Thank you for providing such a beautiful, spacious and clean home. We knew right when we walked in the front door that this would be a place that we would be able to spread out, feel comfortable and call home for a week. This was the first time we traveled with our pup and this house ended up being perfect. We really enjoyed the hot tub, fishing from the dock, the quiet neighborhood, kind neighbors and driving to nearby Sanibel Island. This house really had everything we needed.

Very nice home in a quiet neighborhood, close to grocery stores and shopping, enjoyed the hot tub every evening, house was very clean, comfy and cozy.Had one small issue with internet but Maggie was quick to respond and even came over to the house and got the problem corrected promptly. Would highly recommend staying at this property!

An amazing house for a great time ! We spent a week in this beautiful house. We had everything we needed to relax and have fun. The pool and the hot tub were great. We had bikes to go to the harbour and discover the beautiful houses around, and kayaks to discover them from the canals. We also rented the boat a few days: it was very comfortable and enjoyed the canals and could go to Sanibel. The house is quite near the exit to the sea.The hosts are very responsive and friendly. We had a relaxing time. Thank you for everything!

Beautiful Home

Maggie and her family were great; very responsive! Their home was very clean and pool, bikes, kayaks, fishing gear and boat was amazing! We added a day for the boat rental which captain Bob didn’t get the memo; so we had the pleasure of meeting Maggie’s husband, Chad and son which was super cool! We got to hear their story on how they ended up in Cape Coral, they really go above and beyond to make sure your stay is wonderful! It was really hot (I think they said 2 of the days we stayed were the hottest in 10 years)! We seen dolphins when boating to Sanibel! The food is amazing! Cape Harbour Oyster Bar and grill was my favorite when it came to the oysters and their chicken tenders were amazing too! We will be sure to look for another one of Maggie’s rentals next time we are in the area!

Absolutely loved staying in this property, the house was beautiful decorated, clean, spacious with a beautiful view. Maggie was an amazing host, always checking on us making sure we have everything we need. She even offered us a great deal to stay an extra day which we gladly accepted. The boat was a must for fun activities with the kids and fishing for my husband. We will definitely be back.

Cape Coral Family Vaca!

We had a great stay at this property in Cape Coral. The pool and hot tub were highlights for our kids and the view of the water was so peaceful. Location of the property is perfect. We used the bikes to ride to the Harbour for coffee. Nice Guys pizza right down the road is a must try! Overall wonderful place to stay! You won’t be disappointed!

Family Vacation

Our stay was absolutely wonderful! The property is amazing and the home is very clean. Anything and everything you would need is available. From bikes, kayaks, board games, fully stocked kitchen to hot tub, pool and access to a boat. We truly had our best vacation on this trip. The boat was a highlight. We loved being on the water and smelling the fresh Florida air. The property managers were very kind, helpful and available if needed. Book your trip, don’t hesitate, you will love it!
