Excellent accommodation

Rental was clean and nicely appointed. Property manager and owner was very easy to work with as my flight was rescheduled due to weather. I was able to stay for additional two days . Would highly recommend this Vrbo!

We were very pleased with the quaintness of this house and the surrounding neighborhood. It was quiet and vintage. Thankful for the ease in extending our stay 3 more nights and would positively stay here again!

9 Day Visit

One needs to be flexible. The living conditions were okay. The two rooms were clean. There were 17 steps to the studio and there was no heat. A portable radiator was available but was very inadequate. In defense of the owners, nobody was expecting the very cold weather that occurred.

Easy and nice. Really like this place

A/C worked well. Plenty of untinsels and cookware. Bed was good, pillows ok but could be better. Bathroom nice but lots of mold in the shower, yuk. Wi-Fi good. Didn’t get to the pool but did notice it got used. Stay well!

Love it!!!!

I was a little hesitant about picking a place on such short notice for our trip to Fort Myers.. and was worried on the way down, but I have to say...I LOVED EVERYTHING about Barra Villa!!! It's secluded in a perfect place to get to everywhere very easily... Walking distance to a grocery store.. and the neighborhoods surrounding are very nice . I will definitely stay again!!! And I loved the pool in the early mornings, all to myself... It's was a great lil getaway for sure ... ❤️ Thank you so much!!!

Great Location and Very Clean

We loved the location and our room was very clean. Issues we had is with the poor TV reception, and inconsistent wi-fi connections. The cable system was called Air and when we wanted to watch TV the channels would freeze and it was very frustrating. You probably need to look into a new cable or streaming service provider. The same happened with the wi-fi. It would go out occasionally then go back on. The only accuracy issue we had from the listing, was that the washer and dryer were in a separate building behind the house and not attached. The condition of this building was not that cleaned, and we were concerned that "critters" could possible be inside this building....
