Not What We Envisioned

This property turned out to not be what we thought it would be. When we arrived, there was nobody working on-site at the property and 3 cars in the lot total. We found out when we arrived that the pool was closed for construction during our stay. The living room couch needs to be replaced. The photos make it look bright white and half of it is a deep dingy yellow. The carpets in the bedrooms are old and could also be replaced. It didn’t feel sanitary here. We noticed that nobody was out on the beach when we looked out off the balcony. We had issues with figuring out the parking information since nobody was on staff. After not hearing back from the host till late that night, we decided to not stay at this property. We booked a completely different condo at another result closer to Times Square and all the hot spot restaurants. If you want to stay somewhere with foot traffic, attractions and a better part of the beach- avoid this property! I went back and forth between customer support and the host the entire week while we were at another resort trying to see about getting any sort of reimbursement for false advertisement. Customer support keep telling me it was up to the host, and the host would say she couldn’t get anywhere with customer support. Just kept getting the ring around. Neither side were able to help! The host tried to offer sending an Amazon gift card if we didn’t leave a bad review instead.. We ended up being out the money that we used to book the place for the week. In the end, it was worth it to be somewhere newer, cleaner and around other travelers!

Crowdless Relaxing

Although there was construction going on at the complex, we had a great stay. It was nice to be away from the crowds that are closer to the town center. You could go enjoy the crowd scene if you wanted and return to calm. So many things nearby. We enjoyed the extensive and more reasonable menu of the Sandbar Grille. Flippers was excellent. Fun at the roof top restaurant at Lana Kai and ask for Jeremy! Be prepared to pay for parking near the town center. Kind of a rip off.

Finally Vacation

Nice and quiet

This is our third stay to this Fort Myers Beach area. Santini Plaza is walking distance from the condo with several shops and restaurants (farmer's market each Tuesday and Thursday is great). The beach is quiet even though we visited during "spring break" season. Lover's Key State Park is just a short walk over the bridge. The unit was lovely and the view is beautiful. We had a wonderful time and look forward to returning.

Lovely south end location.Beach is quiet and less crowded than the north end/times square area. Yes, you do have to walk approximately a city block to get to the shoreline but that is how it is at mid-island for Estero too. You can walk to mid -island thru the mangroves or on the sidewalk; and can walk to Lovers Key too. The condo is comfortable, clean and has every item needed to cook a gourmet meal too if you want.

Resort building okay, Condo not so much

Guest bedroom extremely small. It was difficult to access the closet because the bed was so close to it. Carpets in both bedrooms were worn and looked as if they had never been cleaned. Sofa in living in need of an upgrade and the 2 chairs in living room tipped forward as if they were broken and just propped against the wall.

Wow! Can't be much better.

Having rented numerous VRBOs this was but far the best we've had. Start with the owners. The were great to deal with. They were friendly and informative. The location is on the "quiet" part of Fort Myers Beach. And it was. Many it felt like we had the whole place to ourselves. The other occupants at the time we're great too. And, it has that million dollar view! There were times we just sat on the Lani and watched the water, the boats, and the people. Watching the sunrise from there was a special everyday treat. What a way to start your day. Inside the unit you'll find everything for a comfortable stay. It was also very clean and shows that the owners care about it. We cannot recommend this rental enough. Thanks for sharing it with us.

The location with direct access to the beach was excellent. It was very clean the staff that maintains the property are on site every AM making sure the pool and common areas are ready for the day. The property was exactly as advertised. I would stay again .

Great location and property

Short drive to so many great beaches, bars, restaurants, shops - location is great. The apartment was spotless when we arrived. The local beach is great for chilling, watching the wildlife but not the best swimming beach. The pool makes up for that though, very well maintained and always a fun crowd hanging out there.

We enjoyed our stay at this property. It was clean, many upgrades, walking distance to the beach, and quiet at night. Restaurants and shopping within driving distance. Highly recommend Lovers Key State Park. Only issue was mattresses were too firm. The owner was very responsive.

Nice resort

This condo and property is very nice. Would only hesitate if you have young children or elderly with you. It is a hike to the water(1/4 mile). Also, they closed big sections of this beach until August for endangered birds, and you have to walk around those. Otherwise, great peaceful location and pretty views of gulf!

Met Our Needs

This is a well equipped condo, very comfortable bed in the master and plenty of parking. Second floor location makes access easy via either elevator or stairs. Very nice pool area with plenty of seating. The owner, Sanjib, was easily the most accessible and responsive of any I’ve dealt with in the many years we’ve rented thru VRBO. The beach is very nice and clean but be prepared for a long walk across a huge beach to get to the waters edge. That makes it very easy to “socially distance” during these Covid times. We never had any of the red tide during our 3 weeks there. This is the quiet end of Estero Island, which was comforting vs the crowds (sans masks) on the busy north end. Perfect place for a calm, relaxing holiday.

Nice, quiet and well appointed condo.

We enjoyed a nice stay at this property. All was as advertised. We especially enjoyed the screened in Lanai overlooking the beach. It was also nice to have the pool area which is sheltered and protected from the wind which is great for cooler and windy days. The owner was extremely responsive and we really appreciated that.

We loved our stay here! The condo was spacious, had everything we needed, and has a beautiful view of the ocean. Just a short walk in the sand and you’re at the beach. Would definitely recommend staying here!

South Island Serenity!

This beachfront condo was just what we needed for a relaxing getaway. The condo was clean and well-furnished. The views are amazing. It never felt crowded. We had an issue with our combination lock and the owner was there in minutes to rectify it. He was amazing to work with. You won't be disappointed if you book here!

Excellent view with a spacious beach.

We enjoyed the excellent view from the screened in balcony. The condo was very updated and nicely decorated. It was a quiet location. I would suggest that items like dishwasher soap, toilet paper, and tissues be included in your rental so that the renters don't need to go buy these items.
