Great Place

Just as advertised. I have rented many properties over years and this was the first time the onwer reached out a couple hours after check-in to ensure everything was good. I really appreciate that call. We later met the owner who is very nice and accommodating with a great personality. The location was perfect, the house is wonderful, clean and stocked with everything you need. Even the neighbor was very friendly.

5 stars isn’t enough….

The house was clean and exactly as it was in the photos. The beach and essential stores are close. The canals behind the house were deep enough for our 22ft boat and provided easy access to the inlet. We had a great experience here and the owner was amazing! Really a top notch experience! We wouldn’t consider staying at any one else’s place in Pompano Beach!

Great family vacation!

We had a great family vacation! House was very nice clean pool was nice. We all enjoyed hanging out at the pool. The only thing I would say is the description said it had a hot tub, but there was no hot tub. The host was excellent on communication and given us places to eat and Information he was awesome!

Relaxing fishing stay

The house was exactly as advertised! More than enough of everything you would ever need. Bill even installed a fish cleaning table days prior to our stay when I asked if there was one on the dock! Quiet neighborhood with friendly neighbors. The pool was great to relax in after morning fishing trips. We brought our boat and the dock was perfect with bumpers that were actually usable at low tide. We will definitely be back!

Home away from home

For us, this was "home away from home" - a house that has everything you may want or need and gives you a good feeling on top of it. The owners keep the property meticulously clean and promptly respond to any question one may have. The fabulous swimming pool and view of a quiet waterway make the vacation feel in this property complete. You wish your stay would never end!

Beautiful home

We absolutely loved our stay here! The house was super clean, plenty of towels and sheets and pillows (been to plenty of houses where there was only one for each person), the pool was fantastic and well used by our whole family every day, we even fished off the dock and caught a bunch of fish! The house was well stocked, I forgot a couple odds and ends but they were readily available so it was nice to not have to run out and get them and the fishing rods available to use were a huge addition! Plenty of beach chairs and an umbrella. There are plenty of stores and restaurants close by we were never lacking with something to do. Loved our stay there ans looking forward to returning!

Awesome vacation!

Thanks to Bill Lone who was very helpful through the entire process. He responded promptly to any calls or texts, and allowed to check in early. The house was very comfortable, and close to so many good restaurants, the boat ramp, the inlet and anything else we needed. Big swimming pool with a large covered patio area for relaxing after a good day of fishing. We had a great vacation, I recommend this property and plan to stay there again in the near future.

Lovely house on the canal. Lanai by the pool was a perfect place for morning coffee, afternoon tea & sunset. Very clean, comfortable home to enjoy after a day at the nearby beach. Would love to stay again if we are able to return to Pompano Beach. Thank you!!!

You can't get better than this!

The property and house are impeccably clean and well maintained! Nothing needing repairs, not a speck of dirt in the house. Check in/out is super easy. No need to go grab keys, return keys etc. Don't be worried if you have little ones with the pool. There are alarms on all the doors leading outside that sound if they are left open too long. We did not have little ones, but we did see things available should you need them. Ex: Highchair, umbrella stroller, kids fishing pole. Amenities in the home that make it even more comfortable abound. Games for kids and adults, beach chairs & umbrellas, cooler, beach towels for the pool, fishing poles to fish off the dock, and a good starter pack of pretty much any basics you may need until you can get to the store (which are extremely close to the property). They have little touches throughout the home that make you feel welcomed. The kitchen is well stocked. We cooked often and never found ourselves in need of a pot/pan, plates, or utensils. The beds are quite comfortable with plenty of bath towels for use. The washer and dryer are very new models and come in handy when you don't want to pack a lot and need to wash clothes. The house is located on an amazing cul-de-sac in a very safe neighborhood. The veranda allows you to sit outside and be with family who are in the pool, but also be in the shade if you don't want to be in the sun. The fans above you while you sit under it, so you stay cool, are a nice touch. Although the pool is saltwater and you may think "ocean" taste and strong saltwater, it is not. It is extremely subtle. It also is not as harsh as chlorine, and we found it actually to be better. It was big enough for 3 adults and 3 older teens to all swim together comfortably. The location of the property in relation to restaurants, shopping, Ft. Lauderdale, Miami, and excursions is perfect. You are central to anything you may want to do. Bill is wonderful to work with and vested in your comfort and his property. He is only a text away making himself available for whatever you may need and is a wealth of information about the area. I cannot recommend this property enough. It absolutely exceeded expectations. It was emphatically approved by a 13, 15, & 16 yr. old. Teens never like anything! So that should tell you a lot!
