For your convenience there is a washer/dryer in the unit (no going home with dirty laundry!), free in-unit Wifi for working remotely, a building elevator, secured lobby, and ample parking. There is a STRICT NO SMOKING, NO PETS policy which has been implemented for the health and comfort of all guests and the owner.
Sand Caper is located directly on the Gulf of Mexico on the south end of Fort Myers Beach. The south end of the island is known for its relaxing and care free atmosphere. The beach trolley also stops right outside this community which will take you to south to Lover's Key or north to the new Times Square area and Bayside Park. Located on the coast of Southwest Florida, Fort Myers Beach is famous for its breathtaking sunsets, long white sandy beaches, shell collecting, boating, water sports and excellent fishing.
Amenities of Sand Caper include a BBQ Grill and Picnic Area, and a Resort Sized Heated Pool and Sundeck. Best of all is the beachfront in your backyard...walk the sandy path to water's edge!

Take the short ride by car or the island trolley to the north end of the island to Old San Carlos Boulevard with loads of new restaurants (and some old favorites), food trucks, bars and Bayside Park. Also at the north end of the island sits Bowditch Point Park with its turtle walk and lively beach where all the boats pass on their way out to the Gulf. You can choose to go south to Lovers Key State Park, where you can hike along nature trails, canoe or kayak along estuaries and bicycle amidst the mangroves or further south to exclusive shopping centers in Bonita and Naples. Santini Marina Plaza, just across the street, will offer you restaurants, bars, shops and a marina, where you can rent a boat or kayak and explore the Great Blue Waterway and mangrove back bays! The island's major supermarket, Publix, is open, as is Snook Bight Marina with its two lively restaurants on the Bay, and is just a 2-mile drive away.
We would like to note that there is still construction occurring on the island. However, we are ready to welcome visitors back and certain you will enjoy our beautifully restored, white sandy beaches and turquoise blue Gulf waters.
