We had a big group for our son’s wedding. This house was perfect. We could walk to the beach, host dinners and enjoy the hot tub and pool. Would stay here again!

Beautiful home in an excellent location

We had a large group of 13 and this house was absolutely perfect! Spacious, clean, well-stocked with kitchen wares, and within walking distance to everything Fort Myers Beach has to offer. Any questions or issues we had, were addressed immediately and resolved quickly. We will definitely be returning. You won’t find a nicer home on the island.

Family Beach Getaway

We had a fantastic stay at the Black Pearl! The house was beautifully appointed with everything we needed for a relaxing getaway. Inside, each person had their own bedroom and bathroom, which made it perfect for both comfort and privacy. The open-concept living and kitchen area was spacious and inviting, with a large dining table that comfortably fit our entire family. The master suite was especially impressive—truly a retreat in itself.Outside, we enjoyed multiple gathering areas, including several balconies and a well-maintained pool and hot tub. The location was ideal—just a short walk to the beach and close to local shops and restaurants.We brought our own beach tent and blankets, which turned out to be a great decision since the rental options at the beach were on the pricey side. The house did have several beach chairs available, though some of the loungers were broken and not usable.Overall, the Black Pearl was a wonderful place to stay, and we would absolutely return on our next visit to the area!

Beautiful beach house

Overall this property was so beautiful and elegant. We had one day with a couple hours of no power, but that was the entire block and beyond anyone’s control. House stayed cool either way. My only complaint is the master bedroom windows, if you want to walk out of the bathroom in the buff at night, do it if you want the world to see you. For me, that’s my only complaint. I’m fluffy so I kept it all in the bathroom. The house is big, pool was wonderful. Any issues were handled immediately by owner. Our family loved this house and we’ll be booking again next year. It was sad to say goodbye for now. Thank you for sharing this beautiful house!

The house beautiful! Had everything we needed. Located close to the beach and downtown Fort Myers. Spent most of our time in the pool. Will definitely keep in mind for future stays!

For the cost of this property it was not up to standards. I build luxury apts and I would fire my maintenance supervisor for not keeping me informed of conditions. To many items need addressed this property is a B- on a good day

Perfect for us

This is a beautiful house, close to the beach and just what we needed for our group of 7. Ran into some minor issues during our stay that were handled timely and satisfactorily b y the property manager. Fort Myers Beach is still rebuilding and has a long way to go, but still possible to have a good time there..

Great house for large family! Super location too!

We are a large family and the layout of house was great! Location was perfect - short walk to beach, to restaurants and to shopping. House was clean and kitchen incredibly well stocked. We cooked in several nights and had everything we needed. Highly recommend this home! We will definitely rent again! Rental agent was quick to respond to my questions too. One of the best rentals we have stayed in!!!

This home is an amazing well appointed house. Extremely clean and well stocked. We were a family of 6 and there was something for everyone! Fun to walk to everything! The Palm is so fantastic for coffee and bowls!

Spring Break

Nothing better than a beach trip! Beautiful home! Perfect placement to walk to shops & restaurants which was good since traffic on Estero was ridiculous! We never wanted to get in the car due to traffic. House was almost too spacious! Lol - not a negative, however, everyone had such a large private bedroom that we seldom saw the kids & grandkids in a common area unless it was the pool or beach. Tile floors are expected in a beach home but more rugs would soften the echo in the large home & be easier on the feet. Cooking dinner for a group this large was difficult. Although there was plenty of cookwear there were not enough large skillets. An electric griddle would have made breakfast a lot faster! Would definitely return & hopefully invest in a boat rental since there is a dock!
