Unforgettable vacation

Beautiful Pool Home... clean... comfortable... convenient!

Great home... would be happy to stay again when we are in this part of Florida. The home is well equipped with literally everything you might need... hair dryer... grill... kitchen utensils... pool toys... towels... some beach towels... slow cooker... dish washing detergent... and the list goes on... BUT one thing you will need to bring is body wash for the shower and shampoo... while there is hand soap and dish soap... there is no showel gel, shampoo, or conditioner... IF YOU BOOK THIS HOUSE... YOU WONT BE DISAPPOINTED! A sincere thank you to the owner for the hospitality.

Cape Coral Anniversary

Family vacation

Beautiful house.. Plenty room for the family. Very comfortable. Great location and nice neighborhood. We checked in after 6pm so by the time we used the pool it was dark, so we didn’t realized the pool was green. We got in touch with management and he addressed the situation quickly. I would say it’s a great place for a reasonable price.

Excellent experience

This place is beautiful comfortable and was so amazing! Much more than we expected! Totally loved it we did not want to leave after our 5 days was up.. made us sad. Would recommend to everyone it's a 10 out of 10 place to stay.. I will definitely be staying here again when we return to the area! Wonderful stay!

We loved our week at this beautiful home. Our only real issue was no pool heat due to the heater being knocked out in the hurricane, which is totally understandable. We just didn't realize how much that would affect our vacation with our 5 yr. old grandson. It had also been very cold before we came so the water was extra-cold and really couldn't be used until the last day. We did have an issue with not getting the code for check-in but Mike was very easy to reach and gave it to us right away. When a few other issues came up, he was also very helpful. We had a wonderful week in Cape Coral and would definitely stay here again!

Communication a lot to be desired

We were quiet dissapointed with the whole situation. Information for check-in was not provided until the last minute. When we arrived, the owner did not informed us thay ac was out. We had to deal with that until next day with temp being over 80 in the house. The house rule tells you that pretty much everything has to be cleaned even that we paid for the cleaning. We've only stayed a few days but were only left with 1 small paper towel and 1 toilet paper roll. 2 trash bags plus we had to deal with trash that was left out with trash all over the ground. As someone mentioned before about pots, that hasn't changed and still the same issue. Area was nice; however, overall experience was a lot to be desired.

Great get away

he neighbor hood was quite. the house had everything that you needed includuing comfortable furniture. The pool was nice and very clean. Short drive for food to eat out or to pick up groceries. We had a very comfortable stay.

Pleasant Florida Visit

Nice to have 3 bedroom 2 bath with pool, but there was an additional fee to have it heated. Area was quiet and enjoyed our stay. Unfortunately, there was no bar soap for showering and the teflon on the pots and pans were peeling off and looked like someone had taken a knife to them to remove it. It was our bad not to communicate this to the property manager.

Needs work done, uncomfortable beds.

The house is clean and the check-in was easy. The beds and pillows were horribly uncomfortable. The pool heater didn’t work and the water water so cold none of us could get in. The door handles on the large sliders to the pool were broken and the doors were VERY hard to get open and closed. There was a chuck of cement area busted next to pool. The neighborhood was safe and nice, but u do have to drive to do anything.

Perfect Get-away

My husband and I just wanted to get-away for a few days. And This was the perfect spot. The house was just as described. Very clean, great location and in a lovely neighborhood. Our flight was delayed several hours and was rather late when we arrived. I don’t like to disturb anyone at a late hour, but it couldn’t be helped. But, Mike respond very quickly with the access code for the house. The pool was awesome. We really enjoyed ourselves.

Nice House

4 night stay in amazing home

This vacation rental is one of the best we’ve stayed in. Was very clean and the pool was fun to come back to after great days of exploring. Close to everything and a quiet neighborhood. We will definitely be back.

Great visit

We had a great vacation here. The house was just as the pictures showed it to be. It was very clean (one of the cleanest VRBO’s that we have rented). The beds were comfortable it was so nice to be able to use the garage and have the use of the garage door opener. Pool was nice as well. A few minor repairs needed (master bathroom door off track and some of the patio furniture had some holes), but nothing that ruined our trip. We would definitely rent this house again if we were back in the area.
