    The Space:

    Mid Island Monthly Home retreat! Come enjoy Fort Myers Beach in this beautiful canal front pool home!



    As you enter 9 Sunview, you are met with a lovely design and open floor plan that is beautiful, inviting and homey. The home comes ready for the family or group with a fully equipped kitchen, 3 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms. There is 1 King, 1 Queen, and 2 double bunks (4 twins). This beautiful home provides an unparalleled vacation experience, combining great amenities, luxurious interiors, and a coveted Florida lifestyle.



    Looking to catch some sun? Enjoy your private backyard oasis or make your way to the beach! You can even try your luck catching fish from the beach or backyard canal, Dock and boatlift coming soon!! we have beautiful wildlife all around. If you're hungry, make your way down to Time Square for local restaurants and live music daily.



    This property is restricted to monthly rentals during peak season (Jan - Mar). Rentals must be from the beginning to the end of the month, multi-month rentals are available. Shorter stays may be available during summer and fall months. For security purposes, there are cameras on the exterior of this home.



    This unit is pet-friendly with a 2-pet limit, pets are limited to dogs only. A written request at the time of booking is required to bring any animal, including pets, emotional support animals, and service animals. A non-refundable $200/animal fee applies for pets and emotional support animals. The fee will be added to your booking total, with applicable taxes when we receive your Official Animal Request to our email. Additional charges will be added for each unauthorized animal if animals are brought without permission.



    Please consider Travel Insurance for unexpected situations preventing travel. The minimum age to rent is 25. NO SMOKING ALLOWED.



    This unit requires a physical key. You will need to pick up keys from our office at 2085 Estero Blvd., Fort Myers Beach first to gain access to this unit. This unit is managed by TriPower Vacation Rentals, a professional vacation rental management company located on Fort Myers Beach. Guests are required to sign a Rental Agreement with TriPower to finalize booking.



    We would like to note that there may still be construction occurring or construction materials near the property as a result of post Hurricane Ian renovations.

Beautiful home

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This beautiful canal home was just as described and a great place for our family vacation The three bedrooms were nicely furnished and the master was spectacular with a huge bathroom and walk in closet. There was no tub in either bathroom if you need one. The kitchen was well stocked. The pool is wonderful. We especially liked that it was screened.

The home had a well equipped kitchen, plenty of bath towels and beach towels. It is tastefully decorated with a beautiful screened pool area. Everyone enjoyed their stay here.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: When we walked into the rental our reaction was WOW. It was such a beautiful place with everything we could have hoped for. Knowing of the hurricane damage on the island and expecting any issue to pop up, we had none. From the bikes to a new high chair for my visiting granddaughter, we had everything we needed and more. We highly recommend.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: 9 Sunview was fantastic. The house was beautiful decorated and well designed with the primary on the south side of the house and the other 2 large bedrooms on the north side. The kitchen was very well equipped and the pool was terrific. This rental had anything you would need for a month stay from the 4 bikes to a bbq and the loungers in the pool. The owner has thought of everything except lights in the pool area. Thank you for the best vacation ever!
