"Bobby was a great host! Very responsive and always checking in to see if I needed anything. My only issue with this stay was the cleanliness of the house. The smell was odd when we arrived and the floors didn’t feel clean either. Also there were some bugs. Overall, though it was a good experience."

"Nice"

"The city view was just like what I wanted. Really inspiring, the apartment was a roomy 1 bedroom and the location was really convenient. Close to Penn Station, Madison Square Garden and right in the middle of things. Really cool stay! Communication with the host was really open and good and liked it alot. Thanks for the experience."

"Wonderful apartment views to die for! We greatly enjoyed our stay."

"We were very disappointed. Listing said no smoking. There was a sign stating that right above the ashtray. The room smelled of stale smoke and there were burn holes in the sheet. The bathrm was clean but the room was very dirty. I had to wipe down dressers before I put items on them. The rag was very dirty. I have a photo showing this. I wiped the shelf under the air conditioner and that one was black. The set up was unique. A code to get into foyer of house. Then through a curtain to your sitting...

"Great place, shops and restaurants nearby, apartment is adorable, clean. Really shows the charm of old Montclair Our host was wonderful"

"We had a lovely stay in this cute and clean back house. The game room (foosball, Pacman, karaoke) were a HUGE hit and so much fun. The host was very responsive and helpful. We would definitely stay again!"

"This lovely suite was clean, comfortable and convenient and we’re so happy to have discovered it. We’ll be back. Shelton was immediately responsive and helpful throughout the process of our reservation and stay. The suite is on a quiet, peaceful street within walking distance of restaurants, deli’s, and coffee shops."

"Really nice rental. Very cozy and spacious for a family of 5. Very convenient to have the train station behind the house and having private parking. The one issue is that the host did not give me the access code to enter the home in a timely manner. I had to message her and she would not respond. I had to get Vrbo involve to get access. The during the stay I message her with a question and it took her a day to respond. But she was quick on sending me the check out instruction 24 hrs in advance. "
