The home was great and so inviting! We arrived late and awoke to the fantastic view of the sea and palm trees swaying in the breeze. The host, David thought of everything to make the stay easy and comfortable. Good restaurants and supermarket really close.Pool was so warm, perfect for the little ones in our party.Highly reccomend if you want a superb vacation!

Family Trip

Overall, it was a good place to stay. Everything was clean and ready when we got there. We had some trouble with the bifold pantry doors falling off and someone was sent that day to fix it which is all you can ask for.

Fabulous house, amazing location!

This house made our vacation fantastic! It's stocked with beach towels, sand toys, beach chairs and a wagon. Perfect amenities for a beach vacation, The pool area is excellent, with plenty of chairs, the pool was warm, but refreshing. The kitchen was stocked with spices and cooking tools. The outside sitting areas were ideal for morning coffee, and gave a great view of the beach unobstructed. In the evenings, it’s a 2 minute walk to see the gorgeous sunsets each night. It was a fabulous trip. We’d come back for sure!

Perfect for a big family

We had a GREAT time at this enormous house. Bedroom off the pool with private bathroom. jack and Jill bedroom on the main floor. A huge screened in ocean facing patio and an incredible master suite on the top floor with private bathroom huge closet and balcony. Our family had tons of room.Traffic off the bridge this time of year Xmas is always bad during peak beach hours…. But even a publix is walking distance. The pool was toasty warm every day! The beach was stunning even while being repaired from past hurricanes We will definitely rent again! Thanks again

Our Family Loved this Property

We had one issue that we had to contact the owner about and he replied immediately, even though it was Christmas Eve. The heated pool was a highlight. Enjoyed the location of this house (just cross Estero Blvd and you are on the beach) and we had an ocean view from the house.Very good supply of dishes and utensils in the kitchen. Also a nice supply of bath & beach towels.We were happy to have the use of the beach wagon and toys.The unit was clean and we had plenty of room. We enjoyed our stay very much. Thank you David for being a wonderful host.

Family getaway to Fort Myers

Recently got back from our stay in Fort Myers, the house was OK. Whoever is taking care of the maintenance is not doing a good job. The pool was very dirty, I tried to clean it myself but the pool net was torn. The house inside was in decent shape, but didn’t seem like the floor had been vacuumed/cleaned in a long time, and the closet door in the hallway leading to the bedrooms was completely off its hinges. I tried to contact the property manager through the Vrbo application but the app kept timing out (not the property manager’s fault). Nonetheless, we still had a great time, the house is a fantastic size, easily accommodated our family.

I have many things to say about this vacation, all good, the location could not be better, an incredible view, this house is equipped with everything you need to spend a relaxed and fun vacation, I plan to return next year, I don't have a single complaint, it was definitely a magnificent choice to rent. this house for our vacation

Always a good stay

It simply doesn’t get much better than staying in this home. The location, pool and set up of this property make any vacation a relaxing success. David is always awesome to work with when we visit FMB. Any issues that came up with the property were quickly addressed and solved by David. We look forward to scheduling our next vacation here.

Fun Spring Break w Family

This is a perfectly located property. The beach is across the street and visible from your balconies. Beach access is a few foot steps away, just 4 houses down the sidewalk. There is an attached pool and lanai w lounge chairs. The home has everything you need from new dishwear, nice big beach towels, beach chairs and wagon for transportation. Publix is less than a mile on the same side of the street. Although we went during Spring Break & the island was hopping, the house is far enough down the street that it was quiet. We ventured to Sanibel, Captiva, Naples & Marco during our stay. Great Location.

Family beach stay

We had a wonderful stay at the house. It was steps from the beach. Our 4 year old & 1 1/2 yr old loved the heated pool. The owner was prompt when I messaged him with questions. It was nice to have an owner who does that!!! We will stay again if we go back to fort Myers beach. Weather was perfect-sunny and 75!! Everyone had their own room and bathroom which was nice ( me and my husband, & 2 daughters and their husbands. ) 4 year old in twin bed room and baby upstairs in portable crib in mom and dads room. It was a nice relaxing time for all!!

GREAT LOCATION

The house is very spacious and had a great location. Was well equipped with beach towels, paper towel, toilet paper, laundry soap and dish soap. Close to restaurants and Publix. Things that could use improvement: 1. full LP tank 2. More kitchen accessories (i.e. larger frying pan, kitchen utensils) 3. Shampoo would be a helpful addition 4. Heated pool upon arrival

GREAT House with a GREAT Location!!

This is a perfect rental property if you're looking to stay in the Ft. Myers Beach area with a larger group! It's in a great location (just a walk across the road to the beach), and also has a Publix located ~a mile down the road which made picking up groceries extremely easy during my stay. The house was very clean when we arrived - the kitchen was well stocked with pots/pans, dishes, etc. They also provided extra beach chairs, carts, and towels which was very convenient given most of my group flew into the area. The covered pool area was also another added bonus! There is still some damage to other houses from Hurricane Ian last year, but the house was perfect condition! Beaches were great and there are still a lot of restaurants and shops that open that were a short walk (or 10-second drive) away. Overall had a fantastic time and didn't run into any issues with the house. David was very communicative during our check-in and check-out process...would give this 6/5 stars if I could!
