This house totally exceeded all expectations I had. I live in the area and rented the house for my parents, and 3 adult brothers for my wedding. The beach access across the street was so perfect, convenient, and quiet, we ended up moving our small beach wedding location and just walking across the street for the ceremony. What a gorgeous spot! The house setup is perfect for privacy, with a bathroom for each bedroom and plenty of space, but also perfect for gathering as a family around the central kitchens and in the back in the adorable pool and patio area with tons of seating that seemed brand new. I was so pleasantly surprised by all of the extras. Little things like clean, organized, labeled cabinets of anything you may need, bikes, towels, and beach chairs, games and reading materials, chargers and full bars of soap and all the toiletries, etc. provided. All the little details and just the overall cleanliness exceeded other homes I've rented. Frank the host was so friendly, too, and went above & beyond answering questions and providing all kinds of information and recommendations at check-in. He was awesome!We are already talking about our next family gathering and will be looking to rent again.

50th anniversary

What a great location! Beach is amazing! Grocery store at the end of the block was so convenient. Junkanoo Below Deck restaurant a couple blacks away was great. Communication with host was good. Our family of 14 was comfortable.

Our sons wedding

The house,location and backyard where perfect for our son’s intimate beach wedding. Even though the outside siding of the house is not completed we understood the circumstances and worked around them. The inside of the two apartments has been completely redone and are beautiful. The communication with the owners was excellent, they made sure we were ok. Our son decided to come in a day earlier and they accommodated his request. We are local people we live in Ft Myers and lived the devastation that Hurricane Ian left. The owners have done a great job with this property considering the horrible hurricane that left our beloved beach devastated. The gulf and natural beauty of this area is intact so if you are thinking of spending time in this area this property is an excellent choice the location is across the street from the beach are excellent for a beach wedding ceremony or a vacation. Thank you for making our son’s wedding possible it was great!

Family vacation

Taking my 90 yr old mom and some family members on a last group family trip. The house was amazing and was so close to the beach. Was able to include a visit with my son that lives in Florida and had a 4th of July gather. Frank was amazing and easy to get a hold of. I will stay here again 😎

One of the best vacations I’ve had!

The owners of this property were extremely easy to work with and very accommodating for my large party. When we arrived at the house, everything was clean and there was plenty of space for everything we brought. This was a very relaxing vacation and look forward to coming back in the future!

Perfect spot!

We rented this property for a girls weekend. There were four of us and we had both the top and bottom floor. It met our needs perfectly! It is a quick walk across the street to the beach. We could walk straight out and find a place not near anyone else once we got to the sand. House is also about 3 houses from the Publix so it made getting snacks and drinks a breeze. This house also had everything you could could possibly need on vacation! And everything is labeled to make it easy to find what we were looking for. These host thought of everything! We enjoyed dinner on the back patio one night. Used the bikes and beach chairs. The upstairs is brighter and seems bigger but both units were clean. Definitely would rent, again!

Perfect Location and Great Value

We had a great experience at this place. Just a short walk from the beach with easy access to all the restaurants/bars/shops. We had plenty of space and everything we needed for our trip.

Great value and location

This house was perfect for our group. Plenty of room and great amenities. The hot tub was even bigger than I expected! Being a 2 minute walk from the Publix was also incredibly convenient for us. Would certainly stay again!

Exceptional!

If you are looking for a clean, comfortable, spacious place that is so convenient to the beach with the added bonus of a wonderful private backyard complete with a hot tub, outdoor eating area , grills and patio lighting, then run to Frank and Mikes place. You will not be disappointed!

Wonderful Stay

We had a fantastic week-long stay here. The location is very convenient-- right across the street from a beautiful beach, four doors down from Publix, and easy access to all the restaurants and fun spots at Fort Myers Beach. The condo was very clean and spacious, with plenty of room for our group of 11 as we rented both units. We enjoyed the hot tub and the grill on the outdoor patio. The condo is well stocked with kitchen items and the beds are cozy. Communication with Frank was fast and easy as we had some questions before and during the stay and he was quick to respond. I highly recommend Frank's place!

Highly recommended vacation rental

If you are looking for a beach house experience, we highly recommend this house., especially for a large family as ours. The home is comfortable, clean and cozy. It has many accommodations as well as walking distance to the beach, supermarket and restaurants. We had a great experience!

Perfect for a large group

This place is perfect for a large group gathering. plenty of sleeping space, and a great backyard to hangout in during the day. proximity to the grocery store is really nice. you aren't right in the middle of the busy Ft Myers beach but it is a short car ride to get there.
