The host was great and made themself available via text for communication at any time. I really appreciated how quiet this condo was, relatively speaking compared to a hotel. It's right on the beach and at least while we were there it was not crowded.

Thank you for the excellent stay. The check in process was easy. The welcome email and the Elevate in the Sun information packet provided us with all the information we needed for our stay. The accommodations were great. Easy walk to the beach. Lots of wildlife to see.

Perfect location

Great location and nicely decorated unit just steps from the beach. Owner was easy to work with and we would not hesitate to stay again. Nice pool area too.

Nice amenities!

Owner very responsive to make sure everything was ok. We did have trouble with the door code lock but owner quickly resolved the issue. Bonus: full kitchen, coffeemaker, microwave, big screen tv, pickle ball court & trolley to beach area. The downside was very few restaurants to choose from on the south end where the condo is located. The restaurants within driving distance were too crowded, over one to two hour wait. When we are on vacation, we love to check out local restaurants so this was disappointing. The condo was nicely located if more eateries available.

Nice time on the Beach

The property was very clean and located right on the beach. My wife and I enjoyed our stay and close proximity to the beach. We took advantage of the beach chairs and umbrella. We truly enjoyed out stay.

Great relaxing vacation

The condo was just as stated. Host/owners were amazing to work with. We decided to drive all the way in from Mississippi the day before and they were able to add a night onto our stay. They made constant contact to assure we arrived and were able to check in easily. We spent much of our time on Sanibel Island at the various beaches in the morning and back to the pool for evenings. The condo was well stocked with anything that was needed to make our time enjoyable. Most definitely will be planning to visit again.

Great place to stay!

Great little condo. We loved the fact that the property owners supplied all beach equipment you would want. Cart, noodles, towels, cooler and umbrella!

Amazing stay with even better hosts

My husband and I just recently had our first baby and were looking for a quiet and relaxing place to stay that was also kid friendly and Estero was perfect for that. Jeff and Nicole were AMAZING hosts. We struggled with the lock to the condo at the beginning and they were very easy to get ahold of and helped right away. The condo was also very clean! We even decided to ask to stay another week because we were having such a blast and Jeff and Nicole worked with us to ensure we could do that! They were such great hosts that they even sent us money to enjoy a Memorial Day dinner! The only downside to Ft. Myers in general right now is all the construction going on. I have been multiple times and it was sad to see what the hurricane has done, but I am hopeful Ft. Myers will get back to what it once was! Overall, I would highly recommend this condo as well as the hosts!

Elevate In The Sun

What a wonderful stay my Wife and I had at Elevate In The Sun. Just a fantastic property with everything you will need to enjoy the beautiful beach and comforts of home while away. The owners communication was fantastic and they made us feel so welcome and ensured that our stay was something special. Sehr schöne Wohnung für Zwei direkt am Strand!

Still repairing after Ian

I feel the owner should have indicated much of the area was still in process from Ian. Most of the restaurants were not open which had been listed were open, the pictures were from before Ian. The pool was being replaced, and never did open when we were there. It felt so much was promised and nothing was completed.

Nice condo and area

This is our 7th year coming to this property; first to this unit. We like this area because it’s not as crowded. The condo was decorated nicely, the bed was not very comfortable (I prefer a softer mattress), you are provided the bare minimum so make sure and stop and get toilet paper, paper towels, hand soap, etc. bring quarters for laundry because you will want to wash bath towels since you are only provided with 4. If you like the beach this isn’t the best part of the beach. It was at one time but not anymore. It’s pretty rough. The pool is nice but can get crowded. The little issues we had were handled quickly. Overall we had a decent stay.

Would come back

Very nice unit. Balcony had view of parking lot and a side view of ocean. Beach is more rustic not big. The beach there was more geared to a naturalist. Hallways smelled sour. Once in the unit it was perfect! So cute.beach umbrella was broke at base got to beach had to go back and get one from car a friend brought with her. All an all Very nice priced extremely right and would go back again!

Great location and amenities

I would definitely go back. The property was on the more quiet side of Fort Meyers Beach, with convenience and grocery stores close by, as well as several restaurants across the street. Owner responded promptly to questions. The best part was having parking included and being able to just walk to the beach. The property grounds are well-maintained and everything looks nicer in person. Last, you can't beat the price. Would definitely go back.

a WONDERFUL TIME IN OUR HAPPY PLACE

Thank you so much! We had a wonderful time. It was a God send since our original reservation, in another unit, was cancelled just a few weeks before our vacation. Your unit fit our needs perfectly. Thank you SO much for adding the chairs, cart and umbrella. We spend long hours on the beach and they're a must have item. And I didn't get sunburned...an extra plus. We love this area. It's beautiful and convenient to where we like to visit and eat. You have some really nice and friendly neighbors too, something rare these day. An added plus were the little bunnies that would great us by the fence as we would go out in the mornings. We liked the new furnishings and appliances in the condo. The bed was super comfortable and a welcome treat after a busy travel day or long day out in the surf. The building is super quiet too. Enjoyed the TV as well. Super easy to use. At some places you need an MIT degree to figure it out. Thanks for the heads up about quarters for the washing machine, since mgt. isn't always in the office. Also thanks for being close to the phone when we had our first, few questions. We had a very much needed, restful week in our happy place. Hope to see you again soon. Same time next year?
