We had a wonderful time at this home. You really won’t want to adventure out. The pool and spa area is gorgeous. Close to everything you need. Would definitely recommend this home.

Great anniversary trip

The location and house is amazing. Me and my wife come down every year for the fourth. We have been coming to the area for 10 years and this is the nicest place we have stayed. The pool was awesome with the hot tub. The corner lot is nice especially for fishing the canal. We caught our limit of mangrove snapper and sheephead every day. We will be staying here again.

Das Haus liegt wunderschön , Nöhe Jachtclub und Strand und Shopping . SEHR geräumig und wunderschöne Poolanlage mit Outdoorküche. Leider konnten wir weder den Pool, der NICHT beheizt war , noch die Outdoorküche, die ein Schild OUT OF ORDER DANGER! dran hatte nutzen. Es gibt keine Vorortbetreuung mit Einweisung noch liegen irgendwelche hilfreiche Info vor…. Service leider eine Katastrophe. Das Haus ist SEHR schön und wenn dann mal alles funktioniert hat man einen wunderschönen Urlaub

Everything included

Home was very clean and efficient. The location is even better than anticipated. Pool and hot tub was operated perfectly with no issues and lots of heat. If i had to come up with issue , it was the tv in master was unable to connect. Nor , cable. Living room tv , we could stream , but had issues with speed.

Wonderful Vacation!

We absolutely loved our stay. The house is located at the end of a cul-de-sac - very private and close to food shopping and restaurants. The pool and spa were wonderful with great landscaping and enough privacy. The rooms were nicely done - loved the TV room with reclining sofas.Hosts were easy to contact and responded quickly. FYI- as of now the grill on the lanai not working but there is a good grill in the garage to use.

Well equipped home in great location.

Wonderful Place to Stay

We had a fantastic stay - the pool and hot tub were for sure a plus, and we really enjoyed soaking up the sun on the pier. We utilized the kitchen daily, cooked on the grill in the garage and everything seemed to be well stocked. We went to the Yacht Club beach - it was a very short drive. Although it was quite small, we had plenty of room to spread out and enjoy the sunshine. Ft. Myers Beach was just a 30 minute drive as well. We would recommend this location for anyone wanting to stay in Cape Coral.

We absolutely loved our stay in Cape Coral. So much to do!! Even with lots to do outside the home, just staying in was very relaxing. The pool and hot tub was amazing!! Can't wait to go back in October!!!!

Custom Pool and Amazing Landscape

This Cape Coral property is totally amazing! The amazing landscape plus custom rock pool/spa and lanai is what attracted us to this property. Inside the house is huge! The kitchen has tons of space with everything you need to fix that morning cup of coffee to cook dinner. All the furniture was very comfortable. The property owner was great to work with. She made sure we had everything we needed to access and enjoy the property while we were there. The few issues we had while we were there with the air conditioner and blower for the spa where taken care of immediately and we really appreciated that. Unfortunately, our wonderful stay at this property would be interrupted by hurricane Ian. We scheduled to stay for 9 days but only got 5. The owner graciously refunded our money for the days that we missed. While we were there, we had to keep a close eye on the approaching hurricane. The owner made sure we had all the information we needed to decide for ourselves whether to stay in the area for the rest of our vacation or to evacuate the area. We know that in the aftermath of Ian, there was a lot of destruction of life and property done in SW Florida and our thoughts go out to those people. We did hear that this property made out fairly well and considering the damage that was done to properties in the area, we wish everyone well in their efforts to recover and rebuild in this beautiful area. We would love the opportunity to stay in this fantastic property again.

Awesome place!

We really enjoyed our stay here, especially the pool area! We made a great game out of the floating basketball hoop and had a blast. There are a ton of floats, pool towels and coolers. They even have bicycles and fishing gear. We would definitely go back.

Perfect vacation

Our family had a wonderful stay at this property. The pool was so nice and even the baby enjoyed the shallow shelf to play in the water! The canal was fun to fish and kayak in. We only left the house a few times to visit the beach and nearby parks...my kids didn't want to leave. House was well stocked and grocery stores were close by. We had a great time!
