Our recent stay

My family and I really enjoyed our stay at the house. The house is well maintained and clean and offered EVERYTHING that you will require during your stay. We went to the beach during our stay and the Weiss residence did not disappoint!! They had a cooler, beach chairs and umbrellas. I would not hesitate to rent from them again on our next visit to Cape Coral.

Beautiful place. Well rep by the add, close to everything, pool is awesome, would definitely stay again. The overage charge on electric should be in add and pool got a little chilly at night but overall a wonderful place

Vacationing from Ohio

A beautiful home with plenty of room. Pool was perfect. This property even provided the little "extra" items that most do not such as TP, paper towels, garbage bags, hand soap, etc. Great location with shopping and restaurants near by. We loved this home, would highly recommend. :)

We had a great time we really enjoyed the pool and the ability to fish anytime off the dock.

I highly recommend to rent a boat when staying at this house that would of made the trip even better.

Family Time

We were blown away by this property. The pictures did not do the property justice, actually better in person. Everything was very clean, kitchen was wonderfully stocked/equipped! We had 4 generations of family and very much enjoyed just hanging at the house, playing games, cooking together, enjoying the pool!

We really enjoyed our stay at Weiss Villa. It was a beautiful home that fit my family needs. The open space layout is amazing. The location was close to allnthe essential stores. The pool area and summer kitchen was the icing in the cake. However, I can not forget the water canal in the back yard as well. My family LOVES to fish and this is pretty where we started our day and ended the day.

Beautiful Florida Retreat

We couldn’t have asked for a more beautiful home to stay while in FL. The house was clean and spacious, gave everyone places to relax, and tables large enough to hold our entire family! The pool and outdoor kitchen were wonderful and made extra special by the view of the canal. The property manager was quick to respond to texts or voice messages and owners were quick to respond to messages. Our family of 5 adults enjoyed Villa Weiss and would love staying again.

Schöne Villa, hervorragend ausgestattet!

Wir haben im April für 9 Tage mit 8 Personen in der Villa Weiß unseren Urlaub verbracht. Das Haus ist mit allem ausgestattet was man sich als Gast wünscht. Die Schlafzimmer sind geräumig mit jeweils großen Schränken, bzw. begehbaren Kleiderschränken. Die Küche ist besser ausgestattet, als wir es bisher in einem Ferienhaus erlebt haben. Die Bäder sind modern, mit ebenerdigen Duschen. Handtücher und Badetücher sind in Vielzahl vorhanden. Der Poolbereich ist großzügig und ansprechend gestaltet. Die Poolheizung haben wir im April nicht genutzt. Der Energieverbrauch war trotz laufender Klimaanlage sowie Nutzung von Waschmaschine und Trockner top. Die Kommunikation mit der Familie Weiß war vorbildlich. Herr Weiß war sowohl vor als auch während unseres Aufenthaltes für uns per Mail und telefonisch erreichbar (dabei ging es um das Mieten eines Bootes, für alle weiteren Fragen hätten wir vor Ort jederzeit eine Ansprechpartnerin gehabt, was bei dieser tollen Villa aber nicht notwendig war). Ein schöner Bonus war die Möglichkeit zur Nutzung des Kajaks der Eigentümer. Dieses Angebot haben wir gerne genutzt. Lediglich die zusätzliche Gebühr für die Nutzung der Outdoorküche (Reinigungsgebühr) hat uns etwas verwundert, so dass wir uns dazu entschieden haben die Outdoorküche nicht zu nutzen. Abschließend können wir sagen, wir hatten eine tolle Zeit in Cape Coral und empfehlen die Villa Weiß gerne weiter.

