Quiet and relaxing

Wonderful house and location. Spent a lot of time on the pool deck absolutely loving the view of the canal. Well-stocked, clean, and spacious house in a nice and quiet neighborhood. We hope to stay here again someday!

A little piece of heaven

The house has a fantastic view and was beautifully clean with everything you could need for a stay. Our thanks go to Herr Strauss and Vanessa for facilitating our holiday. The fact that we booked our next stay here before we came home says it all.

We found the property exactly as listed, it was located with an amazing view along on of the many waterways that make up Cape Coral. The house was in excellent condition with all facilities provided by the host. Would recommend this house and look forward to returning

Unser Aufenthalt in der Villa BluePearl war von A-Z perfekt.Von Check-In über die persönliche und unkomplizierte Begrüssung bis zur perfekt koordinierten und sympathischen Einweisung für die Bootsmiete.Die Villa, der Pool und der wunderschöne Sunset-Ausblick hat uns alles sehr gefallen.Wenn wir‘s einrichten können, kommen wir sicher wieder!!

Sheer perfection

This was our third trip to Villa Blue Pearl. It is perfectly situated, spotless and feels like home. If there is any equipment it needs, I can't think of it. The owner, Herr Strauss is as always the perfect host.The fact that we're planning on booking for the same time next year should be recommendation enough

Wir hatten einen wunderbaren Aufenthalt in der Unterkunft Blue Pearl! Besonders traumhaft war der Ausblick auf den Kanal – ganz egal, wo man sich im Haus aufhält, man genießt überall den Blick auf den Kanal. Die Unterkunft war sehr sauber und perfekt vorbereitet, sodass wir uns vom ersten Moment an wohlgefühlt haben. Ein großes Lob auch an Christina und Heiko vor Ort sowie an den Gastgeber Heiko. Die Betreuung war herzlich, aufmerksam und jederzeit hilfsbereit. Die Lage ist war auch super: Eine ruhige, gepflegte Wohngegend und der Sands Park mit Spielplatz ist nur einen Katzensprung entfernt, was für uns mit Kleinkind ideal war, da wir das mit einem kleinen Spaziergang verbinden konnten. Wir haben die Zeit hier sehr genossen und sind uns sicher: Wir werden auf jeden Fall wiederkommen! Herzlichen Dank & Viele GrüßeMelanie

Wonder home and location!

Home and room layout was perfect. Pool, grill, and dock area couldn’t have been better. The view of the wide channel was amazing and the perfect place to watch the sun go down every evening. We rented a boat and kept it at the house with no issues at all. Will be back!!!

Wonderful Stay

This house is a jewel on a canal!. The house was spotlessly clean with every amenity you could require. We had a couple of very minor issues which the host dealt with efficiently. The location is ideal in a very quiet neighbourhood but with beautful views over the canal. There are a couple of very minor cosmetic touches needed in the kitchen but in no way did this take away from the charm of the property. We liked it so much we are already planning our return.

A bit disappointed

The positives, kitchen was well equipped, (frying pans were non stick, unusual in rentals). Outdoor furniture and en-suite shower were good. Plenty of decent quality towels. Negatives, the villa feels rather neglected, it desperately needs redecorating, the kitchen cupboards need painting and the bath in the en-suite needs replacing (there is a significant hole in the coating where the water runs in from the tap and further cracking inside the bath). The pillows in the principal suite were as flat as pancakes and need replacing. In the interests of fairness, the weather during our stay was deadful so we did spend more time in the villa than we anticipated. It did mean that we really noticed the quality of the accomodation.

Alles Perfekt

Wir hatten durch Covid leider unseren Aufenthalt verschieben müssen. Hier kam uns Heiko überaus Dankbar entgegen. Völlig unkompliziert wurde unser Aufenthalt zum möglichen Zeitpunkt umgebucht, Danke noch einmal. Das Haus selber lässt keine Wünsche offen es ist alles so wie beschrieben und es fehlt an nichts. Gerne kommen auch wir wieder nach Cape Coral in die Villa Blue Pearl.

Fabulous property with stunning view

From the moment you walk through the front door of this beautiful property you cannot help but be impressed. The view out through the back directly onto the water is fantastic. It also, helps that the property itself is in fantastic condition with all amenities as specfied in the listing. Having owned property in Florida and having stayed multiple times on Cape Coral, this is without doubt our favourite so far. We have already booked to return later in the year.

Great home in nice neighborhood

We loved our stay here! The view down the canal is beautiful! The pool and lanai area is where we spent most of our time. The house is well equipped and just as shown in the photos. We hope we can come back again.

"Outstanding "

Villa Blue pearl exceeded our expectations. Patricia and Heiko are wonderful Host. They were very professional and responsive to every questions that we had before and during our stay. We would highly recommend and can't Wait to come back. Naples Beach is fantastic and not crowded. Just an hour away from cape coral.

Great property, would recommend... one caveat

We had a wonderful 8 days at the property. The pool was lovely. View was just as described. House was clean; beds were comfortable. Good linens and the kitchen was ready for cooking. Liked having a pool table. Very few tv channels. The caveat: there is an electric surcharge. We kept the house at 77, used few lights, didn't use the oven, dishwasher, or laundry. There were just 2 of us so not much hot water use. The electric charge for the 8 days was $70 plus. The house was great, and we would likely go back. Just be aware of and plan for the extra cost.
