Third time staying in this area and the hosts were responsive and check-in was smooth and easy. Unit is well-kept and view is spectacular. We are a family with 3 kids and stayed for 4 nights. This is our third time staying in similar condos in the area. Pros: responsive hosts, beautiful view, easy to park and check-in was smooth.Cons: internet was slow and spotty, only bar soap is provided and minimal washing detergent pods. When you stay for multiple nights and use beach and regular towels these add up. Washer dryer work well but are very small. You get charged extra if cleaning service has to wash more towels than minimum. Dishwasher was fully loaded when we arrived. AC can’t go below 72. Overall it was a satisfactory stay and I do think owners are responsive and will make these changes.

We are just leaving our stay 7/25/25. My kiddos and I absolutely loved our stay! Apartment was clean, pool was fantastic, beach was great! If you are looking to have a beach to yourself and not have to haul a ton of stuff along, then this is definitely the place. Obviously after the hurricane, all the action areas are not up and running. Sanibel…beautiful island feel, just across the causeway. Ft. Myers beach is just a short drive. Bimini bait shack was great! Beds were comfy, water pressure was awesome! We ate most of our meals there and ordered our groceries from Walmart(which they dropped off at the door). Leslie and Andrea were super responsive and helpful! Thank you for an easy/relaxing stay!

Nice Stay!

Condo was clean and organized. Looked as it did in the photos. The pool/hot tub area was exceptionally nice- the bathrooms at the pool were clean and convenient. The beach was great to relax on- but the water wasn't inviting enough to swim in. We saw dolphins and manatees right along the waters edge. There was a lot of boat traffic that gave us something to look at. Perfect Location to watch sunsets. The area was quiet and it seemed as though there was hardly anyone around- which made it even more relaxing. The Marriott next door had convenient restaraunts with good food and drinks. There were a couple of hatches of flies/bugs that were annoying but to be expected with all of the water around.

Lovely condo w/ large pool and private beach

This condo was in a convenient and private location with new large pool and private beach. Waterfront view from condo and balcony was gorgeous. We fell asleep each night to the lovely sound of the waves. Condo had everything we needed including pool floats, beach toys and chairs, and towels. Location was convenient as we were close to Sanibel Island and also mainland activities and restaurants/stores. Communication from owners was always prompt and helpful. We would definitely love to stay here again next time we visit the area.

Great trip

We stayed for two nights in this beautifully appointed condo before meeting our family for a week in Captiva. The condo had everything we needed; including gorgeous views, a screened porch (keep the mosquitoes and no-see ums away), pool, hot tub, and beach! We easily could have spent the week here. The hosts were nothing short of excellent and very responsive. We would absolutely stay here again!

Located at the end of the road, Private, quiet. Very clean. Great view from the screened balcony- no complaints. We are a family of 6 and we fit comfortably. Would stay here again.

Great Place

My husband & I spent 5 days. The unit was very nice, all the comforts of home😀. The view was spectacular and the property while undergoing construction was clean. The pool area was very pretty and parking was convenient. We really enjoyed our stay. Thanks for sharing your beautiful space.

Lovely condo with a beautiful view!

Loved this condo, it's view and access to first rate pickleball courts! Perfect, relaxing getaway with easy access to the beach and day trips over to Sanibel and Captiva. We will be back!

Beautiful view

Great 9th floor view of the water. Condo was clean and spacious with 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Large living area. Pool was not open yet but very easy access to private beach. Owners very responsive when I had a question. Would definitely stay there again.

Wedding Weekend

Everything at our condo was wonderful. The only reason that I did not give a 5 star rating, was because the pool was not yet available and parts of the building were still under construction due to damage from the 2022 hurricane. Eventually, I can see the condo returning to a 5 star VRBO. Thank you!