Sehr schönes Ferienhaus

Das Ferienhaus ist wirklich sehr schön und sauber und hat alles, was man für einen schönen Urlaub benötigt. Es hat einen tollen Außenbereich mit Grill, Pool und Steg. Zudem ist es, wie die Bilder es zeigen. Nur das Zimmer mit angeschlossenem Bad wirkt hier größer, als es tatsächlich ist, was aber nicht weiter schlimm ist. Die Lage ist zentral, man hört dadurch auch mal den Straßenverkehr. Aber auch das beeinträchtigt nicht weiter den Aufenthalt. Die Betreuung hat auch gut geklappt. Ich kann das Ferienhaus nur weiter empfehlen und würde es nochmal buchen. Wir (6 Personen) haben uns alle dort wohl gefühlt.

Peaceful family vacation

I was looking for a last minute booking and I am a bi-lateral above the knee amputee! I needed a home that had an open concept and was easily accessible to enter! This home provides that and so much more!! Upon arrival, I was impressed with the curb appeal of this home! We then entered through the garage and the wall of sliding glass doors provided a beautiful view to the pool and canal the property is on! It was easy for me to maneuver through the home with the exception to the water closet in the master bathroom! That did not stop me from enjoying the trip because I could easily access the hall restroom! The home is fully stocked with everything you may need from kitchen supplies to linens and plenty of them!! The pool is heated which made it absolutely enjoyable any time we entered it! The view out back of the canal was beautiful and a very quiet neighborhood! The beds were comfortable and had plenty of pillows and the entire home was beautifully decorated! The area was very convenient to anything you needed! The property managers were a pleasure to work with and quick to address any concerns we had!! We truly enjoyed our visit and would most definitely return to this property! As many of us Northerners do, we hated to leave but are doing so with wonderful memories!! Do not hesitate to book this property, you won’t be disappointed!! Thank you for sharing Villa Weiss with my family, how blessed we are to have had the opportunity to visit!! Best regards!!! Xoxoxo

Tolle Villa mit moderner Ausstattung . Ein tolle Außenküche und eine super ausgestattete Küche im Haus machen diese Villa zu einem Goumettempel für Hobbyköche. Die Villa ist sehr sauber übergeben worden. Egal ob Ipad oder Curved TV.Alles ist vorhanden. Tolle Lage in der Nähe vieler Einkaufsmöglichkeiten. Ob Fahrräder und ein tolles Kayak. Alles da. Gerne wieder.

Traumhaus, tolle Lage , bestes Ferienhaus in Cape Coral for ever

Wir waren mit vier Personen in dieser traumhaft schönen Villa. Das Haus war bei Anklunft in einem tadellosen Zustand und sehr gut gereinigt. Man konnte kein Staubkorn finden. Das Haus ist modern, aber sehr gemütlich ausgestattet. Die Ausstattung mit Bose Systemen, 5 Fernseher usw. ist fast unglaublich . Das Highlight ist die Ausstattung der Küche . Dort fehlt es einem an nichts. Die noble Außenküche lädt zum Grillen und Kochen ein. Der Pool ist sehr groß und schön . Innerhalb von 10 Minuten ist man aus den Kanälen raus auf dem River, so daß das Bootsabenteuer schnell beginnen kann. Die Hausverwaltung ist sehr kompetent , freundlich und auch noch deutschsprachig. Wir haben schon viele Häuser in Cape Coral gemietet, aber so ein tolles Haus hatten wir noch nie. Gerne nächstes Jahr wieder.

Traumvilla !! Modern und gemütlich eingericht !

Die schönste Villa , die wir in Cape Coral in den letzten 10 Jahren gebucht haben. Das Haus ist modern eingerichtet mit vier vollwerrtigen Schlafzimmern und drei tollen Bädern. Die Küche ist Luxus pur. Alles erdenkliche ist vorhanden. Hier kann sich ein Hobbykoch austoben. Draußen ist ein sehr schöner großer Pool iund eine tolle Außenküche mit einem einzigartigem Grill. Hier kann man sich nur wohlfühlen. Das Bootsdeck lädt jeden Abend zum Sundowner ein. Diese Villa iost ein muß in Cape Coral.
