Paradise

Gracious & responsive. Beautiful home on the canal. Made us feel very welcome with all of the comforts of home. Set up perfectly for 2 couples. 2 king rooms with ensuites on opposite side of house. Highly recommend. Very clean.

Amazing house!

We had a great and relaxing week stay at Pat and Joanne's beautiful home. The house was super clean and inviting! Our kids enjoyed the pool and fishing daily! Owners provided everything you could need and were incredibly accommodating! Highly recommend!

Villa Piccolo Paradiso

We arrived on Sunday July 7th, we were a little early but I spoke to Charlie who is the property manager and he told me the house was ready and we were able to get in a little early. The house is beautiful and is just like the pictures on VRBO. The pool is beautiful and there is plenty of space on the pool deck with more than ample seating and even a space to dine outside. There is a boat dock and if you have a boat you can keep it right there for easy access during your stay. The home is located within driving distance of many restaurants, grocery stores, specialty stores and attractions. The owners were very helpful from the time we booked the home. Staying in touch via email and sending us a list of their favorite restaurants and attractions in the area. They made sure we had everything we needed for a wonderful week in their home. We enjoyed our stay in this beautiful home and will definitely stay again should our travels take us back to Cape Coral.

Family summer vacation

The owners are wonderful. So easy to communicate with. The house is as beautiful as the pics on the site. Wonderful neighborhood and we had such a nice relaxing trip. 6stars and would def recommend. Even considering when we can return and it is a 6 hour trip for us so that’s saying a lot

Wonderfully Comfortable Home!!!

We stayed 7 nights at this home. The home is comfortable, great layout, well stocked kitchen and beautiful lanai and pool. The owners are extremely easy to work with and they go above and beyond to provide information about the surrounding area, restaurants, attractions and more. We would definitely stay here again!!!! Loved it!

This house was wonderful. Everything was super clean when we got there and they had everything we could possibly need. Our kids loved fishing from the dock and spent hours in the pool. Location was great- close to shopping and restaurants but in a quiet neighborhood. Due to weather we didn't get a chance to use the kayaks but definitely would have if we had time. Just a great place overall!

Truly a Paradise

My husband and I and our 3 kids recently stayed at this lovely home for 6 nights. This was our 3rd visit to the area in a rental home and we all agreed that this was the best. We loved having our coffee outside on the lanai. It was so peaceful to look out at the canal. The kids enjoyed the size of the pool. It is very large. The house easily accommodated our family of five. The owners have thought of everything that you could possibly need, including a ton of information about where to eat and things to do in the area. It is a nice neighborhood, with nice neighbors! I highly recommend it and we would definitely stay here again!

Perfect extended vacation

We were blown away at how clean and beautiful this home was when we walked in the front door. Then we opened up the window wall to the outdoor area and knew we were going to have a great month here. It never disappointed! We hosted both an older couple as well as our young grandchildren and the house was set up perfectly for both groups with 2 primary suites and the 3rd twin room. The pool was wonderful and felt private even with neighbors right next door. Great communication with the owners as well as Charlie (property manager). Would highly recommend this home for anyone staying in the area and know if we come back to the area we will definitely rent this again.

Beautiful property

This was a very beautiful property. We enjoyed the pool with a view of the canal and spent a lot of time fishing. It’s close to restaurants and shopping as well. Pat was a very good host and was prompt with responses. The kitchen as well, equipped, and had everything we needed. We will definitely be booking this property again next year for vacation.

Perfect Getaway

We absolutely will be back in the future, the location of the home was perfect for our blend of beach lovers and river lovers. We were able to visit 8 different beaches around and enjoyed the river every evening. The pool was a plus for when the kids didn’t want to go anywhere for the day. We started out only staying a week but a couple days in changed our minds and stayed a week and a half. The property is amazing and stocked with everything you need! The owners and manager were so nice and attentive with any and all questions.

Our second time here

This was our second time staying here at this home for our family vacation. Again, we had a truly wonderful experience. Our kids enjoyed the pool every day, multiple times a day. The new pool looks great! We used the kayaks and saw a manatee or two, spent mornings sipping coffee and watching the mullet fish jumping in the canal from the dock. We went to Sanibel island for a beach day and visited with our friends who recently moved to Cape Coral. Everything in the house is well taken care of, well-appointed, and the property manager was very responsive to one request we had. We would recommend this house to all our friends and family, and we are sincerely looking forward to returning again for a third visit. Our two kids were so sad to leave! Awesome family vacation spot.

Nice place but they charge extra for utilities

Overall the place was okay, but finding a razor in the master shower upon arrival was discouraging. And owners charge random amount for electricity after you checkout, so the per night cost is not accurate.

Excellent Property and Wonderful Owners

Very clean, very well stocked property that is close to many different necessities while on vacation! The beds are super comfortable, and individual bathrooms suited everyone very well. We enjoyed the pool each day to beat the heat, and the dock each evening after the sun started going down. We didnt have to go out to eat at all with the well stocked kitchen, and found all the amenities one would find at home. Communication with owners was effortless and they have a ton of local knowledge for folks not from the area. Property manager was hands off in our case, as we had no issues whatsoever. 10/10 visit for us, and we will definitely look to stay here in the future!

5 day stay

What a beautiful property and home they have created! Pat and Joanne were phenomenal hosts. Their home is our Florida dream home. Everything you need and a perfect location near restaurants, grocery stores, Dunkin, bait shops and bars. We went for a swim, fished the canal, cooked for friends, and looked for homes that didnt measure up because we were spoiled. If you are looking for homes in area, don't stay here because nothing else measures up! LOL.

JoAnn and Pat are superior hosts, communication was quick and clear. The property is wonderful and much attention has been paid to detail and the development of comfortable surroundings. The neighborhood is welcoming and great restaurants are close. We enjoyed our stay and strongly recommend this property for a wonderful and relaxing stay.

Most comfortable stay yet!

This was our most successful and comfortable vacation yet. The bedrooms from the kids to the the two adults suits were perfect for the wind down at night. The pool area was amazing and couldn't be happier with our stay! Highly recommended for a a family that wants to swim fish and have amazing amenities this is the place!

Wonderful vacation

After a stressful year we decided to rent this beautiful home for our family vacation and couldn't have been more pleased. The house has obviously been well cared for and the location and amenities were exactly what we were looking for. The owners were very helpful and easy to get ahold of, even offering a lengthy list of favorite restaurants and activities. Cape coral itself is a great location offering lots of things to do for both kids and adults. We can't wait to go back and will try to rent this house again.

Relaxing Getaway

We were really impressed that there were spices, oil, sugar, some coffee, filters and sandwich bags, foil & hand soap in each bathroom. We spent most of our time on the lania. We loved the house, the view, lania & pool. The only thing that we didn't like was the motion lights in the pool area. You couldn[t sit on the lania or go into the pool for an evening swim without those lights flashing. I would rent this house again in a heartbeat. Pat/Joanne were so nice & even touched base with us during our stay which has never happened on any vacation rental we stayed at.
