House fit our family of 18. any issues we had we texted to Willie and he probably got back to us which was helpful. Once we figured out the hot tub if we were able to set it to get it to hot. It was easily located, practically across the street from the beach. Having the wagon to take the chairs and all the supplies over to the beach was very helpful. The amount of beach chairs and pool chairs was good. Would consider it again.

The outside gates don’t secure properly and were swinging open- women’s up several times. Pillows in living roomAnd cushions on kitchen chairs are old and dingy- need to be replaced. Bathroom garbage container were rusty and looked very old. Cabinets peeling paint, closet door broken and missing slats. Upstairs bathroom old, shower faucets almost rusted shut. Plastic dishes that cannot be microwaved. House is next store to a power plant, and overlooks several large trash containers. Good location, great pool toys, coolers, big house, great decks to sit outside.

Loved the pool and the beach was spectacular! House was great! Only issue and not the fault of owner was the garbage was overflowing and very smelly because previous guests had not taken it out for disposal.

Great location and bedroom layout for our family of 13! The two kitchens were wonderful to have. Very short walk to the beach and even shorter walk to the free Tran (tips are welcome!). Host was very responsive as we had no internet when we arrived. Willy had the internet service out to fix the cable. We will definitely book another stay when back in the area!

We had a party of 9 people from ages 8 to 86 and this quiet location with a private patio and great proximity to the beach and amenities (restaurants, grocery, coffee shops) was fantastic. The host was very welcoming and responsive. We were all comfortable and had a lot of fun.

Place was perfect for our large family. Loved having a Kitchen upstairs and downstairs. Pool and Hot Tub were perfect with fantastic lighting and Bluetooth outdoor speakers. Golf cart is a must and was perfect for getting around town and hauling folks to the beach right up the road. Worth the extra expense.

Would definitely recommend

A 5 minute walk to a more remote section of the beach, a nice pool and hot tub, and plenty of room for our party of 9. Host Willy was very responsive to a couple minor issues we had early on. We also rented the golf cart which every one enjoyed.

Perfect location

Our family went to get out of the cold weather in PA and enjoyed our trip. The owner had quick responses and the home met all our needs. My son loved having the basketball court close by, the playground was great for the kids, and the beach was right there. Enjoyed being so close to the beach that we could easily go back and forth. We rented it all. We got the van, golf cart and house. All was easy to work with.

Great location!

A quick 5min walk to the beach. Highly suggest The golf cart rental, was a big hit with the kids. Unfortunately the pool and hot tub can’t be heated at the same time so the pool wasn’t utilized. Bit of a pain the hot tub can only be turned on by messaging host. Outside of that it’s a great location. Lots of space and privacy with the 2 floors. FYI Pool table is the downstairs kitchen table

Great Location and House

This house was plenty large for 12 of us celebrating Grandmas 80th birthday. Clean and perfect location to the beach and restaurants. Pool table was a huge plus. Owner was easy to contact and talk to. The place was perfect!

Christmas Fam Trip

Willy was very easy to reach with questions we had about the property. The listing is accurate on bedrooms & bath count and amenities that were advertised. Easy walk to the beach and access to the Ft Myers Trolly. The area & part of this property are still recovering from the several hurricanes that came through the area. We were a family of 14 that stayed at the house. Thanks for the stay!

Fantastic experience!

We were here as a party of ten women to celebrate the retirements of two people in our group. The host was excellent in his communication with us before the trip as well as while we were there. Two devastating hurricanes took place in this area a short time before our arrival in Fort Myers, and the house had been flooded with four feet of water. This was only one month before our visit, and we arrived with the house and property in excellent condition! The host met us upon our arrival to welcome us and share all needed information. The house had plenty of room for the ten of us to sleep, eat, relax, and visit comfortably, both indoors and outdoors. The beach was less than a 10-minute walk from our house and even though some places were closed or limited in their services due to the recent hurricanes, we still found plenty to do and see during our five-day stay! We rented cars to get to some places but many of those locations were also within a half-hour walk. We had no regrets and would not hesitate to visit again!

Great Home for Big Family

This home was roomy for our large group. Three families of 5 plus grandma and grandpa and we ate meals there, played games, and hung out at the beach which is one block away. We rented a golf cart which was great for getting us to the beach. The pool and hot tub are very nice and we made good use of the pool table and the arcade machine. A big thank you to Mr.Rodriguez for being very responsive to our needs.

Fort Myers Beach during Debby

We had a great time at this property. The patio and pool were utilized daily. Plenty of room for everyone in our family and walking distance to the beach. Close to Moms Restaurant for delicious cinnamon rolls and biscuits and gravy on the return morning beach walk. Being from out of town during tropical storm Debby, we were a bit nervous, but we had great communication with Willy and he reassured us we were going to be fine. We would rent this house again.

Spring Training Trip

I stayed here with a group of guys. The house was plenty big, clean, and in a great location. First time in Fort Myers Beach and definitely got a first hand view of the devastation of Hurricane Ian from a year and a half ago. Downtown Fort Myers beach is back up and going strong while other businesses are still operating out of food trucks/stands. Enjoyed the outdoor area with the pool and hot tub (though you need to text or call the owner to turn the hot tub on when you want to use it). The downstairs seems to be recently remodeled and very nice. All in all, a great stay and would go back again.
