THE SPACE



Floor-to-ceiling sliding glass doors in both the living room and bedroom open directly onto the extended balcony, bringing the beauty of Estero Bay into every corner of the condo. Natural light, water views, and the sounds of the bay are present throughout the entire stay.



The living area features a new full-size sleeper sofa, a flat screen TV with DirecTV, and connects seamlessly to the beautifully remodeled kitchen — granite countertops, refrigerator/freezer, stove, microwave, dishwasher, and all cookware and dinnerware included. Casual dining for 4 at the granite eating bar with barstool seating gives the kitchen a relaxed, social energy that makes gathering here feel natural.



Step through the sliding doors onto the extended open balcony and you'll find outdoor dining for 4 alongside that sweeping Estero Bay view — morning coffee, lunch in the shade, sunset cocktails, or simply watching the wildlife activity on the water below.
