The condo fit our group of six, with two kids on the pullout couch, and the beach itself is very large and wide. However, the walk to the water was long (about 1,000 feet) and felt like a big trek, especially with kids and gear.We enjoyed the heated pool, the kids swam daily. We also enjoyed being near the bridge, it made for beautiful scenery to walk on each morning. When we arrived for our 3pm check-in the condo had not been cleaned yet, so we had to wait before settling in. Stairwells were locked, so elevator access through a coded door was the only option, which made coming and going more time-consuming.If you plan to cook, be aware that kitchen and grilling supplies were very limited (no pots, pans, bowls, or grilling utensils). We also had to buy pillows, as only two small, flat pillows on a King Bed were provided. No pillows for pull out couch. Hot water ran out in under 10 minutes, and the ice maker did not work.We’re easy to please and made it work, but future guests should be aware of these limitations before booking. I do believe we were the first renters since unit repairs from Ian, so hopefully the guest experience improves over time.
