Great place to stay

Rob was very accommodating and helped us even extend our stay by a day since our original flight was cancelled. He was very available for any questions. I would stay here again for sure!

Fun times

We enjoyed Rob’s property!! We were close to everything! The beds were comfortable and kitchen had everything we needed. The pool and hot tub topped it all off.

Great Rental!

Everything was as advertised. Hot tub was fantastic. Close location to fields and stadium. Couldn't have been easier. Great stay and would definitely stay again.

Awesome time!

We had a wonderful time. The Florida weather didn’t allow for as much pool time as we’d liked but we loved the hot tub. House was perfect for our two families to share with plenty of space. Rob was very accommodating and a great host! We will definitely be back!

Highly recommend for Roy Hobbs participants

check in was seamless. House was comfortable, kitchen well equipped. Pool and hot tub were clean, well maintained and heated. Centrally located with good access to the fields and Fort Meyers Beach. Will return should the opportunity present itself

Overall a good experience. Pool and pool area definitely need attention. Kitchen is definitely lacking in pots and pans, no teaspoons, scissors or garbage can in the kitchen!! Rob is a great guy !

Amazing

So glad we booked to stay here, rob was great with communication and was always there if we had any questions. House was immaculate. The pool and hot tub was amazing and close to all the baseball fields for our tounament. Will definitely stay here every time and reccomend to all family and friends.

Family vacation 2021

We spent our first family vacation in over 10 years here! The house was big enough for everyone and fully stocked with all the necessities! Rob is a great host and super nice guy! We met the neighbors who are equally nice! The pool and tiki bar really made a wonderful outdoor area for the kids! We will definitely stay here again in the future!!!

Amazing home

Rob was very accommodating to us. The entire process was great. He welcomed us to the home. Gave us a walk around the home and explained how all the pool equipment worked. He was available for any and all questions. The property was amazing. This home is conveniently located within minutes to beaches, shopping and dining. We enjoyed all of that but spent a lot of time enjoying the amazing back yard that has a pool, jacuzzi , grill and bar. That was a vacation all in its own. Thank you Rob. We will for sure make this a regular vacation.

Home away from home

Rob was an amazing host, he made sure we had everything we needed. His attention to detail was second to none. The house is very comfortable and the back yard is an entertainers paradise. There is plenty of seating and the BBQ is top notch. We loved staying here !!!

Oasis in Ft Myers.

We were fortunate to find this gem on short notice to use as a base camp for searching for a vacation home to purchase, and also to enjoy many of the beaches in the area.

Perfect location

We loved the location to beaches, shopping, and airports. Everything seemed close by and made our travel easy. We had a very relaxing vacation at this comfortable property. The owner was very accommodating. We look forward to returning in the future.

Comfy & FUN!!!!

Rob was the PERFECT host and we loved relaxing in his backyard, hot tub, pool & tiki bar. It slept 6 of us comfortably and was an easy drive to all of our activities. Had all the equipment we needed to grill our favorites and the kitchen had everything we needed to stay out of restaurants every night. Thanks Rob, can’t wait to return!

Affordable vacation home for a week stay

We enjoyed our time here for the week after Xmas. It’s a short ride to Ft. Myer’s beach if you go early and avoid the bridge traffic. Close to shopping, mini-golf and San Carlos Island Marina restaurants. The home is not far off the main road for easy in and out, close to RSW airport too. The yard is fenced for privacy around the pool and spa and a nice grill is provided. The inside has plenty of space for a family or group of friends and is a casual atmosphere. The owner allows dogs, which is a plus as we had friends visit who brought one with them. I suggested some items that the owner might want to add (after our stay) and they were responsive to the changes.

Great house with the best property manager of all my rentals

This house fit our needs and full-filled our expectations. The owner was extremely responsive and bailed us out when we accidentally locked ourselves outside. He also spent extra time checking us in. It is a great location to maneuver the area from the beaches to the ballparks. I highly recommend this property.
