Absolutely fantastic home with a location that can't be beat! Just minutes from everything on Ft. Myers Beach, this beautiful home exceeded our expectations! There are so many great things about this house that I don't know exactly where to start: three master bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms; a huge shared bathroom for the two other bedrooms; an entire additional kitchen space upstairs; a spacious living area with a large kitchen with a wine fridge, drink fridge and a regular fridge (yes, THREE different fridges) plus the additional fridge upstairs; wet bar and tiki bar with multiple ice makers; multiple outdoor living spaces; a gorgeous hot tub and pool....and the list goes on and on! Angie was easy to reach, sent great instructions and went above and beyond to make our visit an exceptional experience! Thank you for making this a great choice for a group of friends in town for our 30th high school reunion!

Angie was a perfect host! There were 12 family members staying for the week and all had ample room. Great for toddlers too with gates, high chair and pool toys. We cant wait to book again

Great experience

House was in a great location to the beach, restaurants and shops all within walking distance. Beautiful sunsets from the balcony for relaxing after a day at the ball fields or the beach.

Perfect location!

The house was great and had plenty of space for everyone in our group. The location is ideal, walking distance to the beach and right on the canal for fishing. The hosts were very responsive and understanding during our entire stay! Would definitely recommend this house and thank you for sharing your piece of paradise with us!

Great Property Close to Everything.

We were with a group of four other couples and the property worked great for us. There is plenty of room and the location is close to restaurants and bars. You can easily walk everywhere. The owner, Angie was easy to work with and was extremely responsive to our requests.

Spring break 2025

Our large family loved the space. Pool, spa, deck and outside area is amazing. Can't ask for better beach, shopping, or restaurant access. My husband caught quality fish right from the dock. Area still needs work after hurricane. Owner is very responsive.

Great to be back

Property was perfect for our group. Kitchen was totally stocked and multiple refrigrators made nice. Plenty of room in each bedroom. We spent every day poolside. Only downside is the sun doesn't catch the pool after 3:00 but didnt stop us from getting enough sun. Host was very responsive and great to work with. We will be nack for sure. Thank you!

Great house

Really enjoyed our stay, loved the ice maker and fridge by the pool. Very clean and the kitchen was well stocked. We cooked about 70 percent of our meals. Great communication with the owners, would not hesitate to stay again. February 2025

Fantastic vacation!

The property itself was Excellent, we had a great time. We spent most of our time outside at the pool and tiki bar. The only real negative was that the property and the neighborhood were not 100% repaired from the hurricane. There were a few things we were unable to use but we were aware of that before we arrived. Once the neighborhood is back up and running I couldn't think of a better place to stay.

Had a wonderful time and the house served our purpose completely.

Loved it all. I was a little worried when we pulled up because the drive and lawn were unkept and the camper next door and weeds growing up looked a little rough. Then I realized you are still under repairs from the hurricane. The house and pool area and canal were great.

Amazing vacay, despite the rain

Our family (3 generations, ranging in ages from 5 to 72) just got back from a week at this amazing house. There was plenty of room for everyone to spread out on the 3 levels and we were within walking distance of anything we wanted! Although we had tropical storm rain and winds 4 out of the 7 days, we had the best time. With proximity to the beach and the downtown area, we were able to take quick advantage of breaks in the rain. The pool table and multiple covered decks were lifesavers for the moments we were trapped inside. But the best part was the hot tub, heated pool, and dock. We enjoyed those IN the rain (and in our sunny days of course). Fishing off the dock was amazing (frozen shrimp was the perfect bait). Because of the rain, we only had one manatee visitor and a couple dolphins in the canal, but it was pretty amazing to see. We rented kayaks and paddled around the canals and out into the bay. Highly recommend! Angie was an amazing hostess and so easy to communicate with. The house had lots of personal touches (fully stocked kitchen, laundry supplies provided, odds and ends throughout the house, towels/pool/beach gear provided. We’re already planning our trip for next year!

House is located near everything you need! The beach so close to walk without paying to park. Pool and hot tub were nice to have. House was very clean. Love seeing the area recovering from Hurricane! Can't wait to to stay here again.

Great property and nice area

Hard to beat the proximity to the beach and busy area while being down a quiet street. Lots of room and a dozen family members to spend a week. Space to get together and space to take a break. Very nice property!

