Fort Myers beach 2024

Overall the stay was very good and the facility was well kept. The only negative was seeing rocaches in the kitchen during the last two nights. This is not good.

Beautiful condo

Property was great, perfect for a couple! Condo is in great condition and well kept. Maintenence and housekeeping are on site regularly. Management answered quickly with every question. Beach access is about a half mile away, not easy for someone with a cane. Only issue is that the pool closes at 8:30 and when the wifi and tv went out on day 2, it made for some boring evenings, but that wasn't the property owners fault. All in all, it was a great place to stay for the week and I'd recommend it to anyone.

Comfortable condo!

Spacious and nicely laid out. Furniture is spartan but decent. The online description says the kitchen has been recently redone but it’s dark, tiny and the cabinets are in bad shape. Appliances are good but the Keurig machine leaks badly and needs replacing. Top priority would be to replace all the window treatments. They are really old! The huge gorgeous and friendly pool and hot tub make up for any cons. And we enjoyed spending time on the screen porch, even though it only overlooks the parking lot. It’s still pretty. Overall we loved our stay and look forward to coming again as Ft. Myers’s Beach continues to recover from a devastating hurricane.

Great Stay

Everything was very nice and affordable, we especially liked what we called "the bonus room" that had all of the things people had payed forward as guests. We left a few things that may certainly be appreciated by whomever stays next. All in all no complaints. We would definitely stay again.

We loved our stay at Fort Myers Beach! This condo is exactly as described and worked great for our family. Minutes away from Lovers Key State Park, across the street from the beach and an easy drive to Cape Coral and Bonita Springs!

Great place! Super clean!

This was so clean. The beach was a little farther than I had hoped but still in walking distance. We should have brought a wagon. The beach chairs were broken. The pool was really nice & there were gas grills to you. Overall a great place.

Worth going once

Overall this was a decent place to stay. There was major road construction happening that made it difficult at times to get in and out of the complex, both in a car, and on foot. Walking to the beach was not easy, as there are no sidewalks along that section of road, and the nearest beach access is down the road a bit, maybe 1/8 mile. If you're dragging beach chairs, umbrellas, etc., it may be better to just drive. The cleanliness was just okay. There were wet towels hanging in the closet when we arrived. I decided to just wash and dry all as a precautionary measure. Those were my only complaints. I would definitely stay there again.

Unit overall great - one metal blind has prior damage, so we avoided it

The unit was in good repair, making the stay enjoyable. Not sure if the beach accessories un the closet are intended for guest use so we didn’t chose to utilize them & opted to rent chairs/umbrellas at the beach. Had a great relaxing wk!! Thnx for making the unit available!! Would return again 💥🐠💦😎

First time in Fort Myers!!

Condo was great! Our specific condo was furnished with everything we needed and more. The closet in the bedroom had beach chairs, umbrellas, hard and soft coolers! We left behind some beach toys. The facility, Santa Maria Condominiums had a great deck with gas grills available along with an industrial ice machine. Everyone was very kind and welcoming; we will definitely be back! Only downfall was the street construction which caused some sidewalks to be torn up… but that just mean once the street construction is done, the sidewalks will be safe and beautiful for walkers and beach goers!

Condo at Santa Maria

Great location with easy access to the bus. Condo was nice but could use a new couch. The patio door needs new rollers as it was hard to open & close and was very noisy. Everything was very clean and well kept. Pool area was awesome.

Santa Maria 111

This property is in an excellent condo resort close to everything and has a great pool. Unit 111 is very nice and is mostly updated with a very nice master bathroom. It is very well-appointed with lots of extra sheets, towels, silverware, glasses, etc. Other than a very tiny kitchen and laundry area, Unit 111 is comfortable and nice.

You get what you pay for

Cheap Price, Cheap Place. Very much in need of updating. Hey they offered to clean the carpets, so we had them do that. LOL, beyond needing replacing. Towels were "wet" on our bed linens, they said the dryer did work, knob just broken. May want to inform the cleaning crew how to operate. Repair man came on Tue ( we called upon check in on Sat) We got creative & hung all towels & put fan on them. Microwave stopped working - it actually became hilarious after a while of how a company could continue renting this place. Our kids got s lesson on how people,used to live w/ out basic modern things. The grounds & pool are great. This was our 3rd trip to This complex. We just know to rent from an owner who cares about the investment . Good Luck!

Thoughts......

We enjoyed our week, we especially enjoyed our location and the pool. The condo had some nice features— the remodeled master bath was very nice. We were disappointed upon arriving with some serious odor issues. The fridge had terrible odors—either rotten food or fish. The apartment also smelled of cigarette smoke. The office worked hard to manage these issues for us. This condo would be very nice with some further work and updates (remove old carpet etc).
