Clean and bright efficiency. Well appointed, and right on the beach. Great location, we look forward to returning to see the completion of the beach work!

Too small

Beautiful place!! Was somewhat smaller than looked on line. Also the sofa bed was terrible!! Couldn’t sleep for wires in mattress , needs new one! Amazing landscaping and views!

Condo with kitchen

Open concept - bedroom, living room and kitchen. There is a dividing wall that be open or closed for privacy when going to bed. The unit faces the parking lot, but you can still see a bit of the ocean. Kitchen can easily be used to cook meals. Spent most of the time at the pool or beach. There are some umbrellas for shade in the front closet. There is a grocery store a short drive away that was helpful.

Misleading

Beach closed on arrival - check to make sure bulldozers are gone.Unit itself very nice, clean, everything you need in kitchen.Building itself is old. Surrounding area-view from balcony is parking lot & bldg next door still empty-partial view of ocean.Not really family friendly, lots of elderly not young adults or young families.No restaurants in walking distance. The strip mall across the street newly open in January has a surf shop, ice cream shop, and clothing store.Tennis courts/pickleball difficult to use. Communication with management company not great.

We were searching for a vacation rental on the beach, expecting a peaceful getaway. A mere week before check-in, the host sent a deceptive email claiming the beach was closed for renovations, backed by a fraudulent government link alleging the construction would wrap up by March 25th. With time running out, we were trapped—unable to cancel or find an alternative—so we were forced to stomach this unacceptable situation. I’ve spoke the supervisor overseeing the beach renovation, who revealed the work has dragged on for ages and won’t finish anytime soon. The host deliberately hid this disaster, along with the unbearable reality of relentless construction surrounding the property—blasting loud noise and demolition equipment everywhere, with no space for photos or footage to capture the chaos. The balcony? It stares straight into a grim parking lot and the adjacent construction dump. The only shred of truth in the listing is that the apartment is newly renovated and fits a family of four, but it’s a privacy-free zone with no bathroom fan. If you want a quiet family escape, steer clear of this nightmare. The host is a blatant liar. I’m taking this further—I’m filing hard-hitting complaints with the Better Business Bureau (BBB) and the Florida Attorney General (FL AG) against the host and VRBO for what’s nothing short of extortion.

Great location. Everything i needed was in the condo.

Definitely would return. Short walk to the beach. And pool.. Stores and restaurants right across the street.. Clean and comfrtable condo.

very nice, location on the beach was great!

we loved our vacation, we already decided to return next year and stay sat this location again. the surroundings were beautiful and located within walking distance to everything you would want! i bet you wouldn't even need a rental car!

Disappointed

No WiFi. Very small TV. No dishwasher which was OK, but there should at least have been a dish drainer. Vacuum cleaner didn’t have an extension pole to clean the floor. Tired 1980 decor. Kitchen rug was dirty. The hallway carpet and elevator smelled like dog pee. Location was nice. Pool and tennis courts were nice.

Ft Myers week

Great location to area attractions. We did not realize there was not a microwave in the unit. Also, cooking with the very limited supply of pots and pans was difficult.

Would not return to this property

Beautiful beach. Listing agent very good. Not impressed with unit. Outdated. Small area rugs in bath soiled. Also rug in front of sink soiled. No microwave. First pan we took out of cupboard was greasy. No counter space at all. Some kind of spill under kitchen sink. Small tv which was not easy to see sitting on couch. Pads on kitchen table chairs show wear as did the one easy chair in unit.

Great location

I love this area and this condo complex. This unit had most everything you need. Very clean. Super comfortable bed. I just wish they would give you a few more basics. Like trash bags and toilet paper. One trash bag does not cut it. The last unit I stayed in was well stocked. Guests has left behind spices and coffee filters, dish soap and more. It just sucks to have to buy all of that stuff and then leave it all behind for the cleaner to either keep or throw away. Other than that. Great place!!

Clean and very close to the beach.

This was a small but very nice place. It was our first ever trip to the beach. The beach was less than a minute walk. The pull out sofa bed wasn't very comfortable for the kids but we brought a blow up mattress just in case that worked out well. We hope to go back soon and will try to get this condo again.

Spring break

We had a great week. The condo was clean and had all the necessities. Location is in a nice area and easy walk to santini plaza with several restaurants to choose from. My only suggestion is maybe some new pillows for the bedroom.
