We have stayed in multiple vacation rentals over the years. This one had those little things you appreciate. All of the kitchen items and tools you would expect from a house that has been lived in that seem to always be missing from other rentals. Alex communicated very well and was helpful when needed. The home itself is very livable. Very nice kitchen that flows well to the eating area and family room suited 4-6 adults comfortably. The pool area is fantastic. If there was one thing that I would consider "missing" is a gas grill but the charcoal grill was there.

One of the best properties we've stayed at. Exactly as described, and matched all the pictures. Very large pool perfect for swimming or floating, with a comfortable hot tub. Plenty of condiments and food items left in the cabinets and all the cookware and spices you could want. Very nice charcoal grill, with charcoal and lighter fluid left over from previous guests. The house had everything from a cooler to a child's potty training seat. Perfect for families with children, or just an adults trip. Three separate and quiet bedrooms, in a very quiet location. The screened porch made sitting outside fantastic. And Alex was quick to respond to messages and great to work with.

Property was excellent in every way. Very clean and well stocked. Patio and pool were very nice and a great place to relax. Host was very attentive. Location is close to shopping and numerous restaurants. I would highly recommend this property.

This house was fantastic. Conveniently located close to shopping and restaurants and only a 30 minute drive to the beach. The house was very comfortable with all the amenities you could desire. The jewel of this property was the pool area. Private with areas to eat or relax. The heated pool and spa were fantastic. With family in the Ft Myers area I visit often and this is my favorite VRBO

The place was perfect. First of all, everything was clean and well layed out for privacy or hanging out all together. The pool is much larger than I expected. It was private because of all the foliage around the lanai. Beaches were easy to get to as well as restaurants, movies, and all kinds of shopping. The neighborhood is quiet.

Spring Break 24!

Our stay at the home was great! The host was great at communicating and making sure all our needs were met. When we did have an issue with the pool ap, he was in the area and came by to insure we had the proper access. We very much enjoyed our stay.

Close to FGCU and has a great backyard!

We rented this house to stay in for our son’s graduation from FGCU. We spent most of our time outside in the lovely screened in lanai/pool. There was even a tv outside! It was a very quiet neighborhood for San Carlos park. Our host Alex was very responsive when we had questions. We would definitely stay here again!

Nice Vacation

This home was perfect for our family in town for a wedding. Private screened lanai and pool/hottub were great for us! House was very clean and had everything we needed and more. Alex was easy to contact and quick to respond when we had questions. Our only concern was a few sketchy houses down the street, but immediate neighbors very nice and friendly. Highly recommend!
