Genau wie gewünscht und beschrieben - einfach herrlich

Das Haus ist wunderbar und die Vermieterin ebenfalls. Die Bilder entsprechen genau den Gegebenheiten. Alles ist sehr sauber und sehr gut gepflegt. Die Lage mit der Südterrasse, dem Pool und dem Kanal hat uns sehr gefallen. Es sind im Haus auch Angeln vorhanden, so dass man vom Steg aus fischen kann (und auch ohne Lizenz darf). Die Vermieterin Julie hat immer sehr schnell auf meine Fragen geantwortet und war immer sehr hilfsbereit. Meine Kinder haben sich auch sehr wohl gefühlt und wir werden gern wiederkommen. Vielen Dank liebe Julie, dass wir in Eurem Haus wohnen durften! Viele Grüße Konrad

The Canal Lifestyle

My wife and 3 kids (4,5,9) had a wonderful stay. The place was a perfect size for the 5 of us. We loved fishing and kayaking in the canals. Hours of pool time and had a great experience working with Julie.

Amazing stay!!!

This property and hosts are everything you want and more if you want to stay in a beautiful part of Florida! The neighborhood was so quiet the pool and the waterways were the highlight of my son’s trip. All of the beds were comfy. The whole house is decorated so mindfully. All with beach theme. The host were very welcoming and I can’t say enough about this amazing property. Everything was perfect thank you for a wonderful day and we hope to be back soon.

Beautiful Home

This is a beautiful home. We had a lovely stay. The pool temperature is perfect, the canal views are great, and the kitchen is extremely well-stocked. We look forward to returning in the future.

Wonderful vacation home

We absolutely loved the home. Everything was just as shown. The owners really thought of everything you could possibly need to make this a wonderful stay. From spices and cookware to inflated pool floats and everything in between. The lanai was large and offered many seating options. The pool was warm and relaxing. I would definitely stay here again.

Paradies am Kanal

wir hatten das Ferienhaus 4Wochen angemietet (06Jul-03Aug) alle unsere Erwartungen wurden erfüllt Die Schlafzimmer waren sehr schön eingerichtet die Betten (Kingsize/Elternschlafzimmer, Queensize/2.Schlafzimmer) waren sehr bequem) Die Küche war sehr eingerichtet und ausgestattet Der Pool und Lanai Bereich waren super hier wurde sogar ein (Sicherungszaun) für ein Kleinkind angebracht Die Lage war ebenfall sehr gut direkt am Kanal mit Bootsanleger welcher auch genutzt wurde. Supermarkt nur 5Auto min. entfernt zu den Beaches ca. 30min entfernt (Sanibel Island/Fort Myers Beach) CapeCoral Beach 10min.

Cape Coral Vacation

The house was in an excellent neighborhood, with gorgeous landscaping. Excellent layout for relaxing and having fun. The lanai and pool were the highlights. Very quite area to sit out at night and enjoy the surroundings. The host was very accommodating and easy to work with. The house had everything one would need and more! Looking forward to staying with my family here again.

Wonderful vacation in Cape Coral

The layout of the house is very well thought out. We had a lot of space and felt comfortable from the very first minute. We were provided with everything we needed for our daily needs. The house is very well equipped. A big compliment to the owners. The pool with the cage is an oasis. We spent hours there. The house is almost at the end of the street. Therefore there are hardly any cars driving by. It was very quiet and relaxing. You can reach everything you need for your vacation in a few minutes by car. Supermarket, restaurants, pharmacy etc. The region also offers a lot to do. We can only recommend this accommodation.

Great house and pool

Wir hatten eine tolle Woche in dem sehr gut ausgestatteten Haus. Es war wirklich viel vorhanden: Duschgel, Spülmaschinen-tabs, Waschmittel aber auch Gewürze und Getränke. Außerdem viele Handtücher, Geschirr, Töpfe, Beach- und Poolsachen... wir haben nichts vermisst! Die Nachbarn sind in der südlichen Gegend von CC sehr Nahe, das kannten wir so nicht. Leider waren die ersten Tage sehr viele und z.T laute Menschen im Nachbarhaus. In den Schlafzimmern sind nur teilweise Vorhänge, die richtig abdunkeln. Die Jalousien machen es nicht wirklich dunkel. Julie hat uns daraufhin Schlafmasken geschickt, die gut geholfen haben. Es ist ja auch Geschmackssache wie dunkel man schläft. Wir empfehlen das Haus gerne an Freunde weiter.

Paradise

The neighborhood was gorgeous as was the property of our stay. The house was so completely stocked that we did not have to buy anything. I have never stayed in such a well stocked home. Also I absolutely LOVED the floor plan of the house and pool. Yes the pool, OMG it was fantastic and so relaxing, just exactly what we needed after a long summer of running our own business. 15 minutes to the beach every day was also a plus. Would definitely book this magnificent house and pool again. Thank you so much for your texts and well wishes Julie. We loved it

Worst experience ever!!

BE AWARE!!! HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE!!! My family and I booked this house for the 4th of July weekend, everything was perfect until the day we arrived, we arrived June 30th my family and I went on different cars we had 4 cars parks we check in at almost 8 pm and the next morning around 7am I had a message from the Host saying that we broke house rules that we had a party and had more than 17 people in the house because we had 4 cars outside that if we did not leave the house law enforcement was going to be called. I contacted the host and explained to her that we did not had a party at the property we had just gotten there and the reason we had 4 cars outside is because we drove in different cars. Within just a few hours we had to leave and had to rent in another place in the middle of the July 4th weekend this was not cheap we spend a lot of money for the weekend. I tried to talk to the host and she did not listen she wanted us out we had kids with us we were on vacation and just had the worst experience… I thought because of all the good reviews she had we would have a pleasant experience but at this point i believe the reviews are a fraud!! I am fighting to get a refund for the days we were not there because the host did not even cancel the trip to stay with the money! Which I’m started to think she frequents to do this. We drove from out of town and just want to have a good time in beautiful Cape Coral and this experience almost ruined our family vacation.
