Everything was awesome. This house is in a great location and you can walk to the beach in 5 minutes. We loved having the dock and the pool was nice and warm. The house was equipped with everything we needed!! Communication was great and we would definitely stay here again.

Great space, bedroom are well spread out so good for sound. Lots of kids gear ( playpen, stroller, high chair) GORGEOUS outdoor space. Covered area if it rains, beautiful peaceful view of the intercoastal. We had the pool heated, it was very warm! Kids loved it. The bath is a bit old. If you plan on bathing children, bring an inflatable pool, that you can blow up directly in the bath so it’s clean. As an adult, I just wore shower flipflop(which I do in most locations anyways) Great location, nice walk to pharmacy, restaurants, beach. If you don’t enjoy walking you can park.

Clean place in a great location, but very hot when temps were only mid to upper 80's.More standing oscillating fans would help, and ceiling fans in front bedrooms are small and move too slow to cool the rooms down

It was too hot in the house. Sweating all the time. The picture of the pool is old. It needs painting to look like that picture. Otherwise it was good. Mainly just too hot.

Photos are definitely outdated

Overall the house was nice. The backyard was very nice having a pool and being on the intercoastal was nice, but the photos of the house on the listing definitely look like they may have been taken several years ago as the house was not as clean and up to date when we arrived

House with pool

The stay was really nice. The house is well equipped with everything you would need. The walk to the beach is ok..my daughter says it's fun, and the neighborhood is very nice and quiet. Summers are really hot in South Florida and the house can be a little hot at night eventhoough it has ceiling fans in every room specially the kids bedroom. Other than that we really enjoy the stay. Thanks to the owner Sabrina for everything!!

Great vacations!

Nice house near everything ( beach, groceries, restaurant). Communication with owners was good and their responses were quick. Yes, the house might be a little old but it is perfect! You got everything to go to the beach (stroller, cooler, etc). If you have a baby, there is also a lot of stuff! I highly recommend this place!

Family Vacation in Fort Lauderdale

Our stay in Fort Lauderdale was pleasant. The location was great, close walk to the beach and downtown. Sabrina answered any questions I had very promptly, which was appreciated. The property was as described and pictured but once we got there in person, we could see that the house is in need of some TLC. That being said, I would stay at the house again should I ever decide to return to the area.

This was a great place. Exactly as described. Furniture was nice. Very clean. Close to the beach , restaurants and shopping. Fantastic family vacation spot. Early check in was appreciated. Pool was clean and nice. Kids loved all the iguanas. We would definitely stay here again.

Yearly family beach vacation

Wonderful trip with our three young kids! Sabrina was very prompt and answered all our questions! They also had literally everything you could need down there for the beach, pool and for kids to play with. We would love to go back again! The house needs some updates, especially for when it rains, but other than that it was wonderful.

Everything you need

This home is beautiful, you can’t beat the backyard view. But the best part is having everything you need for a stress free vacation. No need to worry about buying or renting beach chairs, beach boys, or even packing beach towels. They have you covered! This was my first time not booking a regular hotel, and I may never again. This place felt like home! Space was clean, the guy who cares for the landscaping was friendly and helpful when we ran into him. Owner was responsive and friendly with any questions that came up. Overall, a great vacation and stay.

My family and I had an awesome vacation , the property was very clean and location was key ! U can walk to Lauderdale by the sea beach and restaurants and bars ! The pictures posted are exactly what u expected and sabrina was very helpful and always responded ! We would definitely rent this property again !

nice location

I did have to buy some laundry detergent to wash towels as we had to use them to dry up a leak from the roof. Hopefully the owner will get this issue fixed as everytime it rained there would be a huge puddle at the base of a wall in the center of the kitchen. There was no laundry detergent, so we had to pick some up. We also got an email a few days before we arrived letting us know we would only have one roll of TP in each bathroom (we booked for 6 adults) so we picked up some extra and left for the next guests, no fun to run out of this essential in the middle of a vacation. Fridge has no ice maker. Only two wall air conditioners in entire house, our trip was in December with a high in the mid 70's for our entire stay, but the front bedroom stayed pretty warm. If you are looking to go mid- summer count on that room being very hot. (we are from a colder state) The rooms were all far apart which was nice for our group of adults. Pool was perfect in size and temperature. Plenty of dishes, grill, cooking utensils for cooking. Location was perfect. 5-10 minute walk to everything in LBTS! Ample parking, quiet neighborhood. Toys and floats for anyone bringing kids. The outdoor area would be perfect for entertaining, plenty of chairs and loungers. Even on the colder cloudy days we enjoyed being outside. A boat rental or bring you own would be possible. overall I am very happy with this rental
