Filthy, unsafe and worst customer service
Horrible place. Pictures must be 10 years old. I was expecting modest and simple, but clean and convenient. The room was full of mold, in the bathroom and in the AC which was leaking. The walls were so filthy with black and brown marks all over. The kitchen was dirty, with water damaged cabinets. There were no smoke detectors or fire extinguisher as advertised. The wifi and TV were not functioning. There was a mattress thrown in front of the building probably due to bed bugs. I called the property management company to get a reimbursement and I got the worst service ever. They would not provide a refund even if their advertising was absolutely misleading and the room was a heath and safety hazard. This is a scam! Don’t be fooled by pictures, description or comments. We never stayed in the room and found another place. The company, Stay Hospitality, would not provide a reimbursement nor cancel the reservation or cancel the security deposit on my credit card, literally holding us hostage for a room we were not even occupying. After hours on the phone with both them and VRBO, I got a reimbursement from VRBO. Still took 5 days for them to cancel the security deposit. Worst customer service experience.
