We had a great stay at this condo. The host gave us a wonderful "appreciation basket" as we were the first ones to use it since Hurricane Ian. The furniture in the living room and the bedroom was comfortable. We enjoyed eating out on the balcony as there were chairs and a table. The washer (HE) and dryer were easy to use. The coffee maker was able to take a pod or ground coffee. It could make one cup of coffee or several. The primary bathroom had a rainfall showerhead. I wish that there had been lids for the frying pans. I never found them but there were plenty of pots and utensils in the kitchen. There were some negatives, but they were not deal breakers. One complaint was that the water was never hot. It ran lukewarm. Our socks were black on the soles that first day. The black got much less with our stay. There was some noise from construction of the nearby bridge and a house across the street, but it was very minimal. The beach was stunning from our balcony. When one went down to the beach after a walk, it was covered in green seaweed or something like it and the water also carried this green substance. As I don't swim in the water, I enjoyed watching the water from the balcony. From there we saw dolphins on several occasions swimming past our complex. When our cable went out, John, the contractor who provided the internet service that the owner rented from, gave excellent customer service. Overall, this was a great unit to rent.
