"This RV rental was a dream come true! The location was perfect, easy access on the Salt Springs' lake with access to kayaks and a canoe for exploring. The fishing was fantastic (fresh water), and we felt completely safe and secure in the wonderful community. Can't wait to come back again!"

Absolutely Loved It!!!
This was the best experience we could have hoped for! First time renting like this and we were a little nervous about what to expect. Everything went so smooth and perfect. Booking, checking in, communication with Rachel, the property, the stay, even checking out!! Everything was easy and enjoyable.Everything in the RV was organized and so very clean! Everything we needed and more!! All questions were answered promptly. Even my silly questions 😅 So glad we picked this place to stay. Absolutely Loved it and plan on re-booking it as soon as we can get away again! Also, pet friendly. Our pup Bernie had such a great time and made so many new friends. He was so sad to leave.

Nice spacious trailer. Comfortable lot with sunny area and shade. The grill was a bonus. The only thing preventing us from coming back to the area is the problems with the pool.

Beyond perfect!
The RV was exactly as described, the check-in process was seamless and the host was excellent in providing all the infarction needed or check-in, stay, and check-out. Super clean, quiet and peaceful location. The perfect weekend away. Highly recommend!

Mini getaway
Had a 3 day mini getaway in Salt Springs. Had a wonderful time, The trailer we stayed in was perfect. Great location, close to the springs and marina. The dogs loved it as well. Super clean, everything was already in the trailer, no need to bring anything. We would definately rebook!!!!!!

Peaceful
Unit located in quiet peaceful RV Resort of all seniors. The unit for 2 people was nice, clean and comfortable. All we needed came with the unit. Property manager was very nice and very willing to help us with any problem . We have been coming to Salt Springs for several years in our camper, but now have found an easier way to stay. Planning longer stay here next year. Hopefully at this place. Mike

Amazing owner
My family and I were impacted by Hurricane Ian and were estimated to not have any running water or electricity for about 8 days. I reached out to the owner of the property and was met with such hospitality and kindness. Within hours of talking with her, my family was tucked in safe and sound into this vacation rental. This rental is in the perfect location if you want to be near the springs or to drop a line into the lake. We will definitely return soon.

Last minute vacation after a very tough few months. Property was as described and perfect for us. Dog park was such a great bonus. Rachel was easy to communicate with. Would fully recommend this property!

Alright!
Overall, this property did what we needed it to; gave us a comfortable place to spend a holiday away from the city. Checking in was extremely frustrating, as the GPS address provided took us 10 miles away from the property (both of us, in two separate cars and using two different gps apps); use the address from the map instead. The camper was quaint but had what we needed, it is next to a bathhouse which was extremely convenient at times. We were a bit bummed by the outside area, the tiki torches were all full of rainwater and barely able to light, if at all. There are tree branches hanging down near the fire pit, not sure if the lack of outdoor maintenance is on the owner or HOA of the property. The amenities at Salt Springs were very sad, as other reviews mentioned. We appreciated the wifi and we rented a few DVDs from the Redbox at Dollar General, but it would be awesome if there were some upgrades at this property as simple as a fire stick or something to watch streaming services on. Overall, we feel like it was more expensive than we would have liked for what we got, as other camper rentals included golf carts or more space at a similar price point, but we did have a comfortable space to stay in and enjoyed our visit. We likely would not stay at Salt Springs again unless there was a super intriguing rental with some other benefits included.

I loved the actual camper we stayed in and the manager. She was great! The community needs some work... the hot tub and kiddie pools weren't accessible. The air hockey, pool tables, shuffle board, and other games were in terrible condition and most not even able to be played. We rented a golf cart and had fun with that.

Great long weekend!

Really liked it and would stay again
I must highlight the cleanness. The camper smelled and felt very clean. Space was tight, but adequate for 4 (it’s camper after all); it’s perfect for two. The neighborhood overall is nice, and we enjoyed riding our bikes around it. We did not use the community pools, so no comments there, but the clubhouse amenities could use some refreshing. Most of the entertaining equipment there is broken (pool tables, ping pong, hockey, etc). All in all, would definitely choose this property if visiting the area again. The Salt Springs park and Silver Glen springs are both really good springs to visit, but it is best to visit during the week. They get filled at capacity very fast on weekends. Visited Salt Springs on Friday and it was almost empty. Visited Silver Glen on Saturday and it was full. We did the wait and it took an hour and a half (still worth it).

Perfectly relaxing getaway!! Hard to find!!
Loved the camper. Very roomy and clean. Only thing we did not get to experience were springs. Camp ground had nice clean pool area and lake that we thoroughly enjoyed. Overall, experience was very nice and would stay again. Property manager was easily accessible and very pleasant to deal with.

Our family likes to visit many of the springs in Central Florida. This place was perfect for us to stay while we visited Silver Glen Springs and Salt Springs. This place was extremely clean and accommodated everything we needed in the kitchen. I would recommend anyone looking for a clean and simple place to stay here!

Perfect Location
It was the perfect location between the springs we wanted to see! It was easy to come and go once we got checked in. The checking in process was a little complicated as some of the instructions were outdated, but the property owners were available to answer questions and clarify. The gate manager was really helpful and understanding. It was clean, spacious and had it's own perfect little patio. We were so busy we really just slept and showered there. The one morning we decided to make breakfast we had everything we needed to prep and clean up! Thanks for a great time!

The camper is clean and tidy - exactly as pictured. Host was very responsive when we misunderstood the arrival details. On line check in was easy to complete even when we were already on the road. The park was very quiet and this was the perfect place for us to rest and recharge while attending a multi-day horse show SE of Ocala.

Relaxing long weekend stay
My husband and I enjoyed getting away from our kids for a long weekend. This RV is clean and well stocked with the essentials. We were able to stay on property most of the weekend which was good since there was really only one restaurant open in this small town. Rachel was very gracious and responsive and the neighbors were nice!

Great spring getaway
The camper was perfect. Had a fire every night and did marshmallows with the kid. Gave the camping experience with the amenities of a fridge and home. We walked the rv resort and it was nice. Could walk to the pool and hot tub and lake from where we were. The camper had everything you need just bring cold food and your clothes! Also there’s a dollar general just outside the resort to grab any last minute items. It was nice not to have to drive so much and enjoy walking/ swimming and the little driving was to the springs that was literally 5 minutes down the road. Totally recommend.

Salt Springs Resort
Nice clean RV with slideouts. Home style Fridge and Toilets with no need to access the dump system. We've owned RVs so were used to turning on individual lights. The initial check-in at the resort gate was awkward as we did not have time to use the docu-sign system which required an electronic image of ID, but after showing paper receipt and filling out a form we were in with a $10 parking tag fee. Should have been easier, but maybe just wrong gate agent. Overall, very satisfied.
