Sadly this house is our worst vacation rental ever. It was listed and appeared bright and clean and in a central location to the beach and restaurants. The house was dirty upon arrival. Pool was not heated and we paid to have it done. It was unsafe with unsecure and not to code fencing on the property protecting our children from the waterway behind it. The fence did not connect and had cinder blocks and old wood as a temporary fence. The taller fence from the back yard to front did not latch. The side yard was full of broken stones, cinder blocks and empty boxes just strewn about. The dining table was not as shown in images and there were only 5 chairs for a house for 8 guests. There were two screws sticking out of the wall at leg height and any person would run into it and get cut. The couch is not the one shown and is fabric and they allow pets so not sanitary for guests who have pet allergies. There were dead bugs inside and hair all over the floor so it was not cleaned. The pool is incredibly small and that is not truly reflected in the listing pictures. We are still waiting for our full refund almost a week later. This listing is awful and I would never recommend anyone ever staying here. The area is unsafe as well and a few streets over there are numerous homeless people living on the streets. Shame on the host to post inaccurate pictures, inaccurate location to beach and for VRBO to take this long to give us our payment back.
