser schönen Ferienwohnung und ich möchte an dieser Stelle all die positiven Bewertungen nur noch mal bestätigen und zum Teil wiederholen. Die Wohnung ist sehr gepflegt, gemütlich eingerichtet und direkt an einem künstlich angelegten See gelegen. Hier kann man verschiedene Tierarten am Ufer, sowie auf, und im Wasser beobachten. Die Anlage mit Pool, Fitnessraum und Klubhaus ist ebenfalls sehr sauber und gepflegt. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Restaurants sind in unmittelbarer Nähe. Einige davon (wie z.B. Publix, Chinese, Pizza ) sind auch zu Fuß zu erreichen, ca. 10 min. Zum Fort Myers Pier ist man in 10 min. mit dem Auto. Besonders schön Freitags und Samstags zum Sonnenuntergang mit Live Musik. Zum Shopping ist man mit dem Auto z.B. schnell im Tanger Outlet, knapp 10 Minuten, oder zu den den Miromar Outlets in ca. 30 Minuten. Ich möchte wie meine Vorgänger auch noch mal erwähnen, dass die Eigentümer dieser Wohnung, ein sehr freundliches und hilfsbereites Ehepaar sind. Egal wie viel Fragen man auch hat, sie freuen sich wirklich einem helfen zu können. Wir können diese Wohnung, die ideal für Ruhesuchende ist, besten Gewissens empfehlen, denn die Anlage, in der sich diese Wohnung befindet, ist einfach super gelegen, und das Preis/Leistungsverhältnis stimmt für uns auf jeden Fall. Tolle Ferienwohnung . Nicht zu toppen

Wir (4 Erwachsene) verbringen hier zwei wunderschöne Wochen und ich kann nur das wiederholen, was schon geschrieben wurde. Die Wohnung ist top gepflegt und super ausgestattet - hier findet man alles, was das Herz begehrt. Die Anlage ist Klasse, der pool sauber und alles tadellos. Man kann sich hier von der ersten Minute an wie zu Hause fühlen. Die Betreuung durch das Vermieterehepaar und auch die Agentur vor Ort ist klasse - sie sind super freundlich und hilfsbereit. Wir sind ganz oft am Strand von Fort Myers, den man in zehn Minuten erreicht. Und hier noch ein Tipp: Beach access 19, da kann man kostenlos bei publix parken (wir erledigten dann da auch immer den Einkauf), es ist ein kleiner Park mit super sauberen Toiletten und einer Dusche. Da lässt es sich den Tag über aushalten. Wir kommen 100%ig wieder und können diese Wohnung nur weiterempfehlen. Es gibt nichts Vergleichbares hier in der Stadt zu finden - am liebsten würden wir hier bleiben. Also, zugreifen!!! Wir sind jetzt schon neidisch ;-) Zum Schluss noch ein ganz herzliches Danke Schön und einen lieben Gruß an die Vermieter Kathleen und Mark!!!
