Wonderful in every way. Thoughtful design and very well stocked with quality cookware and accessories. We celebrated a relaxing Thanksgiving with our close friends and enjoyed the pool/hot tub and fishing in the canal. Would very highly recommend!! Hoping to be back next year. The proximity to the beach and Time Square amazing.

Beautiful well maintained home. Nice quiet neighborhood. Pool area very private. All and all if you are looking for a nice place you can't beat this one. Just bring your clothes and food and enjoy your stay. Kitchen well stocked with all the kitchen utensils you would ever need.

Everything about the home was perfect. The kitchen was well stocked, there were plenty of towels (bath and beach), there was more than enough seating in the home, and the beds were comfortable. The area was very accessible to the beach as well as to numerous shops and restaurants. Also, Barb was very responsive. Our family will definitely be staying here again!

Another great beach trip

This house exceeded our expectations. We all agreed that it was the best equipped VRBO we've found. There were ample bath towels, beach chairs, fans for every room, beach towels galore, pillows and two working kitchens with plenty of dishes and small appliances. The two washers/dryers were also a plus! We loved the pool and outdoor space as well. This was a great house for our party of 9 to have another memorable vacation.

Great home!

Overall this was a great place to stay for the week. The house was as we expected, with plenty of room and just a short walk to the beach (only 5-7 minutes). The host had great communication and was helpful with any issues or questions that came up. They had lots of beach, pool, and kitchen essentials. We would definitely book this stay again!

The house was the perfect size for our family. Plenty of space when we needed it and plenty of space to spend time as a family. The amenities were plentiful, the house pretty much had everything we needed. The pool and the view were incredible. The owner Barb was so nice, easy to work with and very responsive.

Our stay was amazing; we were there for my brother's wedding. The house is perfect, clean and well equipped. We had my elderly mom with us, so the 2 bedroom fully equipped apartment downstairs worked awesome for her, no steps. My Aunt and Uncle also joined us and the 7 of us were super comfortable. We enjoyed the pool as well as fishing off the dock. I guess the highest compliment I can give is that my family wanted me to let them know if they ever wanted to sell to call us. I would highly recommend this very family oriented well equipped house in an equally beautiful setting. Walking distance to a ton of restaurants, bars and most importantly the beach it won't disappoint. Any questions we had were answered immediately. We will definitely stay again.

This place is amazing!! The pictures don’t even do it justice. The backyard is its own little paradise. The house is stocked with everything you could need. Barb was fantastic! Very prompt to respond and accommodating. We highly recommend and plan to stay here again!

Beautiful property, great for a family vacation!

Paradise

The back yard is paradise! The house in its entirety was very nice and perfect for our family of 9. It definitely could of been cleaned better. We found old water bottles and trash in the cabinets and under the beds and such, and it could use a deep cleaning, but we would definitely stay there again! Thank you for sharing your home with us.

Totally deserves it's 5 star rating

We were thrilled with this property. It is as lovely as the pictures suggest, with an amazing large pool and outside area. Easy short walk to times square and beach. Nice neighbourhood. Barb, property owner, was brilliant with communication with us both before and during our stay. There was a small issue during our stay, and Barb was straight away dealing with it, even though the issue could not have been avoided or of her making and she kept us informed throughout. We had a look to see if we could book next year, but calendar is already quite full of bookings, and now we have vacationed there, we know why it is so popular. We would love to come back one day. Thank you Barb for a great stay.

Great location on canal & steps away from beach

Spacious 2 story home with private pool offering 2 separate living areas- perfect for multi-family reunion. The open floor plan on 2nd level Main-living area was great to spread out to enjoy meals and social time. Back of house and pool are south facing with burst of sunshine greeting us each morning -such a cheerful way to start our day- Thank you for a great week—-

Superb Stay!!

Our family had a wonderful stay at Primo, for a special trip! It was a wonderful home base for exploring the island. Clean, comfortable, well appointed house! Lots of extra provided. The pool, patio & dock were the stars of the show and provided a fantastic gathering spot. Location was super for walking or biking to Times Square, other shops and restaurants, and the beach. Barb was super helpful and easy to communicate with! Thanks for everything!

Another fantastic stay!

This is our second stay with Barb- last year we stayed in her other property- and had another fantastic stay! We loved how much room this home had, it gave us lots of privacy, and it's beautiful and well done. The pool and outdoor areas are great, we loved being on the canal and using the kayaks. The bikes came in handy for quick runs down to our favorite taco joint and the doghouse at the end of the street. Excellent proximity to times square and the beach. The street is quiet. Barb is an excellent host and we're planning on staying with her again next year!

Excellent property and location

We just got back from our trip and we absolutely loved the house. It had everything we needed. Plenty of towels, beach supplies, pool toys, and games. The kitchens were well stocked with everything you need to cook your own meals. The location was great. We were walking distance to the beach, Times Square, shopping and restaurants. Barb was great she got back to me quickly to answer any questions or issues I had. While we loved the beach. We spent a lot of our time on the porch and the pool. We will definitely rent this house for our next visit.

Great time, beautiful yard

We had 2 families and had plenty of room to stay and sleep. The outside pool area and dock were beautiful. It’s a short walk to the beach! Plenty of beach supplies and towels included with our stay. Had a great time!