Wonderful Home & Great Location

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Angie's home in Fort Myers Beach. Angie was a helpful and responsive host. The home was near everything - bay, beach, food, activities - and had everything we needed. We enjoyed the special touches like multiple refrigerators, wine refrigerator, ice machine, pool & beach towels. We were glad to see the area getting back on its feet after the hurricane. Great stay!

Great Place!!

This property has been redone since the hurricane & turned out very nice! It is at a great location, not far from the beach or town square. You can also walk to many restaurants. The house was spacious and accommodating for the 10 people we had there. Plenty of fridge options, large ice maker, 2 washers & dryers. The Blackstone grill also was nice. It was cooler when we stayed there, so we used the hot tub more than the pool. Overall, we would definitely pick this house again to stay at. Angie was more than helpful as we were there & if we needed anything, she had an answer quickly!

A Vacation to Remember

Angie was great in correspondence! Her place was amazing. From the back dock we saw Dolphins, Manatees, Sting Ray, Stone and Blue Crabs and had quite a few Iguanas visiting us. Loved the pool and Tiki Bar. We had all my Brothers and Sister and there was plenty of room for everyone! Short distance to the Beach and Shopping! Only draw back is there is A LOT of stairs and being an older group that was a killer! But it was not hard to make the best of it and enjoy our beautiful home away from home!

Met Our Needs But Not All Expectations

Need to say my brother has had vacation properties for years so I have high expectations when I rent a place. Chose this property because of having a pool and hot tub as well as the location since we didn't want to rent vehicles for our group of 12. We really enjoyed our stay and the house had what we needed. But there were several issues: 1. One bedroom was to have a king bed and a pullout/futon but instead just had a loveseat. The pullout couch was in the cove of the hallway. The patio door from bedroom was blocked by an outdoor sectional and if the couch was pulled out to accommodate a guest, the path to the bathroom would have been blocked. My travel mate had to sleep on the loveseat so she wasn't by herself in cove or in downstairs living room that had an additional pullout sofa. 2. There were ashtrays everywhere and NONE had been cleaned of ashes and most still had cigarette butts in them. (If this minor cleaning job was not done, it made you wonder how good of a cleaning job was done on the rest of the house. Dirty socks in mouth of totem pole by pool and a doll was under the sofa in living room. :( 3. Realize these properties are used and abused by disrespectful guest ( and it was the end of the summer season) but there many minor repairs and touchups needed around the property. 4. Had issues with the washers and dryers working properly 5. Toilets in two bathrooms ran continuously or didn't flush correctly. (We tried to remedy so the water bill wasn't sky high.) What we liked about the property: 1. Pool & Hot tub 2. Rooftop to enjoy the sunrises 3. Location just a block from beach and a few to the pier, restaurants and shops. 4. Plenty of bedrooms so our group of 12 ladies could enjoy our time together 5.Location on lagoon--we had several iguanas and an egret visit us. Didn't see any manatee or dolphin as might have. 6. The extra shower in bathroom by pool was utilized since there were 12 of us. 7. Huge shower in upstairs bathroom with two HUGE shower heads and the long bathroom counter so many of us could get ready at one time.8. We didn't utilize the Tiki Bar by the pool but it would be great if you were the party crowd. 8. Host was very helpful with any of my questions or concerns.

Tiki Hut Island

The property was very clean, had a great location (4 minute walk to the beach), and had great space. The outside was amazing! The pool was clean, the hot tub was clean and functional, and the tiki hut was a great escape from the sun. We truly had a great time! As with most homes, we had a couple of hiccups during our stay and Angie was great to work with, responded quickly and did what she could under the circumstances. Angie was the best host we have had in our 5 homes that we have stayed at!

Best location possible

We stayed a few weeks in June 2022 and had a great time. We had plenty of room for our extended families. The pool is great for sitting and reading as well as for the kids to play. The bar area outside was a hit with the kids to make smoothies. The refrigerator and ice maker out there were very convenient. Everyone had a blast with the pool table in the living room, although it made finding a seat a little more difficult. However, several of us just found a seat on one of the balconies and enjoyed the view. The location to the beach and downtown couldn’t be more ideal. This is one of the best locations we have stayed at in Ft Myers. It was so nice to be able to let the teens walk down for ice cream in the evening and not have to pile in the car. Overall, you won’t be disappointed.
