Amazing stay! Condo was perfect! Everything was clean and well put together. Loved all the storage; and the balcony beach views were amazing. We watched the sunset every night and dolphins playing every day. Kitchen was well stocked, and we appreciated the beach chairs and umbrella. Condo building was wonderful. Parking, washer and dryers, and everything was clean and wellMaintained. My daughter and I loved combing the beach for treasures every day! Also, it’s on the quiet part of the island. We enjoyed the farmers market also on Tuesday and Thursdays across the street. Overall, an awesome stay and condo! Owner was wonderful to work with! We would stay again!

We enjoyed our stay in this beautiful, updated condo. It was our second stay here. The view from the balcony of the ocean and sunsets was amazing! The condo provided all that was needed. It is a great location - quiet with many restaurants available nearby. Carole was very responsive before and during our stay. We definitely will be back!Debbie S

What’s not great about walking steps to a soft white beach? The best restaurants were short car rides away. The host was responsive within 15 min, if that. The condo is comfortable and cutely designed. The view from the balcony was the best part. The most amazing sunsets and dolphins swimming by every night, magical!! We were also here last year, nice to see Ft. Meyers making a comeback!

The unit was clean and pictures posted represented it well. Only one of the two elevators worked but we never had to wait for more than a minute. The beach was quiet and the water was gentle and refreshing. No strong currents, undertows, or rough waves. Our only complaints were the pesky no seeums, with their itching bites, and the bed was not very comfortable.

Such a lovely place to stay! The area was beautiful and quiet. Met some kind regulars/locals who gave us great restaurant suggestions. Found lots of shells and saw dolphins, a manatee, manta rays and a Roseate Spoonbill right out from the condo!

Paradise

As you walk into the beautifully remodeled condo, you look directly out onto the white sands of the gulf!We also enjoyed the community pool. The condo was well stocked with equipment for the beach. Although the area is still recovering from Hurricane Ian,many great restaurants are open. We enjoyed breakfast and wine in the evening on the balcony watching pelicans.Communication with Carole was superb. We hope to come back next year!

Not Central Air conditioning

The view of the beach is fantastic from the balcony. The condo is nicely redone. We enjoyed our stay however we were not aware there was not central air. It had a unit like you would have in a hotel room. We could not use the partition for privacy in the bedroom because it would block any air flow from the unit air conditioner. Lucky the weather was cool.One day the elevator got stuck and the police needed to come to help people get free.We made the best of it and still had a good time getting away from the cold.

Beautiful Condo for Beach Vacation

Condo is just as pictured on VRBO! Beautiful location for couple or small family. Beach is gorgeous owner provides beach chairs, towels, etc for your stay. Highly recommend.

The unit is great and we had a wonderful time. It really looks like the photos! We even used the oven for a big family dinner (we have relatives who own another unit in the building). We will try to rent here again.

AMAZING!!

This has been one of our favorite vacations! The condo was beautiful, we could the waves crashing like we were sleeping on the beach. The owners took approximately 5 min to get back to us with the 2 questions we had, they were super nice. The neighborhood has been damaged but they are working on it and it definitely didn’t ruin our trip. I am already planning on re-booking next year. The sunrises were seen to the left of us, the sunsets directly in front of us. Dolphins swam by every night. All I can say is amazing!! Thank you Carol and Dave!

Perfect little slice of heaven!

This is a perfect condo for a small family! We had everything we needed, including the amazing view. Due to ongoing construction on surrounding properties, we practically had the beach to ourselves most days. Description was spot on with the sandbar, it really was a great spot for our two daughters to safely play. The location in south FMB was fantastic for a quick trip to Bonita Springs or Naples. Communication with Carole was great, too! We left with a heavy heart and a bag full of shells. Can't wait to come back!

What a wonderful property.

We just loved the condo we stayed in at The Estero Tennis and Beach Club. It is the perfect size and had everything you needed. Loved the balcony that faced the Gulf. Seen dolphins everyday and just steps out to the beach . It was kind of secluded and peaceful in which it is what we loved most about it . I will definitely be coming back.

Condo was extremely comfortable and exceptionally equipped. It was very clean and modern. The owner explained to us about the building work so we had no problem with that at all. She was very fair. We used the trolley bus all the time to Times Square.

This unit was beautiful. Total ocean view. So tastefully decorated. Top of the line appliances, utensils, linens etc. Were spot on. Communication with owner was great. 10 star!
