  • ¡Un jardín enorme! ¡Se admiten barcas! ¡Cerca del lago y de los manantiales! Esta cabaña tranquila y pintoresca, enclavada en lo más profundo del Bosque Nacional de Ocala, es un sitio genial para nadar, pasear por los senderos, observar aves y mucho más. Es un lugar tranquilo al que se llega por un camino de tierra muy bien cuidado. Sin duda, es una cabaña parecida a una casa de glamping. Cuenta con un aire acondicionado de ventana en la zona principal y ventiladores en cada habitación, una ducha fuera de la casa y una cocina con placas eléctricas, sartén eléctrica y otros utensilios eléctricos para cocinar, además de una nevera grande y una barbacoa al aire libre. Disfruta de una barbacoa al aire libre mientras ves a tu familia alrededor de la hoguera. El centro recreativo Salt Springs está cerca para nadar, y Silver Glen y el lago Kerr están cerca para practicar kayak y navegar. ¡El jardín es enorme, así que trae tu barco o tus kayaks!

I’m an outdoorsy girl and this was close to the forest. Loved the cabin as well as the host Hope and owner Tom. Just do yourself a favor and read the guestbook first thing!

Nice cozy cottage. Very reasonable cost. The bathroom is very hot as there's no air conditioner. Kind of like a sauna in July but it was great being in the forest and walking the paths. This is the 4th time we've stayed and the only time we found the home in need of some cleaning. Overall, it's a nice place to stay.

Great stay with pets, which guests are thankful to be able to bring their furbabies with them on vacation. Some guests have pets & not kids as their family so thank you very much! The cabin was rustic with basic needs accommodated for & nothing fancy but very clean! The best part of our stay was enjoying the large fenced yard & staying in the woods with towns nearby!

quite a few spiderwebs in house, was not plain only restroom was outside, grass was high, said it had grill but did not say legs were broken off and it sat in old potty chair frame, said said stocked kitchen no pots a few pans a microwave no place to put garbage out once can full wanted you to go to dump.kitchen did have electric skillet crock pot and microwave and a refrigerator. We did enjoy our stay like the yard and privacy now that I now what to bring with for cooking and for garbage may stay again as price was good. love the area and being able to bring my pets

I just really want to say I was really impressed with the woman who I interacted with over text message to help me get to the cabin gave me great directions was very prompt with her response the communication was amazing. Me and my family truly enjoyed staying here and look forward to coming back.

Peaceful

Very relaxing, this is a great get away place from all the hustle and bustle of every day life. Would highly recommend it. The host and owner were extremely helpful.

Perfect Peace and Quiet

Lovely, rustic cabin with beautiful views, completely tucked away into a very quiet area. Friendly neighbors who were super willing to help. The cabin was clean, well kept, and I would recommend 10/10.

Nice quiet cabin for a get-away. Hope was welcoming and informative in her communications and Tom was very friendly, attentive and responsive. We'd like to go back in the future.

Great cabin to disconnect from the world

The first night we could not find the property because of bad gps directions, the owner was awesome she drove next day and escorted us there not Only that she went out of her way because of what happened to us. We grilled every night and used the fire pit .located close to the springs I would Say it’s the perfect get away for the outdoor lovers . Would visit again for sure !

Daddy daughter spring hopping trip

Stayed two nights with my daughter and my friend and his daughter. Girls loved the cabin and spending the day at the nearby springs. The cabin is exactly as described with everything you need. Great dvd collection for adults and kids. Big property for kids to explore and adults to relax. Follow the directions from the owners and you will have no problem getting there. We will definitely book again.

Quiet, peaceful retreat. Exactly what I was looking for. Very clean

The cabin was rustic with a small kitchen area but it had all the necessities needed to prepare meals. It had a covered area with electricity for my boat and a large fenced yard. A great get away from tv and an opportunity to actually talk, play games and have fun with out modern day interference

GREAT LITTLE SPOT

I booked this last minute with only a couple days notice and I am glad I did. What a great little cabin. It is very rustic and very homely. I was told service was not great but I had ZERO service and I loved it. No messing with technology just enjoying our days sitting by the forest. Me and my lady sat by the fire pit every night and we grilled meats as well. Hope has the cabin very clean and stocked with everything you may need. We will definitely be booking again in the future!!

Off the Grid

Was in desperate need to get away and off the grid for a while. Work and just daily grind had reached a point where I needed some time away from everything and simply enjoy the forest and time walking trails with my dog Kona. The location is absolutely fantastic! Great fenced in lot with lots of room for Kona to explore within the fence then the trails surrounding the property. Slept like a baby. The accommodations were perfect for my needs and enjoyed the evenings at the fire pit cooking dinner. Would highly recommend this location for anyone looking for a get away from the hustle of every day. This location was easy to find for me and not more than two hours from home. Met wonderful neighbor Thom who was more than helpful in suggesting locations to explore within the Ocala National Forest. Honestly, a place like this is what I dream about retiring too. So pack your gear and head to Olde Salt Spring Cabin, you will not be disappointed and will come out the other side a person who appreciates the little things and peace found in Ocala
