Host was easy to communicate with and provided excellent advice and reminders. House was well equipped and clean. Liked the pool area very much. Did not want for anything. Weird, but it’s very nice to have a stick vac and microfiber floor sweeter at our disposal.

This was a beautiful home in the perfect location! Only a block from the beach and really enjoyed the private pool! Home was well stocked with anything you would possibly need. The host was always quick to respond to answer any questions! Highly recommend.

Wonderful Stay – Beautiful, Comfortable, and Pet-Friendly!

We absolutely loved our stay at this beautiful home! It was perfect for our group of five and our two dogs. The house was spotless, spacious, and truly felt like a home away from home. Everything was clean, comfortable, and fully stocked: from the kitchen essentials to the little details that made our stay so easy and relaxing.We spent our days lounging by the pool, taking the boat out, and enjoying the nearby beach. The location was fantastic, and the home had everything we needed and more. It was clear the hosts put a lot of thought into making this a welcoming and worry-free place to stay.We can’t wait to come back. Everything was truly perfect!

A great stay!

Spent a month here and had a wonderful time. Great location mid-island. Lots of room for friends and family. Loved having private bathrooms with each bedroom. The pool was always warm and the electric scooters were a big hit. Highly recommend!

Fantastic property for a large group

The house was just as described. It was clean, well kept and in a great location. We throughly enjoyed our spring break week relaxing on the beach which was a short walk away and cruising on the pontoon. We had everything we needed for the beach (chairs, cooler) enjoyed the pool and paddle board as well. The owner was very attentive and communicated with us throughout the week to assure everything was working well. He also offered suggestions on restaurants and navigating the water via boat. We would definitely book this property again. The only complaint we had was the traffic getting into the downtown area in the evening. It was very busy, assuming this is better other times of the year (we went In March, prime spring break time).

Hurricane travel

Well we need to start by noting that Hurricane Helene had just moved through wiping out our previously booked housing near Tampa. When I contacted Trent before booking he assured me that his home had weathered Helene well and was clean and ready for habitation. Indeed it was. Everything that Trent could control was done beautifully. The home was very beautiful and clean and strong. Because it is high, it felt very safe. However, Milton developed and just prior to the evacuation orders for all of Ft. Meyer's beach we chose to move out to allow travel time to get over the bridges. I am very glad that we did. Trent was attentive to our safety and has promised to reimburse us for the unused portion of our stay. I would rank this dwelling as 5/5 except for the parts over which Trent had no control. Thank you

Ft Myers Beach paradise!

This home is very clean and cared for. We arrived 2 days after Trop Storm Helene and our host had the house, the grounds, and the POOL clean and ready for us! I thought we might lose a day or two but our host made sure all was ready! He was also very quick w responding to any questions we had. Overall great home, great location!!

Incredible Experience!!

We stayed from Sept 17 -23 at this property. Everything was as described. Ft. Myers Beach is still recovering; but this Waterfront Luxury Home survived well. I suspect it is a concrete home as we barely heard the rain or thunderstorms outside. Florida is know for Mockingbirds at 2a....you can not here them here. It has multiple amazing patios that my Wife, my children, and I were able to spend time outside on all day. The upper patio was divine in the morning with just my Wife and I. The sunrises and sunsets were amazing. The lower patio and pool was incredible with just the right amount of sun for the sunbathers, shade for the easily sun kissed northerner's like me, and a pool to keep you refreshingly cool. The fishing in the canal it backs up to is just amazing. My boys caught a ton of Mangrove Snappers & Sheepshead, We actually filleted and grilled a few of the Snappers! The home was super clean and all the amenities described were provided. The host is very responsive to any issue that may arise. We WILL be back! Thank you for sharing your property sir!👍

Beautiful!

We loved this home! It had everything we needed. Loved the high ceilings, proximity to the beach and being on the waterway and hanging out in the pool! We also enjoyed the availability of the boat and jet ski’s. Everything was perfect & Trent was amazing to deal with!

Everything about the property was amazing!! Outdoor area is very well maintained and pool was perfect! I loved everything about the inside of the home. Very spacious and well kept! Kitchen had everything we needed to fix several meals in the evenings. Short walk to the beach.

Family Get-a-way

Great newer house w/pool on a canal and only 1 block from the beautiful Ft Myers sandy beaches. Perfect for families with kids. For an extra fee, home came with 2 wave runners & a pontoon. The only con for us was traffic was pretty bad in afternoon/early evening. Owner answered any questions we had immediately.

Beach Getaway

The pictures are exactly what you will get with this beautiful property. The house is spotless and so roomy and modern. We enjoyed the upstairs covered outside patio where we had many of our meals, overlooking the water. The primary bedroom is on a separate level from the other bedrooms, giving lots of space and privacy. The pool area is partially covered so those seeking sun can get it and those seeking shade are also happy. We took advantage of the bikes and also rented the pontoon for a day, which was a blast. Be forewarned about the traffic in Fort Myers Beach...getting off of the island will take 30-45mins, depending on the time of day (we went in winter so I suspect the off-season isn't as bad).

Great location

Great home, responsive property owner and very clean. All appliances were in working order clean and pool was warm, inviting. The property has extra furnishings for our 12 month old granddaughter like pack and play and high chair so that was awesome - we could have saved us bringing it down if we would have known/read up. Only issue with a leak from upstairs bathroom - repair man came next day and minimal disruption to our family. It did not get repaired so we were down a shower but family adjusted well!
