    Welcome to Casa Marina – a beautifully maintained 1,244 sq ft top-floor corner unit offering incredible sunrise views, soaring ceilings, and a serene waterfront setting. Enjoy expansive bay views and a peaceful canal, perfect for spotting dolphins and manatees right from your primary bedroom or living room. Slide open the glass doors to your private lanai and take in the breathtaking scenery.
    The open-concept kitchen is fully equipped and features a central island, bar seating, and ample storage—ideal for cooking and entertaining. From the kitchen and dining area, you'll continue to enjoy spectacular water views.
    The spacious primary suite includes a king-size bed, walk-in closet, smart TV with Roku/antenna, and an ensuite bathroom. It also has direct access to the lanai, where the washer and dryer are neatly tucked away in a closet. The guest bedroom offers a queen-size bed, walk-in closet, and a smart TV, with a full guest bathroom featuring a tub/shower combo. Two luxury twin-size memory foam rollaway beds are available, bringing maximum occupancy to six guests. Starter essentials, linens, and beach towels are provided for your convenience.
    Amenities include a community pool just steps from your building, deeded beach access within a short walk, a private fishing pier, pickleball and tennis courts, a putting green, bocce ball, and scenic walking paths. A designated lot parking pass is included for closer beach access when available, plus an extra-wide assigned under-building parking space, guest parking, and public transit nearby. Secure, air-conditioned ground-level entry adds convenience and comfort, with a luggage cart available for easy unloading.
    You're just minutes from shops, restaurants, marinas, Lover's Key State Park, and scenic walking paths—making this an ideal vacation getaway or seasonal retreat!
    This unit requires a 7-night minimum length of stay to book. Sorry, no furry friends are allowed unless they are service animals.

This condo has lovely views and is well equipped. Our family enjoyed Fort Myers Beach which was an easy walk from the condo, and we visited nearby Lovers Key State Park. Fishing from the dock on the property was a big hit with our 6-year-old grandson. Dolphins and manatees swam past while fishing. People in the condo complex are friendly. It is conveniently located to Santini Plaza and Publix grocery store. Communication with Coastal Vacation Properties was excellent. We had a some concerns that were addressed promptly. I recommend this condo.

Tile floor was dirty. Not nearly enough cleaning products for the kitchen and bathrooms. Would be nice if there was tape available and some clean rags.

2025 Family Vacation

This property is fabulous! It was very spacious and felt like home. It was clean and had attractive decor The location is perfect. Our beach access was a short walk to a great beach location. My husband and son enjoyed easy access to fishing in the canal daily. The host attentive and responded quickly to any questions we had. We will definitely stay there again. Can’t wait for our next trip!

Perfect location

We had a wonderful vacation staying at this property. The condo was beautiful and the location was perfect. It’s on the south end of the island so it’s much quieter and less busy. We rode our bikes everywhere. Plenty of restaurant options within walking/biking distance as well as the beach. In my opinion it is a perfect location, on the water, marina very close to watch the boats come in and out, and very close to the beach. Would love to stay here again in the future.

Wonderful place to stay. Very spacious with large rooms and all the essentials. Great bay views and quiet. Management company quick to respond when we needed a new toaster. We liked the location as we prefer south island. Walk to the beach is possible but it was HOT - loved that we could drive and park in preferred parking closer to Estero Blvd. Plenty of restaurants have opened up on the island. Lots of new construction going on which is great to see, however, there are plenty of places in need of being taken down after Hurricane Ian. You could actually see the ocean driving up/down Estero Blvd...so lots of ocean front real estate available. Island is coming back but slow. We enjoyed this condo and our time on FMB!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this condo. Although it wasn't right on the beach, the beach was accessible. It was a short walk, but the small parking lot near the road was very convenient if you want to haul chairs and a cooler. We found a cooler, beach bag, & four beach chairs in the closet that were very handy. The condo was clean and had a lot of amenities. We cooked most all of our meals as there really were no restaurants within walking distance and we didn't want to Uber or deal with traffic and parking (nor the cost) at the busier part of Fort Myers Beach to the north. I brought my own spices, which I would recommend. There is also a Publix and a 7-11 within a short driving distance. We didn't have a direct view of the beach, but still could see some beautiful sunset and sunrise colors, and again, we could walk to the beach if we did want to experience the actual sunset. We saw a pelican, dolphins, and a pair of manatees in the canals. My two sons were able to catch fish in the canal right by the condo, but even more so on the pier at the end of the peninsula. We also enjoyed sitting on the lanai during all parts of the day. The pool was nice when we wanted to hang close by. It does close at dusk, which was disappointing, but is a property rule, not imposed by the individual condo. We pack heavy and appreciated the carts available to haul luggage and groceries in the elevator up to our condo. Overall, it was an amazing stay. You won't be disappointed.
