Family get away

Quick getaway

Great place to escape for some relaxation! The pool was the perfect size overlooking a beautiful lake. Location was centrally located and close to everything. House was clean and had everything we needed. Would highly recommend!

Great Weekend Getaway

We were in the area for a last minute weekend getaway. We were surprised the property was available for the exact dates we needed. The house was perfect for what we needed. It was super clean, well maintained, and as described in the listing and pictured in the photos. We loved the pool area- the pool itself was great and we enjoyed having an area to read, relax, and soak up some sunshine. Being on the lake was great because it made it seem like we were farther away from other properties even though it is a normal suburban neighborhood. The communication with the property host was through the app and she was very responsive. We would love to stay here again if we ever return to the area.

Unique atmoshere on the lake

We stayed in this villa from October 31, 2024 to November 21, 2024. The view and the atmosphere on the lake are unique. You never get tired of it. The orientation of the pool deck allows you to find sun from morning to evening. This is especially important in November. Everything is as described, very well equipped, nothing was missing. We would particularly like to highlight the good quality of the mattresses and pillows and the owners' willingness to extend our departure until the afternoon. This was made possible for us free of charge. We would be happy to come back.

Absolutely Wonderful!

We LOVED our stay at Tina and Alan’s! We could not have asked for anything more. Everything was amazing . We felt at home the minute we walked thru the door. We swam every day and night, used the kayaks as well as the bikes. The view of the lake was so beautiful. They have thought of everything to make your stay extra special. Communication was super. amazing getaway place

As the back to back visitors at this beautiful place, we enjoyed every day of our Christmas vacation as we did the year before and before and before. Everything We Needed

Tina was lovely to work with- caring and responsive. The property is beautiful decorated, comfortable furniture, and was well equipped with all that we needed after a quick trip to the market on the way in. All just a short drive away. It overlooks a perfectly heated pool and small neighborhood lake and is a short drive to multiple beach and nature areas. We enjoyed our stay and would return.

Lovely, Peaceful Home

We had a wonderful stay in this lovely home. The neighborhood is quiet, and, since we arrived very late, well-lit (we also appreciated the house number being easy to find!). It's beautifully decorated and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The pool area is an absolute oasis! We'd love to come back with the rest of our family.

Beautiful home in quiet neighborhood.

Beautiful well stocked home in a quiet neighborhood. The backyard faces a lake that added to the serenity. Pool was kept at a steady 85. Furnishings were newer and nicely appointed. The garage did not fit our rental car (Pacifica) but a compact car should be able to fit in there. The shower in the the master bath was a jet tub fitted with a shower curtain that was uncomfortable but functional. Tina was a very responsive host that was accommodating to a couple special requests. Although we didn’t get a chance to use them, there were bicycles in the garage as well as some lake equipment. We would definitely consider this home for a future rental and do not hesitate in recommending it.

Great stay on the lake

We can't say enough positive about our 3-week stay. The house is exactly as advertised and has everything you need. It's in a great neighborhood and centered in Cape Coral such that it's only 15 minutes to everything in town and a short jaunt to Fort Myers and places beyond. Communication with the owners was quick. I highly recommend!
