Our Guest Relations Managers will be at your service every day from 9 am to 11 pm. In case of emergencies, our support staff is available 24/7.

Our curated properties are in highend quiet neighborhoods. Guests will be expected to be respectful of the property, neighborhood and neighbors.
All reservations over Christmas require a minimum stay of 5 nights, covering December 21 to December 26. For New Year's Eve, a minimum stay of 7 nights is required, covering December 26 to January 2. If you wish to stay for both Christmas and New Year's Eve, the reservation must be for a minimum of 12 nights. If your desired dates do not align with these requirements, please contact our sales department, and we will do our best to find a suitable option for you.

At a glance:
The reservation owner is required to be at least 25 years old, sign a simple rental agreement and be verified by Guest Ranger, LLC in order confirm the reservation and occupy the property.

The reservation must list the exact number of guests. Maximum occupancy is 3 guests (up to 2 adults over the age of 13). After the 2nd guest, there is a $50 per night per guest charge added to the reservation.

Should you request an early check-in (before 4 pm) or a late checkout (after 10 am) please do so at least 24h ahead. Subject to fees and availability.

Approved pets are welcome; a non-refundable $150 per pet fee shall apply.

No Parties, Events or Gatherings without written approval. Guests must abide by the city's Noise Ordinance.
