Great for the family

It was the perfect size for our family of 6. The secluded area around it made it feel relaxed as we arrived. It had everything we needed for our stay. The kids spent as much time in the pool as they did the house. The location is spot on! It provides easy access to everywhere we wanted to go. Text messages from property owners were returned quickly. The only thing I would say is that we would’ve liked to have had the checkout instructions earlier or a print out of everything at the property itself.

Great house. One issue that made it an okay stay.

The house itself is as awesome! It was clean and we felt right at home! The pool was amazing! Especially with it being screened in and having a seating area with a ceiling for shade! My only complaint is that at 7 AM one morning we lost water at the house (the house is on a well) we were in a hurry to leave so I sent an email to the maintenance email address. We got home around 3PM and there was still no water and no emails back from anyone. I called and nobody answered. It rang and rang. Luckily have a lot of well experience (I own a well business in a different state) and after 2 hours of fixing we were back up and running. I called the line again and somebody did answer but it was just an answering service. They said a manager would reach out to me. I’m still waiting on that phone call lol. Still with that negative experience I would still give it a 4 star review!!

This property is a hidden gem from the hustle and bustle of Fort Myers. The description is very accurate and exactly what we expected! Check in process and email communications were easy to understand. We will be back!

Beautiful and Private outdoor space

We stayed 6 nights in March 2025. 3 Guests in town for viewing college baseball in Ft. Myers. The house is in great shape. The area is private, with nothing across the street. The neighborhood is a little bit of a mixed bag; the privacy of the property is great. Everything you'll need for your stay is provided. The beds are comfy, the spa is nice and hot, and the pool is perfect. It's a great property and the management was super responsive to the two things we needed looking at. We'll likely be back!

Outstanding Rental!!!

My wife and I loved this home! The inside is beautiful: neat, comfortable, and tasteful. The outside, however, is where the true beauty is! The back yard is totally private, so you can use the pool and spa at your leisure without feeling like you’re being watched. The pool and spa are well heated, and we used them often! The grounds are impeccably maintained, and the outside sitting areas are lovely and comfy. We highly recommend this property, and we plan to return to it!

Beautiful Home

The home is beautiful and well equipped kitchen. We cooked every night and found everything we needed. The pool area and outdoor entertaining is fabulous. The sauna and pool took a bit to heat up, but we loved the fireplace. The main "con" is the area is off a gravel road and from the drive in, the surrounding area is not great but we never felt unsafe. The home is beautiful!

The home is beautiful I felt at home. The cleanliness was ok. I personally would have done a better job. There are dust and cobwebs all over cabinets in kitchen. But that won’t stop us from renting here again. We loved the location we can get anywhere within 30 mins. The house was well maintained. We enjoyed our vacation

Summer vaca 2024

We've stayed in Fort Meyers for our last 3 vacations. This was by far the best house we've stayed in. Our only complaint would be the beds. This place could definitely use some new mattresses. We would stay here again hands down. Great location to Fort Meyers Beach and Sanibel, close to stores and restaurants. We would recommend this house to anyone staying in this location.

Pool is GREAT

We enjoyed our stay here! The pool and back patio is where we spent most of our time. We truly loved the privacy of all those palms! We were thankful for the iTrip point of contact sending a maintenance man for the refrigerator upon our arrival as it wasn't cooling. The only issue I feel like needs adjusting is the timing of the front sprinklers. Every other night they go off at 3 am directly at the windows. I requested for this to be changed, but I guess it's not such a simple fix. Minor, but sleep disrupting for me as a momma. We also couldn't get the fan or overhead lights to work in the room with twin beds. Not a huge deal as the lamp worked, but weird nonetheless. Overall, the house is exactly as listed! Thank you for sharing this property for our family memories!

The property was nice overall. The two biggest things were the pool temps seemed cool even to a northerner and there was a random van parked in the garage. This made the garage unusable and our vehicle had to sit outside in a sketchy area.

Almost paradise

Overall the house was beautiful. I did not give it 5 stars due to the locations of the house. Road was unpaved. Appliances were in need of updating. Dishwasher almost fell out of cabinet when full and washing machine lid was actually rusted through. Pool was okay however very buggy in the beginning of our stay to the point we had to go out and get a skimmer to clean it ourselves. Lanai roof leaked when it rained which was reported. House was very clean and comfortable otherwise.
