Our host was readily available and prompt in supporting my questions. The home overall was amazing! Lots of fridge space for our beverages and food. We loved all the outdoor spaces, the dock/deck is spacious we had fun fishing, seeing the dolphins come in canal near dock was so exciting! Being so close to restaurants, shopping and beach was incredible along with the view from roof top! The tiki hut and tv outside was a bonus so we could sit in spa and watch Olympics and Super Bowl. There was 8 of us and we all had a great stay! Thank you!

Everything was just as it stated the place was wonderful. The pool and hot tub was great. All the amenities were everything you needed. The older boys enjoyed the pool table every evening. The kitchen had everything and the ice makers above it. All the beach chairs , umbrellas and wagon for the beach was a huge help with 10 people. Did not watch much TV but there was one everywhere.

We loved the house and especially the location. We used the pool, hot tub, and Tiki Bar every day. Will definitely go back. Hope the steps and railing to the roof are fixed. Beautiful view.

Absolutely fantastic home with a location that can't be beat! Just minutes from everything on Ft. Myers Beach, this beautiful home exceeded our expectations! There are so many great things about this house that I don't know exactly where to start: three master bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms; a huge shared bathroom for the two other bedrooms; an entire additional kitchen space upstairs; a spacious living area with a large kitchen with a wine fridge, drink fridge and a regular fridge (yes, THREE different fridges) plus the additional fridge upstairs; wet bar and tiki bar with multiple ice makers; multiple outdoor living spaces; a gorgeous hot tub and pool....and the list goes on and on! Angie was easy to reach, sent great instructions and went above and beyond to make our visit an exceptional experience! Thank you for making this a great choice for a group of friends in town for our 30th high school reunion!

Great experience

Perfect location!

The house was great and had plenty of space for everyone in our group. The location is ideal, walking distance to the beach and right on the canal for fishing. The hosts were very responsive and understanding during our entire stay! Would definitely recommend this house and thank you for sharing your piece of paradise with us!

Great Property Close to Everything.

We were with a group of four other couples and the property worked great for us. There is plenty of room and the location is close to restaurants and bars. You can easily walk everywhere. The owner, Angie was easy to work with and was extremely responsive to our requests.

Our large family loved the space. Pool, spa, deck and outside area is amazing. Can't ask for better beach, shopping, or restaurant access. My husband caught quality fish right from the dock. Area still needs work after hurricane. Owner is very responsive.

Great to be back

Property was perfect for our group. Kitchen was totally stocked and multiple refrigrators made nice. Plenty of room in each bedroom. We spent every day poolside. Only downside is the sun doesn't catch the pool after 3:00 but didnt stop us from getting enough sun. Host was very responsive and great to work with. We will be nack for sure. Thank you!

Great house

Really enjoyed our stay, loved the ice maker and fridge by the pool. Very clean and the kitchen was well stocked. We cooked about 70 percent of our meals. Great communication with the owners, would not hesitate to stay again. February 2025

Fantastic vacation!

The property itself was Excellent, we had a great time. We spent most of our time outside at the pool and tiki bar. The only real negative was that the property and the neighborhood were not 100% repaired from the hurricane. There were a few things we were unable to use but we were aware of that before we arrived. Once the neighborhood is back up and running I couldn't think of a better place to stay.

Had a wonderful time and the house served our purpose completely.

Loved it all. I was a little worried when we pulled up because the drive and lawn were unkept and the camper next door and weeds growing up looked a little rough. Then I realized you are still under repairs from the hurricane. The house and pool area and canal were great.

Amazing vacay, despite the rain

Our family (3 generations, ranging in ages from 5 to 72) just got back from a week at this amazing house. There was plenty of room for everyone to spread out on the 3 levels and we were within walking distance of anything we wanted! Although we had tropical storm rain and winds 4 out of the 7 days, we had the best time. With proximity to the beach and the downtown area, we were able to take quick advantage of breaks in the rain. The pool table and multiple covered decks were lifesavers for the moments we were trapped inside. But the best part was the hot tub, heated pool, and dock. We enjoyed those IN the rain (and in our sunny days of course). Fishing off the dock was amazing (frozen shrimp was the perfect bait). Because of the rain, we only had one manatee visitor and a couple dolphins in the canal, but it was pretty amazing to see. We rented kayaks and paddled around the canals and out into the bay. Highly recommend! Angie was an amazing hostess and so easy to communicate with. The house had lots of personal touches (fully stocked kitchen, laundry supplies provided, odds and ends throughout the house, towels/pool/beach gear provided. We’re already planning our trip for next year!

House is located near everything you need! The beach so close to walk without paying to park. Pool and hot tub were nice to have. House was very clean. Love seeing the area recovering from Hurricane! Can't wait to to stay here again.

Great property and nice area

Hard to beat the proximity to the beach and busy area while being down a quiet street. Lots of room and a dozen family members to spend a week. Space to get together and space to take a break. Very nice property!

Wonderful Home & Great Location

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Angie's home in Fort Myers Beach. Angie was a helpful and responsive host. The home was near everything - bay, beach, food, activities - and had everything we needed. We enjoyed the special touches like multiple refrigerators, wine refrigerator, ice machine, pool & beach towels. We were glad to see the area getting back on its feet after the hurricane. Great stay!
