Rented for two weeks. Absolutley loved this house and property! Claudia was great at check in and check out. We had the best time and highly recommend this house. Close access to the beach, golf, eats and activities!

Family vacation

Our family of five had a wonderful stay for Spring Break! The house had everything we needed to relax and spend much needed time together. We love Cape Coral, this was our first time staying on the river and it was such a wonderful location! The pool is great and relaxing on the balcony was definitely our favorite spot to hangout and enjoy the breeze and amazing view!

Beautiful Property

We had a lovely time at this property!! The pool was amazing, as was the view and we enjoyed watching the boats go by on the river. The house was very clean and stocked with everything you could possibly need! You do require a vehicle to access any of the beautiful beaches and there is ample beach gear in the garage. I would certainly recommend this property and wouldn't hesitate to visit again.

Spacious clean home, Great location, Water/Pool

Great location - beautiful and clean house. Very responsive/helpful property manager. The house is fully stocked with anything my family needed (grandma, husband, myself and 3 kids). 2 master suites and game room. Very spacious and homey feel to the house. Pool was heated and a lot of fun. Tons of wildlife to witness on property in addition to water views. Convenient location to Publix/shopping and airport/Sanibel/Ft. Meyers etc. Boat traffic going past dock was busier on the weekend, but the fishing off the dock was great! Saw dolphins, an iguana, owls, pelicans and even caught a sting ray on accident. Great trip!

Tremendous property, great owners!

We have stayed in a number of vacation rentals over the years, but none included as many amenities as this one. Owners were excellent to work with, top notch people who want to make sure their guests have an enjoyable stay. We had some unexpected travel changes at the last minute and Werner made sure they didn't impact our vacation experience negatively. House is everything advertised, great location in Cape Coral. We saw dolphins almost daily as we swam in the pool and caught fish off the dock. Beach chairs and umbrellas in the garage were a great bonus. View of the early morning sunrises was spectacular. 5 stars!

Amazing home and so much fun!!!!!

This home is very spacious and clean. The views are spectacular! The owners and property managers were fast with answering questions and very friendly. There was more than enough basic supplies to get us through our 9-day holiday. Very much appreciated. The game room with foosball and pool table was spacious and fun. The heated infinity pool was fantastic. Views! Views! Views! Clean! Clean! Clean! We will definitely be back. Thank you so very much for sharing your home with us.

Another awesome vacation at Werner’s Cape Coral Villa Riverside

We – a family of 5 from the UK – had another fabulous stay at Werner’s riverside villa in Cape Coral. Having stayed for a couple of weeks last Easter, we returned for 12 nights this Easter. Villa Riverside is perfectly located with views looking directly out over the miles-wide Caloosahatchee river, providing perfect sunrise breakfasts from the first floor terrace. And from the villa you can easily access all of the major amenities within minutes: Publix/Walmart (5 mins), restaurants (Chilis 15 mins, Ford’s Garage 5 mins, Twisted Lobster 5 mins, for example) and access to the two major bridges over to Fort Myers and Fort Myers beach are only 5 minutes away too. The villa itself is spread over two floors with four good sized bedrooms and a games room on the top floor, and an open plan layout with well-stocked kitchen, two dining rooms and a huge lounge on the lower floor. Outside is an amazing pool, deck, grass area, plenty of loungers, grill, and eating area. It’s also great staying in a villa/house without an outside pool/deck netting/cage area. It absolutely isn’t needed. Zero flies or mosquitos! The villa is amazingly well stocked. We didn’t find anything that we would have had at our home that Villa Riverstar didn’t have. So much so that rather than just using the tea, coffee, washing liquid, dishwasher tablets, beach towels and everything else that the villa has, we were more than happy to replenish and add to it, which other guests have clearly done over time, too. Werner has been a fabulous, communicative, timely and informative host over the years, and Talisa from the local property management company was equally attentive and responsive. We can highly recommend Werner’s Villa Riverstar and we will return again very soon.

Luxury on the Water

We had a wonderful experience at the home in Cape Coral! The property was just as advertised! It is spacious and has all of the amenities that you could ask for. We had 6 adults from our family for the stay and had plenty of room when a couple of friends joined us for a night. The pool was refreshing and surprisingly cool considering the outside temperatures. It is located close to beaches, restaurants and shopping. The owner and management were both very responsive. We definitely recommend this for a rental and will consider renting again when in Florida!

Simply an amazing, well-appointed home, set in an idyllic location

We, a family of 5 from London, England, had a fantastic two weeks in this stunning house that’s situated directly on the Caloosahatchee River that separates Cape Coral from Fort Myers. Firstly, the communication we had with Werner, the home’s owner, from when we made an initial enquiry, all the way through to check in and during the rental was swift, accurate and informative. Ingrid (who manages the house for Werner) came by the day after we arrived to say hi and to make sure that everything was ok – which it absolutely was! The house itself is huge – around 4,500 square feet, spread across two stories. Two master bedroom suites and two good-sized additional bedrooms are located on the second floor (in the UK we’d refer to it as the first floor – either way it’s the top floor!), along with a games room that included some fitness items and a pool table that saw regular use from our two boys. An open plan downstairs contains a lovely, open, airy entrance hall, two dining rooms, a large lounge area and a well-stocked kitchen. The kitchen contained all of the items you could possible need – not just in terms of appliances and cookware, but also cleaning kit, coffee and some well-received water, soft drinks and wine, left by Ingrid, given our scheduled late arrival time! The house is well appointed, providing plenty of bed linen, bathroom towels, beach towels, beach chairs and umbrellas. We didn’t come across anything that we felt was missing. And the house is in great condition. Its location is incredible. Being west facing the sun came up over the 3-mile-wide river and bathed the generous pool, pool area, rear yard, and boat deck throughout the day. We spent significant parts of the days sitting outside, around the pool, enjoying the sunny weather, watching the boats go by, as the kids played in the nicely warmed pool. We also saw manatees and dolphins within 30 yards of the boat deck! Having stayed in a number of Cape Coral houses, it was great to stay in a house without a cage/netting covering the pool and deck area. The house’s location is nice and quiet, and perfectly located for the various amenities and attractions of Cape Coral. We do like our VRBO reviews to be objective, but there is genuinely nothing that we can point out that future guests should be aware of or that would form a reason not to stay in this house. All of us thoroughly enjoyed our time at Werner’s amazing home and we will absolutely return!
