pool was great (although each day groups staked out tables around the pool then left for the beach and came back later). view of the gulf from the lanai was great. the condo was neat, clean, and well decorated.

Everything was Wonderful! Condo was well equipped, clean and comfortable. Publix store is right across the street and Junkernoos restaurant was excellent! The view from the balcony is gorgeous, sunset, water sand! We will definitely go back and highly recommend!

Great stay

Perfect location in the middle of the island, across the street from Publix, near all the attractions in Ft. Myers. Very nice stretch of beach and the pool was nice as well. Host was very responsive and helpful. Would recommend for a beach vacation in FL.

Ocean Front Condo

The condo was amazing with breathtaking ocean views. Great pool on-site an overall gem of a property. Location was very convenient with Publix grocery and 2 nice restaurants across the street. Several other restaurants within a 2 mile radius. Hosts were incredible and available at all times. Highly recommend and would stay again!!!

My husband and I really enjoyed our stay at Seaside 503. The condo complex itself was a great size - not one of the big high rises or spread out over several buildings. Maybe a total of 50 units? But the amenities were still great...good size pool with lots of chairs and room to spread out. Laundry on properly. Great beach with more chairs. Publix right across the street. The condo itself was also great. It was very clean, had comfy furniture, well stocked kitchen, nice size balcony, and beautiful view of the Gulf. We would definitely stay here again!

The property is in excellent condition with all the amenities you need in the kitchen. The view for sunset and sunrise was incredible. The pool and surrounding area were nice and very clean. The only downside was the noise from the beach restructuring which was not in control by the owner who was very accommodating to us

Perfect from the beginning until we left. Beautiful condo. Completely new, nothing was missed. Great communication from Karen and the location is amazing. Right on the water and across the street from Publix. The perfect location to stay in Fort Myers Beach.

Relaxing get away

The condo was fabulous. Clean and welcoming. The view from the balcony was outstanding! Easy to access, friendly people everywhere. The Publix across the street was a huge asset. But the beach, to me the best part, was so wonderful. We saw dolphin, many seashells and othe sunset. I would and will stay again!

40th Anniversary stay

Perfect condo matched the pictures on VRBO. When you walk inside condo, you feel like you’re at the beach, love the decor. Beach, white sand and lots of shells. Condo is across from Publix, grocery shopping. The condo and property is well maintained. We met owners and guest who have been coming, for years, everyone was so friendly. We will be coming back enjoy

Near Perfect Weekend

My wife and I spent a nearly perfect long weekend at this condo on Fort myers Beach. The condo and grounds have been newly refurbished and updated following Hurricane Ian. The condo overlooks a beautiful, fully reclaimed white sand beach that truly feels like a private beach. There's a Publix across the street and a handful of really good restaurants and bars within walking distance (everything else is just minutes by car). Do yourself and the good people and businesses of Fort myers Beach a favor AND VISIT SOON!

Excellent! The only issue was not the property owners fault. Fort Myers Beach is still recovering from Hurricane Ian and there was some work still happening on the beach during the day. It appears they are almost finished with that section of beach. Other than that, it was a perfect 3 day weekend.

Great location, directly on the beach

Very good property, love the location, directly on the beach, nothing but sand between the condo and the ocean. Screened patio off the living room and access from the master bedroom. Located across the street is Publix supermarket, a great store fully stocked with everything needed for your condo stay. We are staying here again next year. Property manager was very accomodating and easy to access and work with.

Beautiful Views

Had a great experience! Condo was clean and nice. It’s right on the beach and has beautiful views. Nice screened in patio. Great swimming pool and was really great that they had chairs to bring down to the beach if you didn’t want to use the ones on the property. Publics grocery store was right across the street so no driving. Always a plus. Property owner is awesome. Very easy to communicate with and very nice. Would definitely go back and recommend!

What a WONDERFUL place on the top floor of an updated building. Unit was updated as well. Here are some highlights: 1. Gorgeous view. See the sun set over green water and white sand from the balcony and the sun rise out the front door. 2. Super quiet. Even though the building had high occupancy, you couldnt hear ANY noise from adjacent rooms. 3. Clean and comfortable. We are buying the same living room now becoase it was so comfortable. Place was spotless! 4. Check-in, check-out, host communication. Host was always available to answer any questions. Everything was super easy. Unit was well-equipped. 5. Location was perfect. Having a Publix right across the street was super convenient. We enjoyed being away from the crowded Times Square area, but it was a very short drive away. Lovers Key State Park is just minutes away as well. 6. Pool and grounds. Grounds are well maintained. Pool was super clean and comfortably heated. Grills were clean and maintained as well. We are already prepared to rent the same unit again next year. Dont hesitate on this one. You will love every minute of your stay.

Karen and Don were great hosts and very responsive to any questions or concerns we had. Very nice condo, decorated tastefully with a beach feel. The main attraction is out on the balcony where the view of the beach and ocean are fabulous. Some comfortable cushions on the chairs out there would have been a bonus! Would recommend it and we would stay there again.
