Super clean, super convenient

Super clean condo. This property is just steps away from an uncrowded beach. Just a block from the grocery store. Would recommend.

No Hot Water for 8 days

Here's a list of what I found unacceptable that I told the property manager about when we got there and were never fixed: Busted Dishwasher Luke warm water for 5 min and then cold after that Dishes and silverware in cupboard dirty and greasy Walls scuffed up No drainage in the bathtub--fixed after our complaint--they just took the drain out--gross Shower filthy Grout on all tile in the condo filthy Broken chair in kitchen No laundry detergent but asked to do the linens Couches and chairs stained. I expected more for that much money a week. The view is amazing--I will give them that.

Our stay in Fort Myers Beach

The location of this property is beautiful. We did have an issue with there being no hot water in the second bathroom, and no working light in the second bath shower either. The icemaker did not work and the light on the porch did not work, so you could eat outside after dark. Also there was no hair dryer, which I thought was strange, since they provided an ironing board and iron. I thought the second bedroom furnishings could be updated along with some of the other furnishings.

Well we didn’t know exactly about the beach area how far it was ocean because of the water receding and To be very careful where you walked because of burrs. Drains were Plugged in the master bath and tv is going out.

Beautiful stay.

We selected this condo because of its location on the beach and it was great. Not too busy and lots of beach area and views were wonderful. Condo had great amenities for what we needed. There we only two of us but Condo could comfortably host 4

Beautifully upgraded condo right on the beach with fantastic beach views and over Lover's Key State Park. Located on the quiet southern side of the island - ideal for a beach getaway.

Great for toddlers and adults

Clean property with a nice location and views. The pool is small, but just enough for toddlers and adults to enjoy themselves. It’s a slight drive to shopping and nightlife. So, this is better for family fun, in my opinion. Teens may be a little bored due to shopping and boardwalk being too far to walk and the pool being too small for swim sports. I would stay here again.

Beautiful condo, and very clean. We enjoyed our stay, however the coffee maker did not work and there was no hair dryer in the unit. I had to go out and buy a dryer. It was frustrating not to enjoy a cup of coffee on the lanai in the mornings.

First time at these condo's and we were very happy. This unit had been redone and it showed. Many other renters were complaining about how beat up their units were so I guess we were pretty lucky. The pool area is phenomenal and all grounds are nicely landscaped. The only negative is that it's a long walk to the beach but the pool makes up for it. To sum it up, we rebooked for next year.

Great view, nice secure location, nice pool area, horrible traffic going north.

Didn't care for the gentleman that was "supervising" the pool area. Very rude. Too many pool rules...no drinks....snacks or headphones??? Air condition in unit was suppose to be set at 74, but that was too warm for us. Check out was too early, made that last day a hassle to plan.
