Kelly and Robert's home was absolutely perfect. The location was great, right on the channel with quick access to the river and Gulf. There is a small beach nearby which was nice because we didn't have to struggle for parking like some days at the larger beaches. We brought our kayaks and the location was perfect for them. The home was also very close and convenient to many restaurant choices and grocery stores, etc.The house itself was clean and the kitchen was well stocked. There were also condiments and spices for cooking. The icing on the cake was the pool and outdoor lanai which we used every day - we never even actually sat on the furniture inside because the outdoor space was so nice! We would definitely recommend this home to others and hope to return in the future.

We stayed at Kelly’s beautiful home in Cape Coral 2/28/2026-3/14/2026. We had an amazing vacation! The home had everything you could have hoped for! It was exceptionally clean, pool was fantastic, great location! Kelly was very quick to respond to my emails which made us feel like she really cared that we have a wonderful stay. Checking in was a breeze! My husband is a fisherman so he threw out line everyday, caught lots of smaller fish. One highlight was seeing a manatee swim by! Looked huge! It was the perfect location for us to visit friends in Cape Coral and Ft. Myers. There are also plenty of great places to eat nearby. We were hoping to come back next year for 4-6 weeks but it was already booked for 3 months. We were not surprised by that! If you choose this for a rental you will not be disappointed! Thank you Kelly, for a fantastic vacation!

This is our second visit and once again it was perfect! I think my favorite feature is all of the outdoor living space. We ate every meal under the covered patio and spent so much time at the pool. We watched the bowl games on the patio and it was delightful!Everything you could need is provided! A fully stocked kitchen, games, puzzles, plenty of beach towels, lots of outdoor seating...even hangars! I have rented many different times at places that I needed to go out and buy hangars...this host has thought of everything!!I love that the neighborhood has sidewalks. We walked every morning...only 1 mile to the Cape Coral Beach. The hosts checked in on us to make sure we had what we needed. Super helpful book with directions and things to do in the area.We had the best time!!

This was a wonderful house with everything you will need for a trip and more. Host communication was fantastic, location was perfect being close to restaurants, grocery stores and other fun things to do like breweries, distilleries and more. Canal access was super close to the River and then a short run to the Gulf and the house was very well-maintained and clean.We couldn't be more pleased with our stay as everything was seamless with check in/check out, a very responsive host and an extremely well stocked home. The pictures accurately showcase the home and dock. We brought our boat and couldn't be happier with the location and canal access. One thing to note is you cannot store your trailer on premise but we found Big Toys about 20 min away to store the trailer for a week and they pro-rate so something to keep in mind. Overall, a great place...we had friends stay in another home close but this home was nicer and stocked much better.

Everything You Could Possibly Need!

Everything we could possibly need was there! The kitchen had everything we could think of for cooking. More than enough towels, beach towels, bedding/blankets, pool floats, I was completely amazed at the attention to detail by Kelly and Robert. We spent most of our time outdoors - the TV outside was a special treat for March Madness Basketball games and the pool was the perfect spot for most of our days. We have 2 small dogs and the outdoor area was perfect for them as well. The ceiling fan and lights under the covered part made evening meal time a joy.The street isn't that busy and we loved the neighborhood. Taking a walk in the morning was even easier due to the sidewalks. The location was great for getting to the places we like to shop and dine out.We had such an incredible time that we already booked again!

Christmas on the water

We stayed with family for Christmas at this beautiful house with great views. The pool was nice with a little waterfall. They have everything you need - I brought cupcake pans & crock pot but they had both there! No stone left unturned with this house. Close to so much, and we took advantage of that!The beds were comfortable, bathrooms beautiful, open floor was perfect to talk while cooking. The lanai is big and sitting around the table playing games was so beautiful with the water right there.There were bikes to take rides. The owners were kind and ready to answer any questions. We will for sure be staying there again!

Second visit to Villa Palm Tree

This was our second time in three years to stay at the Villa Palm Tree. Kelly and Robert have made some beautiful renovations to their home. They always take care to make sure that you have everything you need. Kelly leaves a detailed list of all places in Cape Coral and Fort Meyers. We love going to the beach for a few hours and coming home to a private pool. Riding the bikes to the Boathouse for mimosas and breakfast was a favorite of ours. We rented a boat from the naughty hooker (Charles) and it was so much fun. He is a great guy. If you’re looking for a vacation in south Florida , then this home has everything. Ps. We usually go to Estero Beach, but this year they’re were having issues with red tides, so we drove to Bonita Beach. It is a beautiful beach.

Great location

We normally travel with a few essential items, which are usually not available at a rental . However, Kelly’s house had everything you could possible need during your stay. Well equipped kitchen, extra towels , pool towels, detergent , Christmas tree , bikes - you name it. The pool and deck is very nice and equipped with nice outdoor lighting . We truly enjoyed our stay. The bathrooms were newly renovated- overall a very nice and clean place . We highly recommend it.

Best.Vacation.Ever.

Our kids loved the swimming and fishing. From sunrise to after sunset our boys were outside fishing and playing in the pool. Our teen/preteen daughters too! We’ve stayed in condos on Sanibel for years but this year we wanted to try something different and the canal/pool was a winner. The home was well stocked and we were grateful to have many products for our use. The master bath remodel wasn’t completed when we arrived but the owner worked out a concession with us and we got by with one bathroom for the week. It will look amazing when it’s done. Overall it was an amazing vacation and we were happy with the beautiful home

Beautiful & comfy home great location pet friendly

Property owner is nice. Home is beautiful and spacious. I give five stars for everything but cleaning. A little too many dishes and no cabinet to store dry goods. We had to clean several things. Although I gave cleanliness a 4, I definitely recommend staying here. The cleaning is an easy simple fix that shouldn't over shadow the wonderfulness of the place. Owner provides a lot of amenities for renter use, which is awesome(not garage though). Owner was very nice and attentive. The lanai is warm and inviting. Plenty of room in the beautiful home to create wonderful memories. We even had a dolphin in the canal several nights. It was beautiful to listen to it chirp. Very nice location in reference to businesses and still being on the water. I love we could take our poodles with us!! We would stay there again!!

Family vacation

Our family had a wonderful time! This place has everything you could possibly think of and I appreciated how clean and inviting this home was. This is truly a home away from home. We stayed for an entire week. We were able to do bike rides, swim in the pool each day, and fish off the dock. We have a 7 month old and it was so nice to have a crib, stroller, and highchair available on site so that we didn’t have to waste the space packing our own. We chose to rent a pontoon for the week we were there and had a blast finding our own little places to explore. We look forward to coming back again next year!
