Pros: Location location location!! Cannot get better with public beach access right across the street and Publix within walking distance. The outside area/pool is amazing. We spent a good majority of the time there. What a great outdoor area. Cons: Upon arriving, we still didn’t have a code to the door but were able to get ahold of the company to obtain our it. The microwave didn’t work.. which we let management know the first day via email; but it was never responded to or fixed. Most of our meals were at restaurants so it didn’t really affect us too much. The pool turned green and swampy after a few days, but after we called, it was serviced the very next day. Overall it was a wonderful stay and we’d stay again in a heartbeat. Thanks for an amazing vacation.

The house was great. Perfect location and stocked with everything we needed inside and out. We were very disappointed with the pool and hot tub as they were not working correctly. It was 56 degrees when we arrived. Thankfully someone was able to come out same day and realized there was an issue, but we could not use the pool or hot tub until the last day as it had to heat back up. We booked this particular house for the pool and hot tub and were very much looking forward to using them. The house itself was very nice.

Paradise

Location was great middle of the island and very close to Publix. Beach access was very convenient and a short walk across the street. The house is nicely decorated and has abundance of kitchen accessories. Fort Myers beach is not the same previous to Ian, but remains paradise. I would definitely stay again.

Annual girls trip

There were 6 of us. The location is great. The house is beautiful and we loved hanging out in the pool. So nice being close to Publix and the trolley. Highly recommend!

Great location

The property was wonderful. It was clean and so great to be right across the street from the ocean. It was a little strange that the house suede during the heavy rains and strong winds. It was unfortunate that the property management only left two garbage bags and no cleaning supplies, communication with property management was great

FMB BEAUTIFUL!

We loved the home, well equipped with everything we needed, including the beach chairs, coolers and the carts! It was super easy to go to the beach! The home was very comfortable, well equipped kitchen! We had a wonderful time!

Nice visit

We had a great time. Sad to see all the hurricane devastation around us. We just had a little trouble with the front door keypad.. took us awhile to get it to work. Other than that- there was everything we needed and plenty of room. Short walk to the beach was perfect

Spring Break on Estero

We had an excellent time on Spring Break. The house and it’s amenities were exactly what we expected for a beach house. There were not a lot of people on FMB and we had the beach to ourselves for the most part. My daughter and her friends relaxed before going hike to finish up senior year. If you are not up for supporting the FMB community getting back on their feet after Ian then this might not be the place for you but if you want to spend your dollars there as a way to help them you can’t ask for a better place to stay!

Nice House amidst Hurricane Ian destruction

Total Misrepresentation! If you want to vacation in what looks like a war zone, this house is for you. Most everything represented in the online house description is misleading and has not been updated to reflect the devastation that occurred after the hurricane. The only part of the description that is accurate is for the 2 main living areas of the property, which were in good and clean condition and met the needs of our group. The ground level of property is still not restored: no carport, no ping pong table, no washer game, no lighting, and no shed ,although it does have some beach chairs for the guest to use The Newton Beach across the street is not useable. It is presently being use as a transfer station for hurricane debris with piles about 15 feet high and I expect this will continue for a long time from the look of the island. The earth moving trucks arrive at 7am and are there throughout the day. Needless to say, it sounds like a construction site and the dust from the debris gets on everything outside. The Publix store is still closed (3/8/23) and you need to drive about 20 minutes off the island to get anything and everything.There is no trolly, the North End Times Square area is demolished, so no restaurants or shopping. There is one very nice restaurant at the Yacht club a block away, and Coconut Jacks in Bonita Bay.Do not rely on Coastal Vacation Property to represent the true condition of the island and amenities. Beautiful Beach Stay for a Girls Getaway

This was a wonderful rental perfect for a girlfriends' getaway! We wanted something close to the beach, and this was about a 1-minute walk where you only had to cross the street to get to the beach. For the evenings, it was only about a 5-10 minute uber ride away to bars and restaurants. Very clean and set up nicely to accommodate multiple guests. The decks had a gorgeous water view and were great for morning coffee. We hope to come back and stay again soon.

Beautiful home!!

Loved this property! It was cozy, relaxing and so close to the beach. Super convenient store literally less than walking distance from us. It was close to shopping and browsing areas and loved every min! Thank you for such a remarkable home! Florida has become our second home! Would definitely recommend staying here! Great Location

This house is absolutely amazing through and through. It's nearly brand new with upgraded finishes inside, very comfortable, clean, and has everything you can imagine needing, sans food. You can't beat the short walk to the beach, and they provide beach chairs, beach cart, towels, umbrella, and sand toys. We had a blast and can't wait to visit again. Also recommend Good Time Charters right behind in the marina, alongside Bayside Bistro - great food and nice view of the marina.

Incredible House with awesome location!!

House was loaded with everything you need from cooking supplies to beach chairs. Beautiful views of the green gulf waters with an uncrowded beach right out front. Loved everything about this house!!

Nice house Great location

Nicely decorated and provided everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Extremely clean and very convenient to the beach. Walking distance to Publix .TV in the living room was slow to connect to Netflix and Amazon prime. You tube wasn’t available on this TV either and all of this frustrated my husband. Basically he thought this TV needed to be updated. Wireless internet worked great though! Overall a wonderful property that we truly enjoyed. Nice view of the gulf from the top balcony but sunset was blocked by a high rise across the street and to the right. But we were so close to the beach and it’s such easy access we would walk over and watch it most nights. Would be nice if they had a recliner in the LR and sofas seemed a little worn but all in all I would recommend this house.
