The location was perfect for walking to the beach and all the restaurants and up town! Perfect little street to walk around in the morning. The house was overall decent, however we experienced some issues with the electrical in the cabana room, in which he sent an electrician to take care of. We could tell they are still rebuilding so the listing is not updated. We thought we were getting 1 king, 2 queens, and 2 twins. But the downstairs bedroom did not have a bed just an air mattress. There were 3 other air mattress’s but no pumps to blow up. The house had little things to start, but not a lot. We flew in…so then having to purchase toilet paper, paper towels, trash bags, condiments…and the price seemed to be a little much. Host did help in some items. We did leave condiments etc and hope the next guest can enjoy those. Plenty of beach items, towels, and pool toys! Overall a great stay and loved the location. The home suited us and our group. Just some ideas to consider is to have items on hand and accessibility to them. And if guests want to reuse the condiments etc to leave them for the next guest. We also had a lot of construction next door, which was to be expected.

Awesome Location easy walks to Lighthouse, Times Square and Beach Bars

My wife and I shared this place over the July 4th Holiday 2025 with another couple. We are around 50 years old and usually take a 3 or 4 day trip to day drink and enjoy the area. This was our first time back since Hurricane Ian and didn’t know what to expect. 1. We decided that The Times Square area, Beach Bars within walking distance down to about Pearl Street is about 65% back to what is was pre Hurricane. The residents are working 7 days a week to rebuild and are very resourceful in using food trailers and trucks as they wait to rebuild.2. Margaritaville does not overwhelm the beach. In fact, it is actually a nice addition as it took up a lot of the run down properties leading you back to the Lighthouse.3. The beach bars have done remodeling and some rebuilding. They have taken advantage of the nice gulf breeze like Diamond Head bar does.4. Went to the ribbon cutting Grand Reopening of the Beach Bar and there was tremendous community pride there as this was the first beach front business that was completely rebuilt from the ground up to open since Hurricane Ian.As far as this home.1. David is very responsive & helpful.2. The house is clean, has plenty of beach toys and linens.3. The bedrooms are great as far as comfortable beds and the King and Queen bedroom have adjoining balconies.4. The sunroom is awesome & the pool is good. Just have some Hurricane scars around the property that will be cleaned up as soon as they can.Don’t hesitate to go to Ft. Myers Beach.

Property was great! Very clean. Definitely will go back. Ft myers is looking good. They have done a very good job. Its cleaned up and lots of building happening. Lota restaurants open and several more are working on getting open. Beach is nice and clean. I feel ft myers will be better than it use to be.

The house was great, Excellent location, Short walk to everything. Heated pool made it nice weather was on the chilly side ocean was 64. The owner called twice checking that everything was okay. After the hurricane considering all the damage the Islands making a come back. We had a great time Thanks William

Accurate listing, accurate availability, easy check in. I recommend update and upgrade bedding (nice towels but older low quality sheets for the price range), clean baseboards, pull weeds. The pool and furniture are in good condition, great location, quiet street, easy parking, good communication and responsiveness. Thank you.

Great property, within walking distance to beach and Times Square - 2 streets away from all the action. David, the host, called the day before to touch base and everything was amazing. I would recommend this property to anyone staying at Fort Myers Beach.

Excellent location

We had a great stay! The house is an easy walk to the beach and to several restaurants. There were a wagon, roller cooler and beach towels provided that made spending our days at the beach super convenient. The pool was clean and a refreshing end to each day. The host was easy to communicate with and very responsive. We would definitely stay here again.

Clean, adorable home close to the beach!

The home was clean with comfortable furniture, and well stocked with everything we needed and more. The owner was very responsive, kind, and helpful with a few questions we had. We had two families staying in the home together and were very comfortable with plenty of room for everyone. The pool was wonderful and we all enjoyed lounging around it at all hours of the day. Perfect walking distance to the beach, restaurants, bars, shops. We will definitely consider another stay at this beach house. I would highly recommend this VRBO to anyone!

Amazing stay

There is not one bad thing about this place. Amazing location, the house was perfect, towels, beach towels, beach chairs, rolling cooler, wagons to pull everything. The pool was awesome and the house had everything you needed. Would highly, highly recommended staying here.

Key West style all around

This place is beautiful. Tommy Bahama decor throughout the house. Main house 3 bedrooms 2 full baths. Everything you could need. Kitchen updated with appliances, spices, etc... The extra apartment downstairs with a kitchenette, full bathroom & cabana room walk out to pool area. Nice surprise which worked out. Short walk to beach 10 minutes at most. Times square 10 minutes for eats, happy hour. Definitely would rent from David again, very responsive. Only minor issue (lights in cabana room). I miss Florida already, only been home 24 hrs. Thank you David for helping us out 1 week prior to arriving as we had a situation as we were left without accommodations. You came through forever grateful.

Perfect location for beach trip

Great family stay

Everything was just as advertised! Location was great to beach and Times Square. We even walked from condo over bridge to Doc Ford’s! One of outside lightbulbs which was too high for us to reach was out and Manager responded quickly to replace it. I would definitely recommend it !

We can’t say enough about this property!! We have 10 people staying at the house and never felt cramped!!! The location was perfect, so close to the beach and nightlife!! Winter getaway

This house has everything you need for a memorable vacation. Great backyard and pool. Short walk to the beach. And all the appliances, toys, and in between items you will need to enjoy your stay. The pictures in the listing are very accurate. If you like what you see, I'd book it.

We originally planned to have 12 staying at your Palermo residence this past week but, due to unforeseen circumstances, Grandma and Grandpa could not make the trip this year. Even though we were not in attendance, everyone had a good time without us. All of our grandchildren raved about how beautiful every room was decorated and, "all the TVs". The best part of the vacation for them was using your pool. Some days from sun up to sun down. What more do teenagers, pre-teens and little ones need. Our adult children were very impressed with the entire design and floor plan. They said there was more than enough space and bathrooms for everyone and felt that if Grandma and Grandpa were there no one would have felt crowded. Best of all, no complaints from anyone. We look forward to next year and the possibility of renting again. Hopefully we will see you then.
